Dear Epson India

We would like to inform you that when ever we give our printer for servicing for particular problem they check the printer and register the complain.

Then they call us next day that in your printer this problem and that problem and they give you 3 4 problems list And a big amount. This happened every time whenever we give printer to your service center in Nagpur. ( Address:The Service, Behind Hitavada, Dhantoli Nagpur.

We have log the complain that paper stuck when we give print. And we have checked them that all the other function are working properly. Now our scanner is not working they are telling us that wire is damage it will charge Rs800/- So please tell me how suddenly wire is damage when it is working properly at the time when we have given for servicing.

So i request you to take strong action and we want our printer in same condition as we have given.

Product : Epson Printer L210 A very good product but due to very bad service this product become our headeak.

I had bought one multi function printer epson l365 online through infibeam.com on 21.11.16. The product is malfunction from the beginning itself. On registering for service support, one elite systems from salem serviced the printer more than three times with a lot of troubles to me. But all are vain and the printer experiences with different problem in next time. I am totally upset in the printers worst performance and my bad experience met with the poor service support from m/s. Elite system from salem. I want to replace this bad printer with new one.

Mera common service center ka business hai jo printer kharaab hone ki wajah se sahi se nahi ho pa raha hai,

Maine 2sep 2016 ko epson m-200 printer jiska serial no. (S2ly120499) khareeda tha jiska instalaation 11.11.2016 ko company ke sitapur (Up) service center se aaye ingineir ne kiya tha,

Uske 1 week mein hi printer ka head missprint karne laga uske baad scanner irror hone laga. Kabhi printer on ho jaata hai kabhi nahi hota hai, jise baar baar complaint karne ke baad bhi head aur scanner change nahi kar rahe hain, jabki printer mein baar baar same problem aa rahi hai, jabki maine abhi tak ink bhi refill nahi ki hai,

Testing ke naam par 15 din printer service center par bhi rakha aur repair log book mein show bhi nahi kiya hai. (Aur sabhi complaint resolve dates galat show kar rahe hain), lekin wahan se aane ke 1 week mein phir waisa hi ho gaya tab se aaj tak total 7 complaint service center ko kar chuka hoon lekin repair log book mein galat intry karke printer sahi nahin kar rahe hain.

Maine jab 27.05.2017 ko complaint ki tab bataya ki mera printer out of warranty ho chuka hai, jab maine [protected]@epsonindia.in par purchase reciept mail ki tab mere printer ki warranty purchase date se update ki gayi jabki sitapur service center ke inginier ne printer ka installation 11.11.2016 ko kiya tha.

02.06.2017 ko jab company ke inginier aaye tab bhi scanner se moter ke slip hone ki awaj aur scan image mein missing aa rahi thi aur print mein bhi har hafte head cleaning karne ke baad bhi missing aati hai, lekin repair log book mein no problem likhkar complaint close kar di,

Maine 03.06.2017 ko phir epson care[protected] par complaint ki use bhi bina onsite aaye close kar diya

Aur 07.06.2016 ko phirse complaint karne par kaha ki printer service center sitapur lekar aao wahan lekar jaane se maine warranty onsite hone ki wajah se mana kar diya tha.

Jab bhi aate hai tab head cleaning aur head allinment karke kahte hain sahi ho gaya aur unke jaane ke baad phir se waisa hi ho jata hai, printer ki ink jitni head cleaning mein waste hui hai, usse kam ink page printing mein use hui hai

Jab se maine printer khareeda hai tab se jitne din printer se kaam nahi kiya kiya usse jyada to printer kharaab raha hai,

Printer ki warranty bhi installation date 11.11.2016 se na karke 02.09.2016 se likha hai, jabki agar dekha jaaye to is warranty period mein bhi somthing 60 days printer kharaab raha hai jise repair log book mein show bhi nahi kiya hai, jis date mein complaint file hoti uske 3rd day sahi ho gaya ya no problem likhkar close kar diya jaata hai. Jabki ya to aate hi nahin hai ya 1 hafte baad aate hain.

Isliye aapse anurodh hai ki mere printer ka print head aur scanner ko change karake, printer ki warranty 11.11.2016 se 11.11.2017 + 60 day jab printer kharaab raha hai extend kara dijiye,
Agar ye problem's theek na ho sake to mera printer change kara dein,

Aur printer mein baar baar aayi problems se mujhe hui aarthik aur maansik paresaani ke liye ke liye rs 100000 ki chhati poorti epson india or service center se mujhe dilaane ki kripa karein.

Add: Q.No.A/33/A, ONGC Colony, khambhat, Gujarat.
I can't colour print from two weeks. Only black print outs.before one month lines on colour print outs now totaly colour print off. Ink level is sufficient. In test paper colour printing not print only black print. Colour setup is also correct.
I need home service. Purchase Dt. is 25/7/2016. My printer Is under warranty.

I had purchased this before 5-6 days and this printer sometimes dont work and i noted that it is a good printer but it is not working now... When i used to scan the document then it shows that scanner is in use or unavailable.. I dont whats the problem with it but i want that epson executive visit my home for this.. I purchase a printer epson l360 form sharda cd rom, yash kamal complex dated 21.05.17 and he give me a no [protected] (rao), i told him for for printer installation then he give me [protected] (pintu) but mr pintu no come on time first he say i come 11am then say 2pm then say 6pm but no come and everytime he ask about address, i cant understand why he ask me my address 4-5 times. and finally he miss behave with me and no come at address then i call mr rao he also misbehave with me and no one come to install printer after 2days

I am a software consultant in madurai and i am very much satisfied with my epson products. (Printer l110) and i have mostly recommended epson products to my clients.

Unfortunately epson service center in my city, they behave with out respect and very rough to customer. They think their customers are illustrate. So i am very much disappointment about your service center.

So take necessary steps and take immediate action.

Good evng sir, i'm mukesh kumar. I have purchased epson l365 printer and i am facing some software issue after changing my wifi password from that time on wards its not connecting yet,. My printer is under warranty, serial no. Is vhdk008073

Past 3 weeks i given the complaints to solve the problem 1st complaint is on 19/4/17 complaint (No:.3439161) and waited for a week no response from technician or epson persons, again i given complaint but the telle callers rejected my call. After a weeks again i given a complaint on 2nd or 3rd of may correctly i dont know the complaint (No:. 3499522) till now i didnt get any call from them and plz solve my issue. Thank u.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am from kandivali, i have an epson printer model no. L210 Serial no. S2AK138487, the printer was not working properly so i have called an epson engineer to repair it that time he took around 630 of visit without informing us he came to my place and made us wait more than 3 to 4 days before coming. Then after checking my printer he forcefully made me put ink in the printer i did all possible things he said that time...

I asked for installation of my new Epson printer but no one turned after 3 working days.its very sad on your side to fulfill the requirements of your customers.plz rectify my problem as soon as possible. By this you are demotivating ur customer about your product. I promise u that I will not recommend any of my friend to buy Epson product due to this kind of poor service

Dear sir,
We are the customers of our product. We are using ink tank printer. Few days back it was not printing only black colour remaining are ok. For this reason we sent the printer to near ask informatics (Epson service point) at karimnargar. But they are not observed properly and saying that some parts are need to add newly. And they are charging heavy amounts.

1 month back we have purchased and requested for the demo. No representatives came for this even complaint registered. machine is kept ideal without working. Such type of negligence never experienced in my life. It is very big surprise that, such a big branded group is lacking behind with thier responsibilities. Why this has happened, why this, problem not taken care?, why you dont have sufficient technicians?, why you are denying for your product service?. To purchase the product you are standing at one leg and after purchase you are absconding???
