Enps — The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgment number is awaited.

While Completing the pending registration of NPS for my acknowledgment no:
11877454, I am getting the following error "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgment number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #". The payment had failed or the window closed automatically and after that, the issue is coming for the last 12 hours, kindly help me get a fix for this issue and allow me to register in NPS properly.
