Do not let them get AwY with it. If they are operating in a Mall please find the CEO and submit your complaint. They wouldn’t like their own skin to be ripped out now would they?

Last year in July 2013, I went to Envi Salon (Amanora, Pune) for hair straightening. The result was nice.
That's why, I preferred that very Salon, this time too. I went there at 6 pm on 20th-Oct-2014 for 1-year hair straightening. But...
Yes, there is a "BUT". I'm extremely dissatisfied with the poor service quality.
In the process of straightening, my stylist didn't wash my hair properly, the chemical was still there on my scalp. Then, while drying my hair, two stylists started drying with 2 different dryers in a hurry (as it was around 8 pm). The other stylist, then, noticed that chemical on my scalp and told my stylist to go and wash my hair again. After this wash also, there was still some chemical left on my scalp. But this time, the other stylist noticed and simply wiped it off with a tissue paper & started drying my hair. After 2 days, I visited that Salon again and complained that my hair are having curls. They told they will be fine after the first hair wash (the wash which they do after 3 days from the date of straightening).
Three days after the straightening, they called me for the first hair wash. (During these 3 days, I had followed each and every step as instructed by them). They washed my hair. Still my hair were having curls, initially at the tip/edges for which they trimmed the edges (bottom part) completely and hid their flaw. The day I returned after the wash, I found my hair completely curled and frizzy which started increasing with each passing day. Now my hair are completely curled n wavy. Additionally, my hair are even worse than earlier (before straightening).
I was promised that after 15 days, they'll straighten again if my hair continue to have curls, for free of cost. But the thing is, forget about the money (Rs. 4000), what about my hair quality. Not going to compromise at all, need my money back.
This review is not even worth 1 star but as it's the least, so I just gave.

Worst haircut
Highly disappointed..jus reduce hair length..no change at all.rates r too high..thy show diff rate and charge diff amt..mre amt.

They will lure you with all sorts of good for nothing packages and somehow convince you to take a membership. There is actually no discount. The prices are already so high that a 20% discount wont matter. After adding the taxes, the final bill will empty your pockets.

I think i would like to disagree wit you on this one, Even i had faced an issue, but when i got in touch with the Envi Team, they immediately took an look at the issue. I received an call from their Zonal Head, who personally took care of my issue and provided an instant resolution.

Also, to add, i have been visiting them from more than 2 years and there is an complete transformation. Their staff is more more professional and extremely well trained. I have not faced any issues from 2 years.

Would definitely recommend that you give it another shot. AFAIK - Incase you do face any issue, you can inform them via their site and they will get back with an resolution.

I personally like the Envi salon. The staff was professional and extremely train specially salman. Who personally take care of any problem and issue .I would lyk to come again and definitely recommend my friends.
