Envi Salon & Spa — mis-selling their membership by giving false facts

I was sold the membership for rs 3000 and offered complimentary services. I was told that the membership is valid for 1 year. I have been going there regularly for hair wash job and no one ever told me that use ur complimentary services (4 free hair washes) instead of paying for it. Now when i went to get my hair washed..in d 8th month... She told me your complimentary services have expired.. Where as in clear words i was told by their staff that ‘it is valid for a year’... Now they hv withheld my services atleast worth 2k out of 3k... I dint get clean up manicure or hair wash done... Even after going there at least 5 times for a hair wash or then a 100 tines for some other services... They told me that sorry they hv expired. This is no way of dealing with a customer. First sell a product by stating false facts like use the complimentary services within a year.. And then say that ooh the t&c mentions that it is only 7 months which was no where told to me.
