Enps — contribution amount not received in nps

Hello sir,
I have paid the initial contribution amount for enps registration via sbi epay on 2/1/2019 and the amount got deducted from bank account. But the enps registration site says payment not received and requesting for repayment.

Nps acknowledgment no:11606511

Kindly request you to resolve this at the earliest and help in completing the registration.
