Glorious compter ने ह्मारे साथ चीट किया है

अत आप श्रीमान से विनम्र निवेदन है कि glorious compter mau के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करे और ह्मे 2 पीस black ink दिलाये. धन्यवाद

    I purchased the epson l380 printer (All in one) on 13/07/2018,
    But after a few days of installation i faced scanning problem.
    I lidged complaint over telephone to ph no.[protected] on 20/09/2018 (Compln no.5297450) & on 22/09/2018 (Compln no.
    5302821). But till date no technician visited my instrument
    To solve the problem (Scanning).in this situation i would
    Be bound to refer this case to consumer forum of govt. Of
    W bengal., since the warranty period is stll valid.

      Dear sir i purchase online epson l 380 printer. Atually myself deepak nandwanshi from athwadi bazar, near central bank of india, paratwada (Amravati) m. H. Having a scanning problem in my printer. I register complaint but its has already 4 days passed till then the complaint has not been done so far, they are just giving me excuses. I am very unhappy and regrets to say that epson printer is fine bt its service provider are not punctual and fast. I hope company will be consider and strengthen the rules of service providing in less time as they dont get incinvenience in future...

        Dear sir,

        I would like to inform you that on 04.06.18 people came from above mentioned firm for providing service to my printer mdl l-210 and told us there is no defect in my printer and after getting 20-25 outputs it again stopped. After that they again came for servicing and told us that their is defect in the roller. They didn't checked the same properly at the very first time and also charged for providing service. This is completely inappropriate.

          and in a three months it repaired 7 times by Epson Engineer.
          But not get a any final solution. that a not work properly till now

              We are facing issue in service of epson printers as your service centre in chandigarh is not repairing our printers, we have around 40 epson printers in our organisation.
              We had sent two printers model l1300 epson (Ubay000128, ubay001372) to chandigarh service centre (Vcare technologies punj6)
              In first printer there was problem of not picking of a3 copies, service centre has change the asf roller kit in that printer, after replacing afc roller new problem arise, as while printing word was not getting aligned and in second printer there is problem of ink pad replacement. Two months have passed but till now no solution from your chandigarh service centre. Both printers are with service centre

                Respected sir/mam, am suresh from v3 computers (Coimbatore), herewith mentioning that epson service centre (Wiptron peripherals epson service centre - kala complex, 100 feet rd, 4th street extension, gandhipuram, coimbatore 641012), are literally avoiding to service epson printers on site, they are harsh on every customer if its out of warranty, they are not even responding to them, they just ordering them to bring the product to service centre if it is out of warranty, even without servicing the printer they keep on telling the service charges will be 550/- for just a visit (Without even aware of the problem of the machine) this is not the first time we are facing this frustrating behaviour from authorised epson service team, the recent complaint id:5214874 for the proof, they are just calling the customer after 3-4 days of complaint raised, but not even care to visit on site and service, our epson customers are very much irritated and frustated with authorised epson service and their behaviour, even after i spoke with the tamilnadu regional head mr ezhil rajan[protected], no action has been taken, after 3-4 days of complaint, they are just calling our epson customer and ordering them to bring the product inspite of corporate clients, personally using customers, kindly am requesting you to look on this issue for the betterment of epson sales and service, it really affects the sales of the epson directly if it is not taken care, such a good product has gotten a bad name due to weird service issues, kindly contact me @+[protected] for any clarity regarding this serious issue.

                  We have submitted our epson 220 printer in sec-42 chd two times in last 10 days. But they did not resolve our problem and we are getting negative response from them.                   Printer is not working properly .cartage not performing according to capcity.one cash memo is printing in mid of page and next memo plz provide the right way to resolve the problem.its creating problem me genreating in cash memo

                      From the beginning the printer model number epson l565, is not working properly after several complaints. I also send this printer to the service center but the result is null and void. Also, epson product service team @ jammu taking customers for granted, don't visit even after 15 days of service request.

                      Every time we call they say will come in evening /morning. If they can't handle the service request than additional service partners should be appointed.. Our business is getting impacted and they don't bother at all

                          Printing quality is very poor and its speed of scan and copy from upper tray is very very very slow, whenever i use upper tray paper always jammed in machine,
                          I pissed off in 2 days only.. Just 2 days passed to buy this scrap machine.

                            I informed u that Epson installation printer L1455 not properly.pls I want returned this printer.but seller not accepted.iwant to go court
                            Big Colour lines is coming in photos. Photo is not clear. 2 or 3 photos taken then colour lines is coming. Last 2 times i complained and service persons repaired. But problem is not cleared.

                              I have bought epson l380 on 15/8/2018.
                              After i brought it to home it was working but after 1hour,
                              It's power button light was off and it then never went on since then.
                              I checked that the power supply and the socket was ok.
                              But could not find find what was wrong with the printer?
                              Power supply was fluctuating that time and may have disturbed something related to power supply component of the printer.

                                All, Whoever plan to purchase a printer through EPSON online store, Please read my experience & review. I have ordered a EPSON 4150 printer through Epson online store with a discount scheme provided to our corporate employees. (Order no.[protected] It took nearly 9 days to dispatch the shipment to me after a series of follow up emails. please note there is no online support in Epson like any other online stores I received the product on 20-Aug-2018. But when I opened the shipment, I found they sent me a defective product with the rear paper door was separated from the unit.Also the back portion o[censored]nit completely disintegrated from the unit.(Attached photos). Immediately I sent out an email to [protected]@epsonshop.co.in (remember this is the only point of contact for customer) and explain the defective product. For any response from the Epson store you need to wait 24 hours from time of initial email communication. Just imagine after paying your money with bank interest and you have to wait 24 hours for response. The next day some one from the store responded and asked me for photos. I sent a number of photos with all angles. But now they are saying that they have escalated the issue to some other department and asked me to wait without giving me a timeline though I have requested for an ETA. Earlier I wanted replacement but after their response without giving me a timeline for a solution, I have decided to refund the money from EPSON that I paid for this product. I do not want a defective product for my hard earned money.

                                I have not received any response from EPSON and the EPSON Sales manager in Chennai is not responding my queries. I would like to inform you that Do not go for EPSON printers. Poor customer service.

                                  In reference to previous call registered for my Epson L-405 printer was for color print issue, is attended on 20th Aug 2018, with service report no.[protected]. Technical has checked and reported printer OK, but we are concerned about color mismatched with original media.He was unable to clarify and provide solutions for the same.My kind request is to verify that printer giving correct color output.As i am not satisfied with color printouts from this printer.I request you to send technical person who has knowledge of color saturation to verify my claim.Attached herewith photos to understand my complaint.

                                    My epson printer l380 model c462h has not been working since last 2 weeks. No power supply is showing in it. It had been working fine since it was supplied 2 month before. We are a government organisation and we had been using it for office purpose and use was not too high. Only 10 printouts would had been taken out till now. Kindly reslove the issue asap as it is hampering the office work.
