Enps — Payment deducted from the Account and does not received confirmation from NPS Site

Address:Gali tabela, Circular Road

Dear Sir,
I made a payment online by enps site site and selected RazorPay and aaded UPI id and made payment. Payment got succeeded from my bank account
enps.[protected]@hdfcbank at 4.23 pm[protected].

Amout deducted from my account -10011.80.
Kindly let me know by when can i receive my refund or it will update against my NPS account.
