Enps — Enps registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. please try again after sometime. error

My acknowledge number is : 11310225
Acknowledgement Date: 04/01/2021

I am constantly getting the below error while trying to complete registration process.The amount has been deducted from bank account.
"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."
I request you to please resolve this asap. I am pissed off seeing this error constantly.
