I was in the process of registering for NPS account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then I tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now I am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but I am getting following error from last 4 days.

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but it says no record found.

I have registered on ENPS and showing as below mentioned error while i am retriveing the incomplete form so that payment can be done.

I was registering to my nps account, when the money got debited at first without completing the registration, as the payment gateway razorpay did not recognize the payment, when I declined the payment the second time, the site shows "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS # money already debited". Acknowledgement ID 11055993 on 20/11/2024.

I was registering for NPS on eNPS website and had filled all the details and acknowledgement number was also generated . but during payment the site crashed . Now when i am trying to login to complete my registration(to complete my payment to get my PRAN number) i am not able to login and getting the message :

more than one day has passed and the issue is not resolving and being a government employee if i do not get my pran number and apply to my state govt i wont get my salary . it is my humble request to kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible

I registered in NPS 29th Mar 2024 and when the payment page came it did not take the payment even after multiple try. Now every time I am trying to "continue to registration" it is giving me the below error:

"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #".

FYI: ACK ID Generated: 11585212. I used the razorpay option. Please solve the above issue.

There is information difference wrt the NPS registration website : https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/NationalPensionSystem.html
On the main page the payment instruction reads : "Make online payment (Minimum amount of ₹ 500)"
Where as i[censored]ser goes through Read More... Page, instruction changes to : "You will be routed to a payment gateway for making the payment towards your NPS account from Internet Banking"

Is other payment options are valid? If not why are multiple options (other then Internet Banking) provided at payment gateway? (should not be the case per the statement in Read More... page)

IF all type of payments are accepted does the timeline to acknowledge changes between the type of payments?. If yes, where can user access such information?
