I am from kandivali, i have an epson printer model no. L210 Serial no. S2AK138487, the printer was not working properly so i have called an epson engineer to repair it that time he took around 630 of visit without informing us he came to my place and made us wait more than 3 to 4 days before coming. Then after checking my printer he forcefully made me put ink in the printer i did all possible things he said that time...

I asked for installation of my new Epson printer but no one turned after 3 working days.its very sad on your side to fulfill the requirements of your customers.plz rectify my problem as soon as possible. By this you are demotivating ur customer about your product. I promise u that I will not recommend any of my friend to buy Epson product due to this kind of poor service...

We are the customers of our product. We are using ink tank printer. Few days back it was not printing only black colour remaining are ok. For this reason we sent the printer to near ask informatics (Epson service point) at karimnargar. But they are not observed properly and saying that some parts are need to add newly. And they are charging heavy amounts....

When I am taking printout (both BW & Color), 4 white lines are coming over the print out & in that line no content is showing. I have tried with several document like Photo, Excel, Word etc but the same problem is happening everytime. I am using a epson printer that warranty is completed. I went to service center for it's printing complaint. They said that printer head is not good for printing. So they changed that with new one and charging Rs 4, 000/-. And then they do test print with cheap paper. I am dissatisfied with that. They said that it is good and it need some time to set. Laken jab mera printer theek hokar aaya to usshmey l210 ka software upload karney ko bola gaya jisshey mere printer ki print or photocopy ki speed bhout kam ho gaye hain maney bhout war complain ki laken koi fayada Nahi. store is good but behavior of seals person about companies product is disappointing.
she says " company to hazaro product banati hai, sab ka demo to nahi dikha sekta"
when talked to owner on phone, he also says the same words and also added
" ye tv, fridge ki dukan nahi hai"

i can understand there is limitations...
