Purchased a large tactical backpack, used just a few times for overnight cange of clothes, toiletries, and chargers for electronics. After 6 weeks, the zipper pull broke off on the large compartment. 2 weeks later, the same zipper cracked completely in half, making it unusable.

I had the same experience with a backpack from Epic Deal Shop that the other customer had. The straps were, perhaps, made for a child because they would not fit around any adult. I let the company know but did not want to go through the hassle that this other person went through. Will find a child who could use a backpack.
