I availed a hair treatment service at their Kormangala salon, where I paid a hefty amount of approx 9k for one since service, which was completely ruined by them.
They spoiled my hairs, wasted my time due to untrained staff. Post that the manager confirmed he will get it redone for me, whenever I want and no need to pay.
I also raised a complaint to their customer care but now the salon manager got changed and the new manger declines any such services to me. Was this information helpful? |
