[Resolved]  Envi Salon — Disaster haircut

I recently did a haircut at Envi Salon thane korum mall and Mr Akram was the stylist At the onset itself I explained to Mr Akram that my hair is problem hair they are extremely dry and frizzy with lots of volume and I wanted a cut which could leave my hair manageable We discussed styles and I finally requested. Mr Akram to cut my hair in a stepcut as other styles seemed to be unmanageable. The cut he has given me is not a step cut but a mix of step, layer and gaps which are now adding to volume I told the management (ms kavita was the supervisor then I believe) I then itself that I.am not happy with the cut and I will try to manage them fir a day or.two else come back fir a solution and they agreed. Later I chevked with Lakme for a solution and they suggested to Wit for hair to grow or to straighten them with keratese or cysteine I went back to envi and Mr Akram said no solution but To wait. And when I asked about straightene Ms kavita said she will.called back Nobody has a called back as yet when I went yesterday they said straightening nit possible and Ms kavita was not available to speak nor was anybody else jnmanagemnt???? I want a solution to the problem I cannot and will nor roam around like this I amsuprised and highly disappointed with the response from envi this nit how a professional salon operates. At the least I wanted m ok money back and a solution to this disaster from envi at their cost
