I bought Epson L110 on September 2014, But the very first day the printer didn't print in color, all I have got only black and whites.
I called Epson care, within two days service person (layman) came and took my printer, serviced and returned next day, but for 10 prints I got at least 2 to 3 pages smudged ink in end of the page, it wasted my plenty of papers.
Last week it didn't pickup paper and I again called Epson care and they sent the same service person again, he doesn't know many thing, he asked his service center owner and blamed me(I worked as a System Administrator for more than 10 years, I faced many printers) and my papers, and they closed the service call saying problem rectified even they didn't rectify, even I never signed the job sheet, I don't know how they doing like this, and again called Epson about the issue and they told my warranty expired, I don't know in 6 months how my warranty expired(in their website they mentioned 1 year or 15000 pages warranty which cross first). I got a worst experience from Epson and their service centers.
If you're from Tamil Nadu think thrice before you buy(because of service centers) :-(
