I have tried to register for nps today using their portal. after making the payment, the amount got debited but still pran not generated and the site always says "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. I am continuously getting the below error while trying to complete the pending registration on the portal - https://enps.nsdl.com/ under 'Complete Pending Registration'. Dear sir/mam,

I made online payment using my debit card for an NPS contribution of INR 50, 000. The money got debited from my bank account (Axis Bank) but transaction got failed at eNPS portal (via Razorpay payment gateway).

Amount deducted - Rs. 50, 000/-

Please either revert back the money to my bank account or make this contribution successful in my NPS account.

I could complete NPS account creation online. Payment also done. But when doing the otp verification, it showed a blank white page and then invalid page error when doing e-sign of the document. I got my PRAN number. But when log in with PRAN number, it shows PRAN does not exist in database. I did not receive any email also with PRAN number.

I was registering to my nps account, when the money got debited at first without completing the registration, as the payment gateway razorpay did not recognize the payment, when I declined the payment the second time, the site shows "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. I was registering for NPS on eNPS website and had filled all the details and acknowledgement number was also generated . but during payment the site crashed . Now when i am trying to login to complete my registration(to complete my payment to get my PRAN number) i am not able to login and getting the message :

more than one day has passed and the issue is not resolving and being a government employee if i do not get my pran number and apply to my state govt i wont get my salary . it is my humble request to kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible

I registered in NPS 29th Mar 2024 and when the payment page came it did not take the payment even after multiple try. Now every time I am trying to "continue to registration" it is giving me the below error:

FYI: ACK ID Generated: 11585212. I used the razorpay option. Please solve the above issue.

i am trying to login message is showing block account and when i trying to reset password than message is showing - Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN.
