I had visited enrich brand in ahmedabad at shyamal circle branch on 9th august 2019 saturday for a facial, full arms waxing and under arms waxing.

Before which i was told about a scheme by their employee where in i get to spin to win minimum 500rs worth services up til 2500rs services if my services was billed on non member price adding up to 2500rs or above.

Mind you, i have a been a member with them since...

I availed a hair treatment service at their Kormangala salon, where I paid a hefty amount of approx 9k for one since service, which was completely ruined by them.
They spoiled my hairs, wasted my time due to untrained staff. Post that the manager confirmed he will get it redone for me, whenever I want and no need to pay.
I also raised a complaint to their customer care but now the salon manager got changed and the new manger...

My total points on the app were 1400
after 15 days it had reduced to 1000 - without any lapses confirmed by Khushboo
and on the same call they can see 980.

No one has an answer. Apart from being rude on the call and frustrated because they have no answers. I had to ask for a reference for the conversation 5 times before she could lodge a complaint.

I had done Keratin treatment from this salon and they had guaranteed me that it would last to 6-7 months. However my hair became and wavy and rough in just 15 days after the treatment. I was not in India and as soon as i returned i contacted them and they agreed to redo the damage and gave me an appointment.
