complaint on epson service center

I go to epson service center and asked for timing belt but the service center people says that we have it but we wont give it to you in a harsh way i entered the store asked politely the working person in the stored said that they have a timing belt but the head of the store says that i won't give it to you.. This was happened to me at epson vizianagaram service center (Vizianagaram, andhra pradesh, india) date of incident 23/07/2019...

Totally bad experience. I have given my printer in service centre, they said i would get it next day but 3 days gone no one is ready to tell the problem i have called them 5 times in one day and each time they say their senior is in a meeting. Shut these service centres if you are not able to repair it. They say its printer head is not fine, and then i have to call them 2 times to know the price and still no answers.

    I gave a printer on 11 july 2019 at dats enterprises pl sharma road meerut up .the problem only in blue ink . next day they call me to chenge panal .i agree to chenge the panal ...then i go to 16 july then they told me another problem and did not inform me before. they changed every parts of my part but printer was is same condition . blue ink not working same before.i ask them why you dont tell me on calls like this problem. staff are non skilled and make fool people only.i have two Epson printer i will replace them with brother printer..

    installed in the school is not working properly the complaint has been raised on 30/06/2019.
    But there is no response the work related to school is hampering a lot.

      We have problem related to print, the printer requires many times head cleaning and nozzle check. We have 2 printers of Epson L6170 same model, and we are facing same problem for both printers. Now it requires to replace the maintenance box. our both printers are only 3-4 months old, so why it requires so soon. one printer is not taking print and second one is also problem with print and giving message for replace the maintenance box.

        Our printer serial no: ubny004773 is out of warranty, i have been calleing local service center (Softpro techonlogies, udupi. Karnataka) since two month, one month before service engineer checked and told some part has to replace, in four days they will replace he told. Till now no body has come to replace, and not giving proper reply, after regular calls today they told spare is not available.
        And even they dont know when they may get the spare.
        If the service is so delay what is the use of printer to our office
        Same spare has been replaced one year back

        Not print and paper jam
        If I am doing a print, the paper is getting stuck and the paper is coming out of the print. Print is done, cut cut is being printed.

          This is to keep you inform that we have purchased one epson l6190 printer on 31st july 2018 and now the printer through an error massage “the maintenance box is at the end of its service life. You need to replace it. Product number: t04d1”. Now when we are trying to log the call with epson its showing that the product out of warranty. We have purchased this product on 31st july 2018 and on the time of registration we have already shared the purchased date and billing details, but epson not update the same on my product.

          I have called customer care yesterday and they informed me to mail them on '[protected]@epsonindia.in'. I have already send mail to them with all details and on today morning they informed me to call at 5pm, warranty will be updated. I called them on 5pm, then they said call us on 6pm, warranty will updated by 6pm and now when i called them they informed me that the warranty yet not updated, so kindly called tomorrow morning. What kind of pathetic service is not??? They just time-pass by setting their, no any interest to resolve customer issue.

            We have purchased epson plq 30 in january 19 for our bank. On 12/6/19. We faced an issue that printer is not working. Have raised a complaint no 1217 on same day. Next day the service personnel form prime services, thrissur, kerala came and informed us about printer board is the problem and will replace within 2 days. Still today they have neither replaced the board nor communicate properly.. We feel very bad about your service team.
            This matter should treated very serious. This will affect your business

              I have been facing many issues since purchase and those are still major issues. Their many service technical experts have come, and they have made more than 10 visits but still the issues are there. They have replaced some parts as well but problems are still there

              1. Zig zag prints
              2. Issues with cleaning
              3. Ink wastage
              4. Automatic power cut
              5. Frequent paper stucking
              6. Issues replacement of part pending for more than two months now

                Please spend an amount of Rs. 16000+ only for Epson L4160 only if you are ready to face the below problems:
                (1) Worst quality of color and B/W print
                (2) Customer service is worst in the world
                (3) To keep this printer in working condition, you need to print at least 5-6 B/W pages per day and at least 1 color print per day. This information is no where published by Epson. In their website/brochure or e-commerce websites.
                (4) If due to any reason you are not taking any prints for continuous 7-10 days, it will require a 15-20 minutes of exercise in cleaning head and nozzle and you need to waste 5-6 papers to verify the output. Even after that also only customer service team visit will be required. The customer service executive will waste your 20-30 ml ink from each bottle and then only the printer will start working.
                (5) Many times their technical executives are also not able to solve the problem leaving the customer in a position where the customer can neither use the printer nor throw it in garbage
                (6) After warranty is over, you need to call their technician to fix the printer issue every 10-15 days and you need to pay them 1000 Rs. everytime.
                (7) Almost in 50% cases only blank pages will be printed. But printer will increase the print counter. And Epson will consider this count as actual number of printed pages through the printer
                (8) Non-responsible customer service team. Even the senior management is also careless about the customer service.

                    -Complaint date- 08/06/2019
                    -Rep of EPSON visited on-11/06/2019 ( after 3 days from the date of complaint) and went back with a remark-Printer Jam Pending for part and assured that the part will be replaced within 3 days.
                    -Yesterday (14/06/2019) I tried to contact the said engineer but no response.
                    -Today I contacted the said engineer and i was advised to contact service centre by him.
                    - Contact service centre @ [protected] and was replied by the other side that the part has been arrived and engineer will come in afternoon today. On asking is it a TAT for their sevice I received a rude reply that he is not producing the part instead of asking sorry for the delay.
                    Please let me know, is it the working culture while dealing with a complaint in your organisation???

                        Dear sir
                        I bought epson inkjet printer whose serial number is x5dz123079 just one month ago. At the time of installation, the person who came to install it spent 2 hours 30 minutes but could not show me how does printer scan he phoned one senior person too but could not insall scan s/w.
                        It stops now anytime and spreads red ink on the doc during color printing and heats up on 3rd or 4th xerox. Copy.
                        May 9, 2019 i registered a complaint but then too my problem is unsolved.
                        Today 29th may, again i registered my complaint but now i want to replace this perinter. Please replace it with immediate effect.

                          Sir i mr basavaraj kurnal requesting you that my epson printer is printing pages but one particular colour is not supplying (Pink). I bought on 10th november 2018 with one year warranty. Except that colour printer so nice. I wonder how this happened. My epson l380 aio so no. X2q5664832 amount paid 10800.

                            I bought epson printer l4160 from local dealer my city in march 19.
                            My daily usage in 7-10 pages per day, within a month o[censored]sage issues started coming.
                            I registered complaint and technician came and did power cleaning. Issues were resolved.
                            But with few days again i faced the same issues i against registered complaint. Against the technician came and did the same and also updated the software and said "there is an update in software so this issue came now it will not come again if it came again then we have to change the head of the printer"

                            But after a week against same issue came. I registered a complaint against. A new technician came and said he has to do head cleaning.

                            I spoke to his boss in office he said we have to update the software again and do power cleaning again.

                            By now i have lost 50% of the ink in just cleaning.

                            But the men from epson office mr. Rajinder was not interested in solving the issue so he called his technician back without solving the issue and said you can complaint on epson toll free.

                            Plz tell how can i get a new printer fixed when the local epson service center is not supporting.

                              I had a complaint with a printer model l805 purchased through a local dealer. I had contacted their service centre at kottayam and a technician did come and checked the machine and said the problem is with the printer tray and the same is not readily available. The printer was used for printing pvc id cards and without this tray no card printing can be done. The technician was hopeful of arranging a new tray and i had telephoned to their kottayam centre and they have agreed to arrange a new tray but even after 1 1/2 months nothing was done and when i called on 23.5.2019 the raised a counter question "why didnt you call us for this 1 1/2 month". My not calling was based on their assurance of replacing it sending a technician. The defect occurred during warranty period and i feel that their non action is to pass out the guarantee period. Your kind interference is requested as this is the business period and each day brings loss to me

                              The printer has developed another problem. The ink is spreading on the picture while printing. Already informed the Kottayam service center some 15-20 days back. Not attended. Another printer WF-R8591 according to the service center needs replacement of scanning unit. Since last two months they say they have not received the unit from Delhi. They behave very irresponsibly and even do not attend the phone some times

                                  Regarding the new printer models like fx 890, fx2175 and plq 30 printer have lot of complaints repeating and very very bad support, service centers dont have enough spares and service persons, it will take two to three weeks for soling the issue. So please call back the new printers and replace the old one. Because we have good experience with old models, service centers in kerala are worst and unprofessionals..

                                    Subject :- duplicate ink supply by dealer.
                                    Respected sir/madam,
                                    We had purchased new epson l380 colour printer from creative business solution from bhayander west dated on 24/10/2018 gst no.27awmps7662l1zj. He has given a duplicate ink for the printer because of which our printer has been damaged. Due to this problem, we are not able to print our important office documents. Due to this duplicate ink, our ink tank got damaged and now the servicing person is asking for charges. We can’t print our important documents and our work load is increasing.
                                    Please look into this matter immediately. I m attaching the invoice copy also with it so you can take necessary actions. Our printer is still under warranty.

                                    I have a printer of 372p.the cartridge is printing only 25to30sheets,
                                    I am desperate, because soon after 30 sheets of 4x6 paper the cartridge shows empty.
                                    How to solve the problem.
