I buy epson printer dated 11/08/2016 than after 2 day printer is not on than service engineer came but the printer is not working lineing on print and printing gap and blank page printing please refund this product mob no[protected]

We are from the prk rohini co-operative society from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. We have already filed an complaint that our printer is not working, but the customer service executives are not responding in a proper manner. We are dealing with the banking domain, so a lot of work is pending like passbook printing etc. Many of our customers are are feeling un-comfortable regarding the slow down process of printer. So please rectify the problem soon and send me the executives as early as possible.

We are district co-op. Milk producers union, a member of gcmmf ltd (Amul), association of 800 members village dairy co-operative societies, we procure 3.71 lacs ltr milk/day from the associated member societies.

We are having 18 milk chilling centers and for the same we are using 25 epson lq-300+-|, 24 pin, dot matrix printer to give print to customers.

From last one month we are facing printout margin problem in all 25 printers,
For the we tried a lot by calling epson customer care, technical assistant, local service provider, local service engineer but we didnot get any proper intime response from any.

From day 1 i purchase printer.. Facing problem in printer.. Some time not printer.. Head change in new printer. Than lining in printer.. Now not taking paper.. Printer head is moving but paper not accepting.. When we open upper flip.. Lot of ink in it...
From 5 day i am complaining for my printer. But still not resolved..

No. Before 2 days means 20-7-16 & today my printout on photo sheet coming with lines means low quality, i have bought many printers of your company but this time i am fully not satisfied & want to return or replace printer otherwise i will take any serious action please dont want any maintainance this time coz ur carer came & do head cleaning & it works temporary & i purchased this time l805 but i want l800 coz i used 4 printers l800 of epson so please do legal favour this time thanks.

मैंने एक्शन का नया प्रिंटर एल 365 19 जुलाई 2016 को खरीदा था दुर्भाग्यवश 21 जुलाई 2016 को प्रिंटर चालू ही नहीं हुआ जब इसमें अगले दिन ही प्रॉब्लम क्रिएट हो रही हैं तो यह आगे कैसे वर्क करेगा और इसकी गुणवत्ता क्या रहेगी यदि आप लोग गुणवत्ता को नहीं मेंटेन कर पा रहे हो तो क्यों अपने आप प्रिंटर को बेच रहे हो डिटेल नीचे है

I am purchase epson l220, (02/04/2016) after two months head complaint. (Printing cross lines. I am contact autherised service centre. Service engineer bring my shop old head and replaced him old head. I cant see new packet or new head. I can see above complaint again. I am take below 600 print outs.Ink is low total level in one forth (1/4). I want replace new head and new ink.

L220 printer problem:
I have purchase a new L220 printer with serial no. *VGXK085819* after three month later. I feel the problem that only one side of page is printed but when we put paper after fold and put print command only one or two pages are come out remaining aren't. I call to customer care(N0: [protected]) about this on 31-6-16 and my complain no. was: 2449210. According to customer care there respective engineer visit within three days but they come on 7-6-16, Name- Pankaj, Mob: [protected], but they aren't able to solve the problem and tell that before evening of same day they will solve it. I call them in evening instead of solving the problem they suggest me to solve the problem myself. And without my signature on the form they close my complain. Again i put my complain on 7-6-16, My complain No-2466465, and continue in touch with customer care as well as service center, they just tell me again and again my problem solved within three working days. What the hell is going on Still No one visit my home to solve the problem. I have a simple question if service center agree that your complain solve within three working days than who take responsibility to full fill there commitment. If they are unable to take responsibility than why they give onside warranty and such types of advertisement so that customer are attracted to purchase Epsion product but the fact is that these things fall under category of Cheating of customer.

I did purchase L850 Epson Printer, in Jan 2016 but this printer is not working properly from first day. epson service center executive not given proper response for service. the arise call after two days after many call by me to epson service center. the neglate many time complaint and switch off phone ..please take it serious this problem and solve it timely

I bought the epson l565 printer from a local dealer in pune during the month of dec-2015 and since last 15 days was having a problem with the print quality. The complaint was registered with the epson call center and the call was assigned to their service agency skylark services. Skylark services deputed their engineer and engineer diagnosed the problem with the printer head and have suggested replacement of printer head. Skylark services without replacing the printer head went ahead and closed the call. On subsequent enquiry was told that fresh complaint needs to be registered and when raised with call center they expressed their unwillingness to register call since they have some system issue but they promised to make a note of the complaint and forward to the service center. Skylark services refused to admit that any fresh complaint was registered but agreed to send a engineer. I kept chasing skylark for the whole day and at the close of day they told me no complaint is registered hence they cannot send any engineer. This communication could have been told to me at the start of the day and i wouldn't wasted my day waiting for their godly engineer to visit my place. The staff of skylark was very rude and simply banged the phone when requested for an update.

I got this epson l220 printer 5 months ago. And i registered 6 more complaints for having lot of problem regarding my printer. Epson have no good service man. And epson have no good quality printers. I suggest not to suggest epson product for any one again. I'm getting lot of lose in my business by this stupid printer. I need replacement by new one. I having problem for every month. Monthly i wil be getting 2 to 3 problems. I need a solution for my printer.. [protected]

We have Epson L365, since morning when give print it gives out blank page.
We have checked the ink tank and also did the automatic head cleaning and nozzle check, still the problem is not solved.

We have a printer EPSON L310 bearing sr no VHUK001142 which is under warranty up to september 2016.The said printer is not functioning since a week .Only power On LED is glowing, near by LED is indicating left and right, there is no movement of printing head and printer remains quite. Please provide assistance at Dimapur, Nagaland.
