I have purchased the Blaupunkt SBW 03 -160 W Dolby soundbar via online, which was supplied to me by Envent world wide pvt ltd on 05.07.2021. on installation it was found the subwoofer was defective and giving scratching sound. Hence complain was registered via [protected]@blaupunktaudio.in on 06.07.2021 ; and after repeated calls and mail communication they took back the product 13.07.2021. After their inspection they again delivered the product on 28.07.2021. And again on installing it was found that they have sent an old product with reduced specification than what i have ordered. Immediately i have communicated to them and they sincerely apologized and committed for replacement on 29.07.2021. But till today (12.08.2021), no proper response from their team has been taken irrespective of frequent calls and mail remainders. Was this information helpful? |
