Envent World Wide Pvt Ltd — soundbar, make - blaupunkt, faulty within warranty period.

I had purchased a soundbar online through flipkart. Make - blaupunkt. Within warranty period, subwoofer of the soundbar stopped working. I lodged a complaint to envent support team through e-mail for repairs / replacement and they picked the whole unit reversely through their partner courier (As per receipt it is logitech) for replacement, on 23th nov.2018. But till date, i have not received replacement of the failed product. Complaint number / ticket number is 4217. Every time i send email regarding, their answer is "your reply has been received & someone from our side will contact soon". Can your team may please help me in the matter? Or whom should i contact or write for proper replacement? Kindly help me. I will be very thankful to you.
