we have under waarrenty epson l1300 printer which having problem in printing head device they have checked our printer and give us 2 weeks time to repair and the time is over but yet our printer not repared and they told us the part is not delivered from hesd office.Please give us status about our repairment of printer.

When I am taking printout (both BW & Color), 4 white lines are coming over the print out & in that line no content is showing. I have tried with several document like Photo, Excel, Word etc but the same problem is happening everytime. I purchased this printer very recent (Nov'16) & within few month this type of problem is unexpected. I am getting afraid on future when my printer will not be under warranty. Request you to pls send someone to properly diagnose the issue & rectify permanently.

I am using a epson printer that warranty is completed. I went to service center for it's printing complaint. They said that printer head is not good for printing. So they changed that with new one and charging Rs 4, 000/-. And then they do test print with cheap paper. I am dissatisfied with that. They said that it is good and it need some time to set. I return to office and to do print but printing quality is not good and due to bad service it is getting different noise. For that also it is shaking the printer. Please respond and give some guidance.

store is good but behavior of seals person about companies product is disappointing.
she says " company to hazaro product banati hai, sab ka demo to nahi dikha sekta"
when talked to owner on phone, he also says the same words and also added
" ye tv, fridge ki dukan nahi hai"

i can understand there is limitations but which kind of answers is this?

Dear sir,

I have purchased epson l 365 printer one month back. At the time of installation itself we complained to the engineer who came for installation about poor quality, he said this the best quality. After getting the print of the same model from my brother who is already having this printer, i showed it to the engineer, he saying that this is not possible it must be some other printer. Even i have shown him the print quality of a much cheaper version of hp inkjet printer, which has much better print quality. He was simply unable to address the issue i complained again and again the same story by the service engineer.

I request you to please pass my complaint to epson as they only have telephone nos and no email id. I can share the scanned image for comparision of quality.

Sir i get epson printer 6 months back. But upto this time i have no instalation service. I give complaint again in 3 days back, epson guntur service point person come & and just sea and they speck head is gone. They must change. I asked fist u cheak it out (My printer problem is black&white print printing is not comes properly.in print white lines r comes on print. Thats it). But that person never check and go. So this guntur service point did not give service better. So under stand my problam and transfer to vij dba service point. My model number is vhdk006788 my phone numer is [protected]

1.The message of Paper jam while start scanning
2. If scan is started half document is properly scanned but half is not scanned . It shows as black color which portion is not scanned properly

I have bought Epson L220 Model Printer exactly after one year warrenty My ink pad was filled, while I am calling Epson Customer care they told that warrenty period was finished and they gave me a dealer contact number in east tambaram...while I am calling they told The product rate was Rs 250.00 for that service charge was Rs. 550.00 totally they charged Rs 800.00..

But after 5 months again the same problem was getting as Ink...

your technition Mr. jay patel called me & he said that the epson L365 printer can not be connect through mobile hotspot wifi to the printer, however while installing after purchased about 1month before .it was connected & was working properly. without looking the issue practicaly, he told me directly on phone. & on other hand he told that if you want to repair, he will repair it on chargeable basis.
what type of solution you are providing. just making money! & what about 1 year warranty. if i pay for it it can be repaired & if i asked for free of cost as it is in warranty, then its could not be repaired. how discgustting sir. pls check the issue & do needful.. Thanks

We have lodged complaint on 19th October 2016 thro telephone.
your executive has visited the printer and found technical fault with the printer head cable and promised to replace with new part within five working days.

Till today they have not attended the job in spite of several calls. More so today your service executive (Mr. Naveen- [protected] )spoke very rashly and which is very unfair as we have very high regards to your company.

I bought epson l 850 printer...But early its trey is not worked properly.So i call customer care...But when engieer visit...They open the printer and found a very small part is breaking.Which is attach with lever and of very weak material like plastic...
Now engginer tell it is out of warrenty and you have to pay charge for this..But

My printer does not print papers clear... Yellow ink does not flow from the tube... Every picture i print it is blue or pinkish or purpleish in colour... None of the picture have yellw colour... It is very difficult to manage without yellow colour... And i don't expect this from your printer.. Not even a year has my printer worked and it's not working properly... It's not even that i use printer for every next minute so it's not working due to load of work or its not even that printer is not being used for weeks so tube has jamed... Printer is used everyday at least to print 5-6 pages per day... I want you to solve my problem as soon as possible.. My printer is still in a warranty.
