On 18.12.2017 i paid 5000.00 for intraday stock market tips after a long convertion with mr. Rahul. Before registration the executive call me 10 to 15 times per day but after payment received he is not reachable... Or really very busy. I hv already complain 150 to 200 times for starting my service and contact with mr. Rahul jee. But unfortunately till now i'm unable to reach the world famous person of epic research team. Please refund my money. Your worst valuable service is not needed to me.

Epic research indore based company is a big cheat just because of them i lost my 2 lakhs in trading but thanks to my luck i got a person number by one of my friend she suggested me to speak to him he is a genius trader and also tips provide in future equity segment mail your number in his email [protected]@gmail.com his charges is also reasonable per month but you won't bear any losses i am happy with his tips...

Sir my name is radha krishna mohanty and i have take the services of tmc blue chip but this services is not so very in every time i have found the loss in market when farm has give the two calls i a day one call is most to be sl hit and another call is going to be small target where those calls i have traded and i cannot get the profit of rs 500 in a week but his company has said to me our company has sent registered companies and providing the genuine calls but my opinion has cannot believe this type of companies because your money is not secure to trading every time his company has found their subscription and earning money he has not care of our hardly wanted money please don't blindly believe this type of companies.

I personally had worst experience with epic research. At the time of free trial there service was gud by calling and assisting but after making the payment and taking there services immediately the next day they were forcing to take premium service which i have taken. Then next day again were convincing to pay for the quarter with discounts. After i not agreed to pay a quarterly charges they make me loose 80k even the executive who was giving me premium service dont even bother to attend my calls or give me any kind of service. Almost i lost 100k. They are just giving false promises. So i suggest not to take there service.

This is big fraud company which gives all the wrong advices and ask to upgrade service by paying 22, 000.
They initially promise that you will get a telephonic service and which call to trade and not, but later they speak very rudely and they ignore once you paid the amount,

My advice is not to go with epic research and lose your money.
Sebi should ban all these kind of fraud companies.

Epic research is a fraud company and money laundering company, for 40 day service i got only 5 days service, later they will not respond for any calls and the stock advice they give are without proper research and make us lose our money. Please don't waste your money on this.

Customer service is very bad and they are big cheaters. Big fraud company.

This people are big cheaters..
They just always ask's for money whether you are in profits or loss by their calls.

Executive "raja" — he told the things in one way before joining the services. After making the payment. Things are different. You have to call them every time for their support.

Another executive "priyanka" from the same team called me once services are expired and asked for renewal.

And i said no, she convinced me she will be providing 2 more and recover my losses but she given very wrost calls and lost my another 20k. Then after she is not even answering my calls or calling me.

They will send u tips through messages with 3 targets and 1 stop loss.

In a 1 month of period.. None of the tip reached to at least 2nd target they mention.

More over. By the time you receive the message the 1st target will be crossed.

What ever escalations you do. They don't bother about.

My suggestion is please don't waste your money with epic research.

I registered positional stock call with epic research by paying 5000. But since when i made payment they have not provided any call.

Also while discussing with one of executive named preksha she promised me that she will provide me btst call and positional call. Also one of executive will get assign to me to assist me regarding calls. But after paying money they have not provided any service.

So this is worst and fake company. There should be strict action should be taken against them so that they can stop cheating others.

Epic research totally fake and fraud company, could not be trusted. They only think about there charges.in my case, after getting service charge from me, theire executive didnt attained my call, even all calls which was given by them hit stoploss. And after 3-4 days, their executive was absent.

After completion of your service tenure, your mobile will be circulating to other brokers to cheat them.

Dear sir/madam,
I think you have not understand my complaint it is not about losses in capital market it is about irresponsible services by your executives and losses because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of them. You have replied in a very easy way without understanding the proper problem or perhaps it is very cunningly replied. I have some point which i need clarification from your side:-
1. Your executives calls many time and respond to each and every calls, only till payment is made, once payments done nobody is there to respond to customers calls even after various calls try in this regard.
2. As you have clarified in your reply that your company not provides trading calls through voice calls than why your executives doing such practice very frequently and why you are not taking any action against them because they are breaking company policy.
3. Telephonic trading calls and losses due to that is a very common complaint for our company and you are very much ok with them that’s why this practice is still going on. This practice is very well known to your seniors also. Should you not be strict on this for your customers.
4. If you are comfortable with this things than you should also be comfortable with deviating refunding policy also and so i demand you to please refund my money because i am totally not interested to continue it.

This practice of your executives is not only making loses for customers since we are not getting guidance when required, because of not responding of calls, but also making negative impartation of your company.
Any way i once against demand you to refund my money as i am not interested to continue with you and also request you to reply the above point.

First i opted for stock cash service i paid full amount on 06.07.17 but service activated on 12.07.17 during this gap period my executive miss priya given one telephonic stock call (Just due to delay in starting service) after giving this call she has not given any follow-up i have called her so many times but no response at all. Finally due to this i lost 16000/- that day. Finally on 12.07.17 my service started and that they almost all call hits stop loss. I called to executive priya but she had not attended call as usual. Any how i was able to connect with other executive miss poonam. She told me that you should take our premium service of rs.22000/- and guarantee you that you will make huge profit in it. She also offered that she will adjust the previously paid amount with this new service and you have to pay only 15800/- and also offered that they will provide 45 days service. I immediately paid the said amount same day on 13.07.17 but service activated on 17.07.17 for only 24 days in place of 45 days.in this gap period miss poonam has given three calls but all three calls hit stop loss and i booked a loss of rs.18000/- approx. On 17.07.17 (When service stared) almost all call hit stop loss or had to exit on cost. Today on 18.07.17 i purchased one share as per advised given by company. For this particular share only one buy call message came ie. Cox & king i purchased it but it neither hit target nor stop loss for advice i called several time to poonam and all number i had but nobody has responded. Finally i had to exit from this share on 10 rupees below and make loss of rs.10000/- (Purchased on [protected]@279 and sale [protected]@269).
This is the service provide by epic research. My service is active till 09.07.17 but i am blocking all the messages of epic from today. I have booked total loss of approx rs.60000/- including service charges. Request you all not to enter in this company at any cost.

I have made the payment yesterday morning for base metal service through payumoney online payment system, after payment i tried to call epic search but all the numbers are not reachable and no one is bothered to call me back to initiate the service or for payment received acknowledgement...

After payment service wasn't activated by epic and tell me kyc complete first after start service first time tell me pay 6200/-start service 2nd day I will wait 4days but service not start till today I will tell him refund my money the told me not refund your money this is our policy

This is a fraud company don't go any body for West your money all member are cheating with you

I was called a few times by epic research people, until one day I finally answered and this guy named Trilochan ((Ankit)) briefd me about the services of epic, asking me to pay a fees and become a member. He also promised me a return of 30 to 40% on my investment, to which I said a yes and paid them 5600 through my card instantly. Right from the next day he started behaving weird and stopped answering my calls. On my repeatedly calling him, he suggested me to invest in a script, in which I incurred a loss of 20 thousand. After this I spoke to some senior girl in thr office named puja, who again advised me to buy shares, but because of her advice again I suffered a further loss of 10 thousand. This guys are big cheaters, and frauds. Pls never trust them.

I was subscribed one of the service from mentioned company and paid 43000 for this service on 15th March 2016. After I was not happy/comfortable with service which they are providing me so i asked them to stop my service and refund my money. But now they are saying they don't have refund policy.

As per my understanding it's customers rights to stop the service if he is not happy with service and asking for refund.

This company is not providing service. only advertise and adds client and get loss to them.
in short plz dont trade with this company otherwise you will loss your full capital and became ZERO FROM HERO . these people are selfish .

Hi, I paid 14500 to EPIC RESEARCH (epicresearch.co) in two installments. 1st for 4500 for 2 month services they gave me services for that and 2nd 10000 for 6 month services however they didn't gave me services against this amount. Now what I want a refund from them for 10000 as I don't want their services anymore. Because after using their services(trading calls) for 2 months I made loss of 21000.

Please guys stay away from epicresearch.co and their services (trading calls).

Epic research company is fraud company 5100 may apna akuad dikaa diya. Or kaha ki sir emc gold plane lijiay jismay rs30000 padi kijiay. I think check company performance i registered nifty option plane rs5100. After registration nifty call 7300 ka put or 7200 call mila. 1 din may pata chal gay ki yah yak road chaap research company hi... Oh god thanks. Gold plane may entry nai kiay.. Chore & chutiya company. Bhakari tum koi bus kay nichay aakar maray ga...5100 kar bhik di hoo... Pig&dog company... Tera company ko namaskar... All my friends company ka fruad ka proof image kay sath hi... Plz is company ka free may trial lo... Use karo or dustbin may company ko dall dho...

I had very worst experience with epic research. They don’t keep up their promises. They talk very convincingly till payment after payment they r very worse. They don’t call u, you have to call repeatedly for calls target whatever, no follow up & poor service. Their calls are generated by employees by “tukka trick” no research team nothing. Epic doesn't really do any analysis and they just simply put a call and let you test your luck, if tukka is working then you have to pay them money.
Away from this fraud epic research company-indore, i had trusted their words and i subscribed for their emc – gold service. They promise me to recover my previous loss but with these cheater's advice i got a loss of 50k but when i called them they stop picking my phone.
Better don’t get any advice from epic research. I paid 9000 but now they gave me loss of 50000 rs.

Epic research is a financial advisory company.this company took Rs 5555 from me to provide me tips while trading in financial market..my condition was that the company would provide tips from 6 pm to 11 pm.they agreed with my condition.but latter they could not provide me any tip during those time period saying that it was not possible for them to provide tips.then i request them to refund my whole amount.but they denied. the company has cheated me . so I request the forum to take action in this regard and ask them to refund my whole amount at the earliest.
