I am a doctor running my own clinic. I bought epson l210 6 months back and right from the beginning it is giving me problems. Earlier the problem was broken printed lines and i called the service centre and the person came and he repaired it.. but again the same problem occured.. and nobody came .. just giving me instructions on phone.. now the printer has stopped picking paper.. i called them yesterday morning and the assured me that by evening problem will be rectified.. i told my patients to collect the reports by evening.. i called them again in the afternoon to confirm and they assured me again.. then in the evening nobody came and i called them and they told that the person has gone back home and now the printer will be repaired on monday...i mean how can they do this. I am answerable to my patients but what is my fault...

I BOUGHT A EPSON PRINTER BEARING THE MODEL NO-TMU 220 and Sl No- VGXK046962.I CALLED UP HITECH LANDLINE[protected] WHO IS EPSONS AUTHORIZED CENTRE FOR KOLKATA AND TOLD THEM FOR INSTALLATION AND CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT BEFORE GOING THEY MUST CALL UP BEFORE GOING SINCE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE.THE LADY WHO COORDINATED THE THING BEHAVED LIKE EPSON IS DOING A FAVOUR TO ME.I WAS VERY MUCH SUPRISED BY THE WIRDS SHE TOLD.SHE TOLD IN ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TO MY WIFE THAT IT IS NOT THERE LOOK OUT WHETHER IT IS INSTALLED.BUT YOUR SERVICE PERSON BEHAVIOUR WAS GOOD.THIS IS TOTALY NOT ACCEBTABLE .I THINK EPSON WILL LOOK UPON THIS MATTER AND I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM THAT CUSTOMER CARE GIRL.I WILL GO TO EXTREME FOR THIS MATTER.THANKS AND REGDS SANDIP MITRA.

Color print not good

Dear Sir, It is for your kind information and raise for complaint about Epson printer lx-310, it writing is not clear, if we print any bill, then it is not clear and no ay word can be read and our customer is raising maximum complaint regarding this., so request you to plz replace this printer head as soon as possible, ... so that we can provide our customer a best printer bill.

I bought Epson L110 on September 2014, But the very first day the printer didn't print in color, all I have got only black and whites. I called Epson care, within two days service person (layman) came and took my printer, serviced and returned next day, but for 10 prints I got at least 2 to 3 pages smudged ink in end of the page, it wasted my plenty of papers. Last week it didn't pickup paper and I again called Epson care and they sent the same service person again, he doesn't know many thing, he asked his service center owner and blamed me(I worked as a System Administrator for more than 10 years, I faced many printers) and my papers, and they closed the service call saying problem rectified even they didn't rectify, even I never signed the job sheet, I don't know how they doing like this, and again called Epson about the issue and they told my warranty expired, I don't know in 6 months how my warranty expired(in their website they mentioned 1 year or 15000 pages warranty which cross first). I got a worst experience from Epson and their service centers. If you're from Tamil Nadu think thrice before you buy(because of service centers) :-(

Dear All, I purchased an printer from snapdeal.com, Invoice dated 9th Jan 2015. Printer was delivered on 19th Jan, It's not in working condition. Complaint registered on Epson customer care on 22nd, Concern person visite, given lecture, doesnt know anything and gone. Epson person also told to get it replaced from snapdeal. Once i contacted snapdeal, snapdeal is telling to get a job sheet from Epson people. Again when i registered the complaint, Those people are registering the complaint but nobody is coming to visit and to provide the JOB SHEET to get it replaced from EPSON. Please help what to do. Really irritate of talking to Epson as well as SNAPDEAL. Strongly request you for not to purchase anything from both of these companies. I have bought EPSON L210 printer one year back. But now its showing some compliant. Its not functioning well. In the front panel of the printer, 2 led lights are just blinking and togle the led lights while trying for a print.I kindly request you to take required actions (service) and consider this mail as a complaint regarding the printer of your company.

Hello, We are an architectural practice based in India. We have been doing a reasonable amount of works in India and abroad. I have been using a Epson printer since 1998. Recently i picked up The EPSON SURECOLOR SC- T3070- Large format printer. The printer has been an absolute disappointment at multiple levels. I have quickly listed my concerns along with facts - Facts- + Printer EPSON SURE COLOR SC-T3070 with the EPSON SURECOLOR SC- T3070- stand + Date of purchase 08.10.2013 with 3 year extended warrenty + Supplier - InterCAD systems pct, ltd, Kochi, Kerala, India. Issues- + The printer seldom gives a good out put. In this regard the machine has been most often under repair. I am listing a few complain numbers that we decided to document. Obviously the initial ones are not recored as one never thought this would be a routine. -Reg:no. They also deal in HP but my fellow architects say that the support they receive is fantastic with respect to HP! + The ink on fully being replaced costs roughly 900$. Each time your team comes to service they learn at my expense. They take smaller strips of prints to check at times. The last time a large A1 sheet was taken in colour to understand the issues related with the print head. This is simply not acceptable. None of the above is simply acceptable. What exactly are you guys up to? I have never seen a good media supplied by InterCAD or any reference or possible sources from where I can buy. In spite of having purchased this printer i have printed at a cost or more than 1000$ for prints from outside. Your support person is at my office almost every week or alternate. Its stressful seeing him and to know that in spite of having paid what you have asked me to pay the printer simply does not print straight healthy for a month. This you got to remember is all within the first year! Today I have free support and this use less piece of junk get attended by some EPSON at no direct cost. Once the guarantee is over its going to be expensive. My proposition to you is as follows- + i need this to be replaced with an HP. Your dealer has better stock and support on that. + Alternatively give me back the money I have paid you guys and compensate me for the additional prints I had to take from out side. The accounts team can give you the bill copy. Failing this we will be taking legal measures. This is totally absurd. I have to pay for a printer that does not work + pay for the prints that I need to take from outside + pay for the ink that the support people would want to test each time they visit! We had purchased an Epson printer(all in one) it is still in warranty period, but the scanner have stopped working. After continuous complaints and calls to the customer care there answer does not change that they don't have the material to change, which is required to be changed in the scanner unit to make it functioning again. Hi, I have purchased TX121 printer. I faced issue with respect to printer and called for complaint. Call center people says "we provide door service only for products in warranty, i need to take the printer to the service station to get iit repaired". In these days were the customer satisfaction and service is at high stake, these guys just want to frustrate the customer after sales. They are ready to provide cartridge home delivery on same day, but service :-(!!

i purchased epson l200 with in 1.6 years the power board has get compaint. Epson coimbatore service centre is poor. contacted toll free no. No response. Epson products ink tank system all are frequent problems occuring . They told Rs 4500 for replacing the board. Within one year the power board compalints are very high in epson printers so purchasing epson ink takn system is waste. they wont provide service support, during out of warranty. Ink pad replacement system is very poor . Ink leakge hapening Epson is not intersted to hear our greivances rameshkumar [protected]

I own Epson Printers ,L210 . I use these for my Business Purpose .I lodged the complaint near about one month back for L210 the service support guy came to my office and found the head of the Printer in Faulty this was just 6 months from date of purchase He assured me with timely repair but from past one month I m trying to be in touch with them i.e M/S Mamta group @[protected].But they didn't even bother to pic up either the landline or Mobile
. .As it is this is hampering my Busineess
WHO WOULD SUPPORT US WHEN THINGS IN WARRANTY ARE NOT BEING REPAIRED
Being Epson as an International Brand such Pathetic Customer support is not at all expected .
Repair of an A/C is done much faster than what we have EXPERIENCED buying Epson .
Would request you to kindly maintain the support level being a Brand .

i Dattadeep gawas owned a printer of epson on 3rd september 2012, earlier i was using Hp but pathetic performance from the cartridge made me to change the printer, i bought Epson printer because of its unique feature of print, scan and copy. from cybertach computer, retailer over there came to our house and install it
printer was running fine till feb '13 end but in march printer started to give me trouble, as prints were not coming out, scan was interrupting in between after 2 month black ink tank got over so i refilled new ink put as password provided on bottle and when i gave a print option, there was hardly any response, i always give print option but instead of getting pages print, the tank i had filled was getting drained...
i dont know where this ink is going, neither prints are coming but my ink is getting wasted
i called the customer care around 7-8 times, but all are giving different reason, like go to website, fill the form, your warranty expired, we will send you mail etc
to inform Epson that i have a invoice of September 2012, and still i have around 2 month under warranty period, also i have been calling Epson since MAY end and till 23rd JULY, customer service of Epson is giving me several reason to avoid,
on the EPSON box, company have wrote genuine warranty and service!!!! but i cant find any service from com nay.
i hardly have print some 600 pages but with lot of problems in printer, i want my printer check and repaired by 31st of july.
otherwise i have to visit consumer forum.
