Epic Deal Shop avoid this company like the plague, purchased 2x backpack one which was completely fine the other the waist straps were far too short they wouldn't fit round a lamp post so I complained and agreed to a replacement which never arrived, I'm now being fobbed off at every turn I imagine their hoping I get fed up and lose patience and give up on my complaint but I'm as stubborn as they come and will not be giving up.
