It's about 2 months ago i buy your product epson 361 for home but now it's not working showing some error and not able to connect to my laptop i reinstalled all its software but still it's not working i tried to contact epson costumer service center but didn't got any contact number. Manually it's working but it is not able to connect with laptop and didn't take any commands from laptop please do the needful thank u

I purchased the above mentioned scanner with serial no. Vcjy046404 on
[protected]. At the very first scanning the horizontal bar inside the scanner turned diagonally and the scanner stopped working. I am facing the problem
Without scanner in my day to day work, in view of this complaint i request your
Goodself kindly to replace the whole scanner and not repair as early as
Possible.

I am running mu company in the name of KARUNA XEROX at chennai. I am your customer for more than 10 years. I buy only Epson Printers for my company. I am having 6 nos. of printers ( L800, L360, L355, XP235, L220, L550) on 13.10.2018 Mona Systems and Peripherals took my 2 nos. of printers for service to replace ink pads. My printer was in working condition. But the concern person told me that he had replaced Head and asked me Rs.1000/- as service charge. I regretted to pay. But he behave badly and at last I paid the service charge anyway. But now my printer is not working. very bad condition than before. Please take an immediate action before spoiling your company name. I came to know this is the way they handle the customers. please save your company name.

With respect that i sri amiya puthal from chhend, rourkela, odisha, india, i have purchase a new epson - l 1455, last 20 days but it is not print the colour photo on glossy paper, when print a photo on glossy its colour fedded and also the colour are in hand. So i complain in the authorised service centre from last 10 days but they are not any respeonse. The service centre is micro service, udit nagar, rourkela, odisha (Ind) phone no[protected].
So please do the needfull. Other wise i go to higher.

I request you to send technical person who has knowledge of color saturation to verify my claim.

I have two incidents where I am forced to buy EPson specified consumables.
1. Epson L800 Printer - Here I can not use any other compatible ink. I am forced to use Epson Ink only because they are using software to reset page counter.
2. Epson L380 Printer - in this printer I am forced to buy Epson's Ink Pad.

Epson is using counter for ink pad to replace the ink pad and not allowing to reset ink pad counter in india. However for EPSON USA product they are allowing it to reset

Why not in India ???
Why they are making money using technology and fooling Indian customers.

We purchased the printer wf - r5691printer last year from anugraha agencies bangalore. Now it is not functioning properly and now your service center has advised to replace the head. For this repair they are asking 100% advance with the 15 to 20 days time line to repair. We have informed them that we will issue a purchase order with 30 % advance and make balance 70 % payment on successful repair which is not agreed by them. This unreasonable demand of 100% advance payment and 15 days time line to repair is not understood after purchasing such an expensive printer. Kindly look into this and have the repair of the printer carried out at the earliest. We will release the apyment immediately once the repair is done. Glorious compter ने ह्मारे साथ चीट किया है

अत आप श्रीमान से विनम्र निवेदन है कि glorious compter mau के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करे और ह्मे 2 पीस black ink दिलाये. धन्यवाद

I purchased the epson l380 printer (All in one) on 13/07/2018,
But after a few days of installation i faced scanning problem.
I lidged complaint over telephone to ph no.[protected] on 20/09/2018 (Compln no.5297450) & on 22/09/2018 (Compln no.
5302821). But till date no technician visited my instrument

Dear sir i purchase online epson l 380 printer. Atually myself deepak nandwanshi from athwadi bazar, near central bank of india, paratwada (Amravati) m. H. Having a scanning problem in my printer. I register complaint but its has already 4 days passed till then the complaint has not been done so far, they are just giving me excuses. I am very unhappy and regrets to say that epson printer is fine bt its service provider are not punctual and fast. I hope company will be consider and strengthen the rules of service providing in less time as they dont get incinvenience in future...

I would like to inform you that on 04.06.18 people came from above mentioned firm for providing service to my printer mdl l-210 and told us there is no defect in my printer and after getting 20-25 outputs it again stopped. After that they again came for servicing and told us that their is defect in the roller. They didn't checked the same properly at the very first time and also charged for providing service. This is completely inappropriate.

We are facing issue in service of epson printers as your service centre in chandigarh is not repairing our printers, we have around 40 epson printers in our organisation.
We had sent two printers model l1300 epson (Ubay000128, ubay001372) to chandigarh service centre (Vcare technologies punj6)
In first printer there was problem of not picking of a3 copies, service centre has change the asf roller kit in that printer, after replacing afc roller new problem arise, as while printing word was not getting aligned and in second printer there is problem of ink pad replacement. Two months have passed but till now no solution from your chandigarh service centre. Both printers are with service centre

Respected sir/mam, am suresh from v3 computers (Coimbatore), herewith mentioning that epson service centre (Wiptron peripherals epson service centre - kala complex, 100 feet rd, 4th street extension, gandhipuram, coimbatore 641012), are literally avoiding to service epson printers on site, they are harsh on every customer if its out of warranty, they are not even responding to them, they just ordering them to bring the product to service centre if it is out of warranty, even without servicing the printer they keep on telling the service charges will be 550/- for just a visit (Without even aware of the problem of the machine) this is not the first time we are facing this frustrating behaviour from authorised epson service team, the recent complaint id:5214874 for the proof, they are just calling the customer after 3-4 days of complaint raised, but not even care to visit on site and service, our epson customers are very much irritated and frustated with authorised epson service and their behaviour, even after i spoke with the tamilnadu regional head mr ezhil rajan[protected], no action has been taken, after 3-4 days of complaint, they are just calling our epson customer and ordering them to bring the product inspite of corporate clients, personally using customers, kindly am requesting you to look on this issue for the betterment of epson sales and service, it really affects the sales of the epson directly if it is not taken care, such a good product has gotten a bad name due to weird service issues, kindly contact me @+[protected] for any clarity regarding this serious issue.

We have submitted our epson 220 printer in sec-42 chd two times in last 10 days. But they did not resolve our problem and we are getting negative response from them. We are not satisfied with there service in chandigarh. Kindly solve our problem asap. They also comitt us to visit us at 7/9/2018 at 2:30 p. M but they did not come & when we call them they gave us the negative response.

Lines appear while printing on 6/4 but fine a4 printer cables fixed and restart but still not working urgent service needed . shading on sheet while printing.   Replace all

From the beginning the printer model number epson l565, is not working properly after several complaints. I also send this printer to the service center but the result is null and void. Also, epson product service team @ jammu taking customers for granted, don't visit even after 15 days of service request.

Every time we call they say will come in evening /morning. If they can't handle the service request than additional service partners should be appointed.. Our business is getting impacted and they don't bother at all

Printing quality is very poor and its speed of scan and copy from upper tray is very very very slow, whenever i use upper tray paper always jammed in machine,
I pissed off in 2 days only.. Just 2 days passed to buy this scrap machine.
Kindly pickup this machine and refund back my amount,
I complaint for this om 23aug engineer visited my place on 24 and no action taken yet
