I got this epson l220 printer 5 months ago. And i registered 6 more complaints for having lot of problem regarding my printer. Epson have no good service man. And epson have no good quality printers. I suggest not to suggest epson product for any one again. I'm getting lot of lose in my business by this stupid printer. I need replacement by new one. I having problem for every month. Monthly i wil be getting 2 to 3 problems. I need a solution for my printer.. [protected]

      We have a printer EPSON L310 bearing sr no VHUK001142 which is under warranty up to september 2016.The said printer is not functioning since a week .Only power On LED is glowing, near by LED is indicating left and right, there is no movement of printing head and printer remains quite. Please provide assistance at Dimapur, Nagaland.

        I have order for l 565 intank printer on 22/3/16 received product on 26/6/16 by courier at 8 p. M. Vide invice no. Mt[protected] date 22/3/16 after advance paying rs 15100/- order no.18220297 sub order id 27804891 when try to use after all formalities give white horizontal lines in all color prints. Iam trying from date of receipt to epson toll free numbers all are busy or fake numbers, kindly solve my problem. Product is sales by infibeam.com.         My printer of Print not supported.i restart of my printer but i found ink and page error. so request u to that my printer is right soon.

            Sir I purchased L 850 Printer Serial No uiwy000946 on 15 Th January 2016, the printer occurred a problem when I insert CD try, the error massage to power off I approach the Epson authorized service center at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District Andhra pradesh on 18Th February 2016 and the give me receipt No 378 I am many times asked about my printer they negligently answer their is no time. after that i rise a complaint on [protected]the Epson service, on 13Th feb 2016 and complaint NO 2245170 now I again asked the service center the position of my printer the rudely answer that if it finessed we call we not know what the time it completed

                                We (Meroform India) have purchased L1300 model Epson A3 size printer, on 30 Sep. 2015 1st week we have not print any big print out just only text file B/w on 2nd week we printed our company design but there was a problem, the problem is the colour which we give it don't print the right colour (i.e. red to brown, yellow to dark yellow, blue to sky blue, etc...) not only in particular software but all other software also. so we complain to company the engineer came and told we have to use glossy paper not any other paper in this printer, we were shocked to hear that because any normal colour printer prints on plain paper which we have to print on glossy paper? is not acceptable so we complain again this time some Mr. Chanveer came who was senior engineer in company, he said same thing what previously was told. So we complaint to regional person Mr. Pradeep he sends another engineer for this purpose and he also saying the same thing. then for our problem we have contacted our friends regarding this issue and they have given us numbers of printer engineers who does this type of work. We consulted them, they gave us only one reply that this printer has some problem and it should be replaced by the company (i.e. Epson India) And company is not listening to us at all, now please tell us what to do because we have spent 25000/- on this and no result that we were expecting. From where we have purchased that person also helped us a lot but result is same no positive reply from Epson. If they will not rectify this issues, then they have to refund our money because from last 1 & 1/2 month we are suffering. and from last few weeks’ printer is leaving black patches on print.

                                  I, Mr M. Saravanan, hereby inform you that I have purchased Epson printer on 14th February 2014 in Villupuram. The printer was functioning well for the past one year or so. But I am having extreme difficulties with it for the past one month or so, having paper jamming error frequently. The printer is functioning well when I have to restart the machine at least two or three times by switching the power supply ON and OFF frequently. Even after this switching ON or OFF operation, after some time, the paper gets jammed again and I am having this ridiculous complaint often during this week. So, I have decided to visit the Epson Authorized Service center, Magnanim Systems, in Pondicherry and have given the machine for service on Saturday[protected] DC No. is 2561. The service personnel told that they will look in to this will rectify and troubleshoot the error and return the printer in a day. But when I went and approached the service center on Monday, they told that it is a board problem initially and if the old board is available and gets replaced by the new one, the paper jamming problem will be rectified and the printer will be OK. They told me to come after one day so that the new board gets replaced. After one day as they have told me, again I went and asked about the printer.But now they have reverted the problem by saying that it is not a board problem, but only the cartridge problem and this needs to be checked and they told me that they will soak the printer Cartridge in an appropriate solution and check it for a day and see whether it is OK. So, I was convinced that it may be due to the cartridge that my printer is having this paper-jamming error. I decided to wait for another day due to this new Cartridge complaint. But after one day I didn't get the printer ready for use and also I did not get a proper response or an explanation from the authorized service personnel. The truth of the matter is that They did not even touched or opened my printer for service work. However, they were giving different false explanations and complaints about the printer, without even the knowledge of functioning of Epson printer. Please let me know if there are authorized service personnel available at your service center or if you are employing only novices as service personnel at the center. This is extremely ridiculous that this problem persists even now and they don't know even how to troubleshoot the error and rectify the problem. I wonder how you are rendering your service to the other customers in Pondicherry. I want to inform you that the warranty period of 1 year was already lapsed for the printer. I want to know whether the printer could be serviced even after the lapse of the warranty period or else if I should pay for the spares that could be troublesome and the new spares could be replaced. I strongly suggest you that I could even approach consumer court and file a complaint against your service center so that these and stupid, silly complaints should be severely punished so that it should never happen in future to any other customer like me. So please look in to this matter very very seriously and suggest a remedy for this problem so as to get my printer ready for use. My business is getting severely affected for the past 10 days or so due to this complaint. I will be definitely asking for compensation if this problem continues. I warn you severely in this regard. I ask you to take stern action against these stupid service personnel who don't even know how to rectify a simple problem. Expecting a favorable and positive action.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      EPSON SERVICE CENTRE, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI .. is a very unprofessional and unfriendly service centre.

                                      I bought an EPSON Printer: Model:L200 in 2013 which automatically got dead 1 day after expiry of its Warranty.

                                      I approached the EPSON, Vashi service centre and they informed that logic board needed to be changed. Now that a serious issues with all EPSON INKJET Printers. They have lifespan of a little more than a year.

                                      Along with the cost I asked for the warranty of the new logic board to which they said it has no warranty.

                                      They kept on pressing me to purchase a new printer.

                                      Its really surprising that at a company service centre the original parts are without any warranty and the customer have no option, either to fix the costly new part with any assurance or purchase a new printer.

                                      After a month I informed them to change the logic card to which they informed after 15 days that the second part i.e., printer head has got damaged due to non-function.

                                      Its really a SHAME ON EPSON ... EPSON IS CHEATING ITS CONSUMERS by giving faulty printers and their service centres keep on pressing to purchase new one instead of repairing the parts and discourage by denying any warranty.

                                      PLS DO NOT BUY EPSON PRINTERS .. at all.
