When i start to on my printer the four lights always glowing its look like paper jam but there is no jam on paper. Its sometime automatically rectified while i long press recycle button with one paper inserted.
Why this issue i always face it please recty for me.

I have the epson printer l555 ant it's not working properly so i have called to your customer service at no [protected] on dated 23/11/2017, and they told me that person from company will come soon to attend the complaint and they also gave me complaint no 594143. However till today i have called several time to this number they are not sending any person to attend my complaint. Please do needfull.

I have bought epson lx-310 printer its serial no. Is: - q7ey172507 on 27/11/2017 from my earlier experience because i used l565, l380 and m200 before. I called to cc, submit my complaint no.4163744 as printer is not picking the page, and needed to be configure. The representative mr. Saurav visited to us on 28/11/2017 and said that he don't have any knowledge about dot-matrix printer and can't configure the papersize. He conveyed to us the another senior engineer will visit to us and sort out the problem. But nobody have visited to us. Afterthat i informed many time to our local service center and they assured that shortly any trained person will visit to us. I again informed about this to customer care and they have given me another complaint no 4174101 and said to me to request at service center. Nevertheless, no one reach to us. I want to tell you that we are corporate user and having many products from epson. If you can send experienced technician than he can mark the problem we are facing. Therefore, i request to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I have purchases a epson l380 printer serial no. Azq5066719 on dated[protected]. While printing, the paper does not print and leaves the paper out. Blue ink does not flash ink. Till purchases the printer and same complaint 4 times inform to your authorized service center m/s astron computer services, sigara, varanasi up and representative of service center attend the complaint & assure the same problem not in future. But same problem short out within month after repairing.

So, i requested to your solve this our same problem.

I bought a set of black ink bottles from flip-kart for my epson printer l655, however the ink bottles are not genuine which turned my printer shutdown and had to call a technical support executive to fix the printer which costed me money. I have posted the photos of duplicate ink and copy of the invoice for the service from epson printer. I brought the printer on may 2017 and it was in good working condition but suddenly printing and exrox is not clear and ink is leaking through corners and writings are blured printer is epson l445 since 1 month the problem is existing please repair the device as soon as possible as its very usefull for my office wrk are pending due to it.. Hi. By mistake i purchased a epson eb-525w esp projector and l380 color printer. My printer having so much issue and creating problem but this time my epson projector also not working properly. When i call to customer care on date 28/10/2017 10:54 am their behavior is very very rude. So my request to customers please don't buy any epson company product.

Colors are not working properly and gives undesired response of colors in the print.

I have purchased my printer 2-3 month back.

It was working fine till a few days back.

Certainly one morning i had given a command for printing then i got unpredictable response as my print was colored wrongly.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I purchased a epson printer model no :- i360 serial no :- vggk130449. On 25 sep 2017 i am facing printing a lining issue. So i have visited h. L infotech service centre. Service centre coordinator mrs sanjana told me that they have to update warranty so it will takes 2 days.

Then on 27 sep 2017 i have called toll free no and they have told me to mail the invoice and they will update warranty in 4 hours.

On 29 sep 2017 i have visited service centre and service eng. Told me that printer is repaired, then i have checked printer at that time there is some lines are coming there.

At the same time i have told the issue to service engineer. Service eng. Told me that lining will disappear after some time after printing some photos.

Again on 03 sep 2017 i have registered the complain with complain no ([protected]), then without informing me / without any call. Service engineer closed the complain.

Service centre coordinator is totally illiterate dont know how to talk to customer. She is not ready to listen the problem we teel and always give their logic, never resolve the problems.

I am having a proofs for itemised bill which contains that there is no call from service engineer on my cell phone.

Please look into this matter.

I was buy printer epson l655 by dated 26/11/2016 and the printer is face problem to february 2017. I was complaint about this and service center manager is helped to tried to solved this problem but printer is still in bad condition. I was used this printer only two month and other time its in bad condiction and not working like its dead. I have only one month to expired warranty and printer is still not working.
Kindly replace or solve this problem as soon as possible.

Whenever i m giving a command for print it shows "printer massege error:-a printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life.
Please contact epson support.". I refilled all ink yesterday but still ink is not charging. I think before yesterday there was one month of vacance period of my printer is not in use, thats why i thinks the inks has dried. Scan is running well but print is not working

We have lodged a complaint for our epson printer serial number vhdk011709 on june 28 2017

Our date of invoice was july 6 th 2016...
The complaint was made on june 28 th 2017

Our warranty period is for one year i suppose... The complaint was made before warranty and still you claim that it is out of warranty snice it was not in your system...

But i am very disappointed with the service from your side..

The service center didn't respond properly and still now the service is not sorted out...

We made 3-4 calls to tollfree..
Once the issue was handled by a higher manager and he promised me to clear the issue and we had a con call with the local service center... But nothing was resolved..

Again we tried calling them...
We had a very rude response when we spoke to toll free number on 10/10/17... And had a very rude response..

We have attached the invoice bill, the date of complaint and the epson service slip...

We need a proper response and service immediately..

We have spent more than 4 months following on this and we are tired of it...

I have l222 printer, i have problem in my epson printer so i am going to service center name real tech system in jalandhar phone[protected]/1 s. U. S nagar jal. I am calling on daily basis they have only one answer next they will call me, when its repaired, i am asking to her give exact date when its repair she said they will call me, but i did nt got any call from on her side, i am try to complaint on epson toll free no [protected] there is also no response no buddy pick my call.
I am very frustrated from epson service center.

I, mohammed sabeel k, vaniyambadi, mobile no. [protected], purchase epson l380 printer (Epil c11cf43504) on[protected]. At m/s. Mummy photo goods, vellore vide invoice no. V/0420/17-18, dated[protected], supplier's ref. 0420, serial no : x2q5074375. Now the printer out put quality on colour print is so bad and lines occur on colour prints. When i contact the supplier wher i bought the printer says "complaint to the costomer service". I am still inthe warranty period and the supplier is not responding and i suffer much due to poor printing quality. Kindly do the needful to rectify my problem.

Our epson printer model l210. Reflect message refil the tank. Am already fill all tanks properly but not generate print kindly resolve the issue. And the indicator led continiously blink. We are not under stand what is the issue kindly do the needful.

The service center is worst i have ever experience in my life. Pathetic. All illiterate people are sitting.
They r not ready to listen the problem we teel and always give their logic, never resolve the problems. When we give them the printer they will examin and say we have not found any problem described by us and will do simple servce and give back the printer. When we run it the same problem starts...

I swear never to buy epson products again no matter how good or cost effective they are but are useless if after sales service is poor...
