Technician came 15 day's back and checked our printer he sd our printer required new ink throwing pipe, technician sd he wil bring 2m and fix it, it's gonna be more than 1 month and our lot of works r pending due the fault of your services.i m fed up of your services.kindly reslove it within next 24 hrs.

My printer does not print papers clear... Yellow ink does not flow from the tube... Every picture i print it is blue or pinkish or purpleish in colour... None of the picture have yellw colour... It is very difficult to manage without yellow colour... And i don't expect this from your printer.. Not even a year has my printer worked and it's not working properly... It's not even that i use printer for every next minute so it's not working due to load of work or its not even that printer is not being used for weeks so tube has jamed... Printer is used everyday at least to print 5-6 pages per day... I want you to solve my problem as soon as possible.. My printer is still in a warranty.

We have already filed an complaint that our printer is not working, but the customer service executives are not responding in a proper manner. We are dealing with the banking domain, so a lot of work is pending like passbook printing etc. Many of our customers are are feeling un-comfortable regarding the slow down process of printer. So please rectify the problem soon and send me the executives as early as possible.

We are district co-op. Milk producers union, a member of gcmmf ltd (Amul), association of 800 members village dairy co-operative societies, we procure 3.71 lacs ltr milk/day from the associated member societies.

We are having 18 milk chilling centers and for the same we are using 25 epson lq-300+-|, 24 pin, dot matrix printer to give print to customers.

From last one month we are facing printout margin problem in all 25 printers,
For the we tried a lot by calling epson customer care, technical assistant, local service provider, local service engineer but we didnot get any proper intime response from any.

I am Prem Pratap Singh from Kapashera New Delhi-37. I am using your Epson Printer L-220. I am facing a Problem in your printer last 15 days[protected] to[protected]. Printer is not working Properly & regularly. I have contact to Epson customer care[protected] many times but problem is persist till now. Epson customer service is very pathetic performance. Customer care Executive and customer Service centre both are very poor service. I am very disappointed with Epson because my printer now warranty period when warranty period has finished then what will Epson provides service of customers. I do not understanding of my fault. I think my fault that I purchase your product (Epson Printer). I have compared with other companies for same issue. Other companies provide very good service and customer also happy.
I have contacted my regional Customer Service Centre person (Mr. Rajesh). He could not give the solution my problem and told me wait. I says that I am already waiting for last 15 days.

No. Before 2 days means 20-7-16 & today my printout on photo sheet coming with lines means low quality, i have bought many printers of your company but this time i am fully not satisfied & want to return or replace printer otherwise i will take any serious action please dont want any maintainance this time coz ur carer came & do head cleaning & it works temporary & i purchased this time l805 but i want l800 coz i used 4 printers l800 of epson so please do legal favour this time thanks.
