I am not a new customer of epson. Whenever i contacted their technical support, i have always experienced unprofessional attitude of their executives. They disconnect the calls without providing proper support.
They just don't care about their customers. Though they are serving their customers in our country since so long, they don't seem to have any technical support system of their own. They just log the complaint and provide contact no. Of the local franchisees.
This time i have purchased an ink bottle to refill the tank of my l800 printer and after refilling we are supposed to enter the id of the bottle in the system. As there occurred a problem with the app, i had to restart the process. This time when i enter the same id it isn't getting accepted. I was expecting that the technical support of epson would reset the id for me. But inspite of doing that they said that we have to pay for the service as the printer is out of warranty. Why should i pay just for getting the id reset when i have paid so much amount for the ink bottle. Though the printer is out of warranty, there is no problem with my printer.

    We are facing continuous problem with the printer we can't able take printouts of atleast 10 pages. Paper is getting jammed again and again. We got serviced for 2 times from the espon service person but again we are getting same issues. Our printer is still under warranty. Please do something to get out of this issue.

    We already register a complaint (Complaint no : inc[protected])

    Often the paper is getting jam, we have to turn off and again restart it again. This is issue is happening continuous.
    Please help me to sort out this

        There is a problem in head. If we give light cleaning, medium as well as heavy cleaning, that too 5-6 times, there is a dark lines visible in a print. We also tried head maintenance, but still there is no good result in a print. We thought there might be printing media problem. So we tried with 3m brand. Again the result is the same. Please find some solution for our problem. We will be thankful to you.

                Epson team,
                We've been following following issue with epson l405 and make several complaints so far
                1. Connectivity issue : we are facing the connectivity issue regularly as we unable to use the wifi command & sometimes no print comes even connecting the printer usb cable.
                2. Printing issue : some white lines are coming in print out & also sometimes paper comes blank from the printer.
                For this we lodged the complaint 12 - 14 times. The service engineer visited every time, checks the printer for half an hour approximate & then said now the problem is resolved.
                In last visit of service engineer he said that now the problem is in ink, so for it the another ink test engineer will come in next 2-3 days & he will resolved the problem. The ink test engineer came & checks the ink & said that you refilled the duplicate ink that's why you are facing the problem while i am using the original ink we got at the time of purchase and not refilled yet.
                On 12 august 2018, at this stage as per printer report there are only 484 color pages, 724 b/w pages, & 2 blank pages prints taken (Refer the attachment). When i called customer care, they told that your warranty is void due to duplicate ink usage.
                As per epson company the refill of ink is required after 6000 pages print, then how the ink test engineer is saying that you refill the ink.
                We made a complaint over mail but nobody responded us.
                Today as on 5th feb our black ink is empty and we have to refill with new original ink.
                Kindly resolve our issue else i will file a case in consume court against epson how you make fool of your customer.

                I have already complaint to epson email support, customer care, local distributer, still no resolution.
                I am facing issue with scanning part, it takes too much time to scan from day one.
                We have been following up this issue since months.
                Its a faulty product and we need replacement.

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I have purchased a Epson L3110 before 2 months. SERIAL NO: - XDZ031820. From the using of 15 days on words I have faced problem in made coping. After made few copies printer are very slow to coping actually scanner was not moved.

                  I called to Customer care and lodge complaint 2 times. But engineer came and said that this problem are not get any solution. This is the feature of this model printer and it is not for using commercial purpose. Engineer and his senior trying to convinced me but not tried to how to solve this issue. Also Engineer said he is not bother whatever I written in service report.

                  I agreed that I used this printer in my Shop for XEROX and Print Out purpose. But 5-10 copies XEROX in a whole day is it commercial use.

                  I am herewith attach latest service report.

                  I have loose my money as well customers and reputation.

                  Please look into this matter as priority basis.

                    Epson printer purchased in september 2018 from astha computer tezpur assam. Within a spanish 3 months the printer paper getting jammed and hence machine is lying idle since long and hampering my day today business activities in turn incurring loss to me. Complaint logged to customer care video imc[protected] dt 14/2/2019 and repeated reminder cum request telephonically done to service centre epson india. Since the your company is reuted one i wish that the service engineer to be directed to attend the snag on top priority please. The printer is under warranty.

                    No any steps being taken by anyone to resolve my complaints. Mere writing that complaints is resolved, it's not fair. Please resolve the complaint first taking feedback from service centers. Don't try to cheat or misguide the consumers that it is resolved. Your company is totally misleading the consumers. Please don't let down your company's reputation. The patience of consumer has limitations to bear with the delay which incurring daily losses. Since the printer is in warranty we cannot go for repair locally to avoid null and void of warranty. Please wake up. Otherwise dealer as well as company is heading for legal action as per terms of conditions of warranty.

                    Printer is not printing properly, as well as blank print and very low colyte print.
                    A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life.

                            Attached please find installation report & amazon receipt for my printer.
                            When i called customer care since the printer is not working i was told that the printer is not in warranty.
                            As per the attached invoice & installation report the printer is still in warranty then why this confusion & harassment to the customer.

                                I have purchased epson printer l360 through amazon india sold by appairo retail private ltd.
                                S. No. Vggk262547. Invoice no. Sboa-64785 (Mh-sboa[protected]. Order no.[protected] dtd 02.01.2019. Product was delivered on time. I have following grievance —
                                1)- no one came for installation of printer, though it was promised.
                                2)- company wants that product should be registered within 14 days online. But when a person tries to register it on epson website it demands uploading of invoice, however, when a person tries to upload it by taking photo of invoice then website says it cannot be uploaded. I tried to contact their customers support system by giving above details they don't respond.
                                It appears that company doesn't want people to register their purchase to avoid service.
                                Thus the espon india like street vendors believe only in selling products by hook & crook.

                                As mentioned earlier their customers care is not helpful in helping to register warranty of Epson printer L360 which I purchased. All details have been given in my complaint. Their system does not allow to upload invoice. On your complaint site I easily uploaded invoice.
                                Printers showing number of errors while printing and not working properly.
                                Epson l380 printer model c462h, serial number x2q5576484
                                in warrenty time. Printer is slow now. Giving print command twice or thrice to print a document. Contact customer care number in alleppey town, kerala state but no positive responce

                                  I am running computer institute, very much interest to use our printers for color also samsung laser printer. Recently i contact with my samsung 2876nd printer to digital world service center located in guntur address: 2nd floor raghu mansion complex s-11, 4, 1st lane, guntur, andhra pradesh 522002. They damaged my printer also changing inner main costly parts i. E image unit, logic board and they return my printer dont even before condition when i went to service center. Now my printer not working. How our epson service center take samsung printer with knowing knowledge about printer. I want justice on this action plz

                                    My epson printer is not working properly. Either print paper is coming blank or paper not accept.

                                      We have purchased one epson printer l655 color printer in nit agartala 5th october 2018 for office work. But after installing we printed 4-5 copies of colour papers but now a days when we start printing from this printer the printed paper was blur and smudge.

                                      I am facing formatter baord, logic board complaints of both printer and scanner. As a reputed finance company we have more than 700+ assets and not getting proper response. There is no response even after raising the complaints. No support even the assets warranty is expired and, as we are ready to pay
