With due respect i like to inform you that I RANABIKASH KONAI, Prop. RBK ENTERPRISE, residing at Gopalmath, mejedihi plot, Durgapur - 713217, Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal. I had a Epson L380 All In One Printer. Today I purchase a Epson 664 Blank ink for my Above Said printer from my local Computer Shop named "ANGEL COMPUTER". The owner of the Shop named "PRATAP HAZARI". The Actual price of the INK is 299 including all TAX, its a TAG Price but he take Rupess 310 (Rupees Three Hundred Ten Only) for this ink. This is unfair and have no base.

So, I request you to kindly check this out and take action as granted as soon as possible.

Hi i have bought new printer on 23rd april with gst invoice. I have installed at my home on 25th april. Printing was working fine however when i start printing of photos on 28th its showing lining on the pictures.in all pictures its showing me the same lining while black or colour print both. I have registered an complaint on same date n request to engg to come on same day. I got an call from the guy (Service center). He said i cannot come today because i am residing too far from your complaint address, so i will come on monday. Then i received an call from one more guy n he asked for timing n said sir today our engineer is not available so complaint will be handle tomorrow. Today on 1st may he called n came for service n he found there's some issue. I told him i want my printer to be replace not repair as i got this issue in new printer which is 3 days old. Then he called to one of his senior n his senior said "sir aapko nahi kaarna mat karao, hum change nahi karenge". This is pathetic service i got from epson.

As we have bought printer Epson M 200 and in the box it showed that it can be run on windows xp sp1 or higher.. and our system is windows xp sp3 but it's not supporting our system.. technician are telling us to upgrade the system.. we might loose our data. Many technician have to check and install the printer but they cant install. So kindly revert us back Asap.

With reference to the above complaint, it has been more than 30 days since the issue is not resolved. None of your mentioned Service Center you mentioned is ready to serve even after me given appointment. Lakshmi System and Technology is very rude in attending customer calls and denies any of the time options that I put forth. In fact, they are wrong in making claims that they are ready to serve the customer. I've attached proof of vendor not responding from my SMS log. I am also attaching proof of Work order sheet dated 31st March 2018 from which vendor has not responded. Because of no response from vendor, I had to raise follow-up complaint with Epson dated 09th April 2018.

It is very disappointing to note that Epson and vendor/Asscoiates is procrastinating for more than 30 days from the date of first service visit. This clearly shows that Epson is not interested in resolving the complaint. If Epson doesn't respond to my complaint within 3 business days, then, I'll have to take a legal action against Epson for deficiency in service.

We have tried nozzle check, print alignment, head cleaning.. The unit is not responding
Being an educational institution it is very much urgent

I live in sriganganagar, rajasthan (India). I bought wi735 series laptop. The projector's lamp has been damaged and i have made the payment for new lamp. Its been 1 month now but the problem has not been resolved. I am fully dissatisfied with after services provided by you. I request you not to make any agent who gives this much poor services to the customers. I will never recommend your projector to anyone if my problem is not resolved.

I had complained about the projector model no. Tw-8300 on 29th december 2017. Complaint no. Inc [protected] serial no. X[protected]l. A technician visited my house and upon inspection said that a part will need to be replaced and after a few days the part came which too did not work and the technician said that the part that has come for replacement is faulty and they will need to get it replaced again but the part has not come till date despite me asking mr. Vikas in meerut and epson co-ordinator mr. Maruti in kanpur but they do not bother to pick up their phones. Out of the 10 times i called mr. Maruti he picked his phone once and said that the part has moved from bangalore and will reach you in 2-3 days but to this also two weeks have passed but the part has not come.

Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earlist.

I was invited to join the epson service center no x2q5042078 made me aware of the fact that the service center was an engineer at that office but i did not know anything about the phone, but i did not know what to do and i did not complain about the service center to the raipur service center. I am thankful that i have been able to send a letter to the media, but i have been informed by the epson company that i do not know how to send a query to any of the questions related to this question.

Dear sir, i purchased epson l805 printer for the purpose of cd/dvd lable printing. But i am facing the problem with insert the tray. I am inserting the as per the given instructions and at given mark on the printer but it shows incorrect tray loading again and again. The same i tried lot of times but not getting any result. Please resolve this issue at the earliest

I am having epson l210 printer and 10 days ago my printer was not working and we called service support engineer from lakshmi system & technology (Echn48)- tambaram, chennai.

Day 1 service : they found the cable was problem, need to replace cable. Collected service visiting charge rs.250/-

Day 2: service engineer not come

Day 3 service: they found the board was problem, need to replace the board.

Day 3: service engineer not come

Day 5 service: the engineer replace the board then they said the machine paper input roller was problem and at the time they dont have the spare.
They collect rs 2007 for board replacement.

Day 3: service engineer not come

Day 4 service: paper input roller changed and he found the board is need to configured, so he is unable to rectify my printer issue.

Notice the service engineer was changed for every day. So no one have the proper record to handle the printer bug.

I have lost my business due to this kind of service. Please take the necessary action on my issue please resolve my issue.

I buy epson l380 printer on dated:[protected].
The printer sl. No. X2q5075317. Is under warranty field.
I complait several time in customer care, the customer care peoples is giving several compliant nos.
But my printer is still yet not ready. When i buying time we giving good service, all parts of a printer is warranty even single paise also don’t spend like tell, your service peoples are beggar’s is asking service charge and additional spare parts charge., i have lost my business, i was belived somuch about epson company, 1 month warranty was gone who fulfill my losses. Please solve my problem otherwise i will complaint to consumer court, and publish in all media don’t by epson products, because of worst service.. No warranty..

We bought epson tm220 printer. It was recommended by their sangli supplier vitrag computers. We needed a printer that was compatible for tally billing printing. So we bought it based on their recommendation. Now once we have understood, it is not compatible and doesn't give clear prints, they are not ready to give us any product exchange. The vitrag computers, which is their sangli supplier, says it's technical problem and epson will deal it and epson says its vitarag's problem.

At least epson india was expected to b professionally reliable. But we have received pathetic service.

We have lost are money time and energy because of this.

Kindly look into it.

What are you doing, your company no responded at this complain.
I complain online your server at 19-dec-2017. But not done my printer problem solve, my all working process stopped.

I have purchases a epson l380 printer serial no. Azq5066719 on dated[protected]. While printing, the paper does not print and leaves the paper out. Blue ink does not flash ink. Till purchases the printer and same complaint 4 times inform to your authorized service center m/s astron computer services, sigara, varanasi up and representative of service center attend the complaint & assure the same problem not in future. But same problem short out within month after repairing.

So, i requested to your solve this our same problem carefully. Otherwise i will be bound to take legal action.

अब क्या दो दिन पहले लिए प्रिन्टर को सर्विस सेंटर ले जाना पड़ेगा?
और लेकर ही जाना पड़े तो यह प्रिंटर सर्विस सेंटर से ही दे |

We ordered epson printer from amazon for our organization. Since the printer had no wifi facilities, we called customer care toll free number to ask about 'how to connect it to the wifi router' and they gave us a local service number which is in velachery chennai.

A lady picked up and asked for our printer details. Finally she said, a technical engineer would contact us in 4 - 5 hours. A day has passed and no one called us.

Now i'm trying to complain about the service from the morning, but the people are saying that they have technical issues and they cant take my complaint.
And the local service people are not picking up the call
