I am really disappointed with looks nirman vihar in v3s mall branch second floor store manager name simran what happened, i steped out to your salon yesterday, avaied a service package 3k
When I went to your store yesterday to do a facial on my wife's face, the staff member gave me a package worth 3 thousand or I selected that much.Then after the facial, my bill was quoted as Rs 3540. and i was telling you guys first tell me your pakage amount 3k and now you need extra 540 rupess what is hell so What staff has charged me 540 rupees extra, this is not good service, what action should be taken otherwise I have to lodge a complaint with the police or take action or get the result, what did you do on my complaint?

I and my sister in law got nails done for the branch located in express avenue mall, Chennai
I got nail extensions done which was guaranteed to last for 3 weeks but came of within 4 days
And my sister in law got gel polish done which chipped off the next day
And when we called the store manager she was every rude to us and asked us to come immediately to get it rectified even we told her that we aren’t available due to the functions going on she started talking rude to us.

Iam complaining about not refunding the money after they took my bank details
I went to the salon on may 6 th with long hair, and i told them to cut short, but the stylist did't consult me or tell me how she is cutting my hair and at one go cut my hair above the neck from behind and iam shocked and asking her many questions as what she is doing ...but she kept saying something like bob cut and i was so shocked to utter anything and i have come home and cried so much and they over charged me also, first aayi g one amount and then charging me another amount for pedicure . They promised me for refund and vouchers so I went for refund as i don't want to step in to that salon again as my holiday was ruined which I took after 11 years with my family .

Arif Salmani and Anisha had a good laugh and covered up their behavior by talking so loudly to me in front of staff and customers. When I requested to speak with the owner I was refused. However a different branch gave me the Regional Heads number and name. Indrajeet apologized and Jyothi invited me back. However Arif failed a second time round. The third time Aakash completed it and did not require 2 further attempts. However when I rebooked Jyothi blocked my appointment and I got a message from their WA team saying that I cancelled. Which of course is a lie. I have brought this to the attention of the CEO of Inorbit Malls who is also a BM (Board Member) of the SCAI. As much as Envi Salon is a tenant, the staff and namely Arif and Anisha are undoubtedly arrogant and have something to hide by not allowing the owners to know. This took place in the Malad Infinity Mall branch. I have been getting my hair coloured with their previous stylist who no longer works there and this has never happened before. Neither did it happen with Aakash - I requested for a different stylist because I was fed up of being humiliated by Arif who claimed that my “stubborn” hair didn’t allow the color to set 🫢🤐😳😐😑

Complaint regarding mail service

On 21st a august I did a Nail service from envi Mulund (r galleria branch), wherein I did my acrylic nail extension, gel polish with nail art which in total costed me Rs.3600/- and exactly on 23rd my gel nail started to come off and completely got damaged by 25th (exactly within 4 days), when I called the salon they asked me to get it redone within 1 week and I obvs couldn’t as I’m not in Mumbai .. in case of me not being able to come they clearly mentioned they can’t help as now they would not be accountable .. also despite me mentioning that I’m pregnant and I’m not advised to travel frequently … pathetic service and the branch code get and above have staff which is not all at customer friendly … would not recommend unless you want to get your money wasted.

I visit your store today in inorbit mall malad west (mumbai), we faced yet another set back in the name of elite services.My wife want to colour her hair and we come to anvi salon. Your satff said we will do the colour very good and professionally, but they did its same colour what my wife's hair colour was. Then i said to the satff his name is ARIF salmani argued with very unprofessional behaviour. Its very painfull experience we had faced. I payed 8531. Its totally waste of money and also what staff behaviour is not acceptable. You please check your cctv footage also check before my wife's hair colour and check after they done colour, you will find same colour. I want my money back and also apologise for your staff behaviour. Very bad experience with anvi.

I book a appointment for a hair cut on 25 jan at 3 pm and before coming i called them and asked them is it free now and they said yes but when i go there they put me on wait outside the store for 20 mins and then again i asked why its not getting done till now again they say sry for waiting can you please wait more 5 mins.
So whts the use of taking appointment i can understand you have to wait but how long and put customer on wait and make him stand like a fool,

I was sold the membership for rs 3000 and offered complimentary services. I was told that the membership is valid for 1 year. I have been going there regularly for hair wash job and no one ever told me that use ur complimentary services (4 free hair washes) instead of paying for it. Now when i went to get my hair washed..in d 8th month... She told me your complimentary services have expired.. Where as in clear words i was told by their staff...

I did my straightening 2 weeks back from enrich salon matunga. Upon reaching their they immediately asked me to go for systeine as they said my hair are fully damaged which were actually not. This are their tactis as systeine is very costly treatment. I did not had any issues but they said this will only last for 2 months upon which i asked them to do hair smoothening. My hair are upto shoulder which costs 5 thousand in their card. But after treatment they charged me 9 thousand along with membership. On the top of this my hair had few curls in second wash only. When i did asked them to repair it they literally changed their statements and said that cannot be done. They have duped me for almost 9 thousand. Techinician ahmed was such a useless guy he always needed assistance from his seniors while doing treatment. I want a strict action to be taken against enrich salon.

I have taken facial from Envi salon thane, vivana mall on 5th aug.
I was charged more than 10000 rs for facial.
On asking for the bill they said that printer is not working and will not be able to provide me hard copy of the bill and will mail me later.. which is not done. I feel I was overcharged for the services provided to me.

worst nail extensions ever
I had done nail extensions from envi salon in korum mall. It’s nt even 15 days and my extensions are coming off. Also it’s paining like hell. Even a little blood is coming. Worst service and irresponsible! How can some1 be so unprofessional. Nail extensions are not supposed to cause pain. I hv done it 2-3 times from different different salons but never such thng happend.

I visited enrich solon by 12noon on 24 th october 2018 for a global hair colour. First i appointed a senior stylist ali for the same who did not feel the need to wash my hair before the process to be started. Then global hair colour was done which absolutely did not turn out the colour i had asked for. Then he started convincing us for a balayage which i was confused to yes or no. Finally he won and started after applying serum which was applied after global colour. Then after the time said and done the colour did not catch my hair. Then i was made to wait for another one hour with the chemicals on my hair with myself deeply depressed and tentioned about the results. After hair was he was appreciative about my hair colour and balayage foolishly of which it turned green instead of gold or deep brown family. Green was a surprise which nearly gave me a heart attack with burst of tears for the sad work done. Staff was not cooperative at all. They cancelled the balayage amount and as i was in a hurry to cm home was made to pay global hair colour amount don’t know for what? Pls help me get the money back as no bill was issued by the staff. Manipulating me to go home and cm again for global hair colour for correction. What do i do now to get my money back. And complain on paper for the same? Pls help

extreme bad service
Had a terrible customer service experience at inorbit outlet, malad, mumbai.
Was made to wait for a service post confirmation of availability and post different confrontations eventually it was denied. Apparently the whole outlet is blaming each other and the buck stops no where. Escalation options are not provided from the management of the outlet. It really gives the taste of quality standards and i guess they are ok with it considering it to be a low end mall salon

Envi gives appointment on phone asks customer to come and Farman walks out of the parlor giving false excuses for a 3 years old client who is taking service from the parlor and him. Misbehaves with the customer multiple times. Suman the manager backs him. As they share good rapport.

I'm getting bald day by day. My hair is falling so badly.. I did smoothing from. Envivo in viman nagar. They half washed my hair which is causing my hair falling and breaking down. Plz advance pplz not to do any smoothing atleast from this company. When i went and asked them abt it. They said may be it's because of heat. Like seriously... That means they didn't even know how much heat should be applied for smoothing or straightening. I want my refund for any that i paid to them for smoothing 4500 inr so that i can go to a different saloon and try to get my hair in a good condition

On 3rd oct 2027, called the reception of envi, inorbit malad, to find out if there is any birthday offer since i have a membership and also shared my name and mobile no. To check. Since i was told that i would be getting % discount equal to my age, i took the appointment for services. I was also asked to carry my i-card to confirm the birthday. I was given an appointment and reached the place in 15 mins. After availing the services i am told that i will not be getting the discount as i have not completed 1 year of membership. When i said that i had confirmed before opting to come for the services, i was rudely told that it is my duty to check the membership form and agreement that i will get the discount only after 1 year. This is cheating and don't expect such kind of customer service. Only because it was told that i would get the birthday discount of 47% since tomorrow is my 47th birthday i spend on services worth 4800 and then you do not offer the discount. This is very bad and has upset me on my birthday. This is just money making gimmick and envi does not actually mean to provide any customer experience otherwise you would not treat the client in such a manner. I had other salon offers and i would have happily taken those as they were also offering birthday discounts. I have been fooled and will not got the envi ever again. I request the refund of money fooled out of me.

I went for regular wax with their so called professional lady who carries 15 years of experience and it turned out to be the worst wax i have done in my life. She insisted me for rica or chocolate wax which i didn't wanted to do so during whole waxing she did unprofessional work, running the wax knife harshly on legs and dropping hot wax on my thighs.
Disgusting experience
Would never come here ever.

Charge exorbitantly

Yesterday I had been to Enrich Pachpakhadi, in Thane. I had my global hair color plus pro fiber reconstruct treatment done and then even after my hair being below shoulder they have charged me for hair till waist and generally the bill amount comes out to be something close to Rs.5000/- including haircut for which I had to pay Rs.8602/-

I did a haircut the stylist was awful pipal ke niche wala nai is better than him. totally lost it. i ll suggest people to stay away fron envy. they will ruin your hairs and skin.

Poor Manners Worst Services High Prices

I went to Envi salon Hyderabad inorbit mall an month ago for haircut and haircolor, they took 14700 rupees for a color which is not seen and haircut was so lame, when i questioned them back on phone they were giving reluctant rude answers like "you forgot buy hair color shampoo thats why color is not seen"
than i felt it was no use of talking on phone so i kept a review on google reviews then they gave a response which is irrelevant saying that i was complaining about malad branch and hyderabad branch it was just a typing mistake but they escaped by throwing blame instead of rectifying their mistake, After i left home they called my home and behaved rude won call.
For a 2000 rupees services they looted so much in addition they are behaving rude with clients. They should stop looting people

Hair Straightening and Cheating

My wife got executed hair straightning at Rs 11 K 4 months ago, Thereafter on complaint they told to again buy Rs 3k product. Thereafter problem is unresolved. No one taking accountability and responding complaint
Further I have 5K with them as part of Pre Paid Plan, Now they are not refunding the same
These guys are jus making money and cheating customer

I visited envi salon on 25th April 2016 for upper lips and chin threading . The female beautician who did threading was in too hurry. While doing threading she was too hard on my skin and I had rashes and skin peeled off. I even told her to do it slowly but she told that quicker the better. Now I have red skin all over my chin and upper lips corners and too painful that I am unable to open full mouth. Marks are like dots and appear as wounds and too painful. I have a lot of photos but unable to upload due to file size. Kindly request if required. This is to embarrassing to roam around with this shabby face. I am an Australian citizen and arrived in India on holidays. An horrible experience.

I think i would like to disagree wit you on this one, Even i had faced an issue, but when i got in touch with the Envi Team, they immediately took an look at the issue. I received an call from their Zonal Head, who personally took care of my issue and provided an instant resolution.
Also, to add, i have been visiting them from more than 2 years and there is an complete transformation. Their staff is more more professional and extremely well trained. I have not faced any issues from 2 years.
Would definitely recommend that you give it another shot. AFAIK - Incase you do face any issue, you can inform them via their site and they will get back with an resolution.
