From day 1 i purchase printer.. Facing problem in printer.. Some time not printer.. Head change in new printer. Than lining in printer.. Now not taking paper.. Printer head is moving but paper not accepting.. When we open upper flip.. Lot of ink in it...

We have a printer EPSON L310 bearing sr no VHUK001142 which is under warranty up to september 2016.The said printer is not functioning since a week .Only power On LED is glowing, near by LED is indicating left and right, there is no movement of printing head and printer remains quite.
