Printer not working, their is some technical mistakes, so please resolve this problem because this printer is in warranty.

We the New Hope Medical Centre Pvt. Ltd. had purchased Canon Pixma multifunction printer model 2313C018 vide serial no KLLD27587, from Chennai Six months back and brought to Port Blair for hospital work.The Scanner of the multifunction printer, is not functional. While scanning the document, half portion of the document page is scanning in full black condition.We need to repair the said printer as early as possible....

Complained sent on mail to Canon India and responce recd. almost 15 days back but no Co. Technician/Engineer had time to visit our premises and see what is wrong ...?

# 3320 is a newly bought printer but giving regular complaints.
Must have got attended by Channel Partners technician atleast 20-25 times since installation but not been able to rectify issues.

On behalf of Canon, Mr. Gokul attempted to replace the printer head on November 29, 2024, and checked the nozzle several times, but the printer still did not function properly. Additionally, 80% of the ink has been wasted, leaving only 10%. I purchased one set (700 ml ink) from Monotech (bill dated July 13, 2024, attached) and have used 10%. I kindly request immediate repair of the printer and replacement of the ink (one set of 700 ml)

I bought printer for office and i observe print quality is very bad so i was asking for replacement or higher version.

Canon EF 400mm f4 do is ii lens was purchased by me in February 2018. Same has been handled carefully and not subjected to drops/ shocks and always stored in dry cabinet. In early January 2024 I noticed image is jumping when IS is on. Took lens to Canon Master Service Centre in Mumbai on 03-Jan-2024. Next day I received a call from Service Centre with repair estimate Rs.65, 000 to replace the image stabilization module. On 05-Jan-2024 I visited service centre to confirm repair but was advised that required spare part is not available at the moment so I took the lens without any repairs. After this I have called Service Centre a few times but I been advised that the spare part is still unavailable anywhere in the world.
This is a very expensive lens and internal parts should not fail so early and even if something fails the spare should be available.
- Request Canon to advise reason for failure of internal part
- Request Canon to provide reason for lack of availability of spare part

Myself Sai Ram Pradhan recipe member of Gopalpur military station Berhampur Orissa I have filed a complaint that my printer g3000 series inkjet printer is not working properly it leave some wide pictures and the print out is not looking good KNNF01700 is the model number of my printer I contact I contact the customer care service centre on friday evening and they forward the message to the Berhampur Canon service centre they said me that will come on Saturday then again the change the time and told me they will come on Sunday they only forwarding the time and prospecting it to the next day it is hard for me to always available in the home as I also have work I can be always be available in the home and it also disturbing my work pace I already raise the complain but still not get any resolve from your side so please hair by solve the issue soon it is arising a many problems in difficulties for me and I request you to send a mechanical repair need as soon as possible
