No one is there who can take the responsibility of this produce

i have purchased two products of epson printer m200
and i have sent a lot of complaints in respect of both the product
but from the last one month that i did not get any call from your department in respect of this faulty product

i am not able to print the paper from both the printer
they are useless for me is there any one who can resolve the complaint seriously


i m very much disappointed by the service of product epson printer serial no. s2ly03422

it was bought in month of 16th jan 2015 till


i m being distrubed by using it i have to change the plug again and again

i had to complaint it.

i reqeust you to kindly check my printer and resolve this issue i m not able to get print out because of non working of cable of epson printer kindly replace it

if my complaint is not solved i will case in consumer court against your service provider sangli

I think Epson Not Interested in Customer Problem. many time i m facing service problem, but company not listen me. according to company, company & its Engineers Always Right.
I have got a worst experience from Epson customer care([protected]), Spoken to executive about my complaint for L110 printer. Executive has transferred call to Tanvi who was not there to resolve my problem but was there to order us. According to Epson their engineers are ALWAYS RIGHT they are not bothered about the customer who is facing problem because of the 3rd party engineers. Our printer serial no. s3uk055039 is not working since a month. When we called CC they said that your complaint was registered on 1st September & which was resolved according to their engineer but the problem remains same & the surprising thing is that "that they do not have any call tagging through customer care in between 1st September and 29th September, however we are just waiting for resolution, even though Ms. Tanvi from escalation desk was becoming rude on call. I think Epson is not interested in customer problem. Lot of consumers are complaining about the customer care but company is not bothered. Even this company has not mentioned any email id on Indian website to contact in writing. I have the recording of the call which I made today. On 1st September's complaint Engineer visited on 4th September, he asked to check printer after 2 hrs, when it was a closing time of our school. We checked and reported to the customer care that the problem is not solved yet(Ccare do not have any call record regarding same) again another engineer visited directly on 30th of September and replaced the part, today is 5th October and when we have called customer care to report same, Indirectly Tanvi was not bothered about the concern but was getting stick to the words that we have called on 1st september and then called on 29th september, but we have informed customer care that the problem is not solved and that after the visit of an engineer on 4th September, which the customer care doesn't have any record/tagging. Again wondered. Epson if you really want to make a good market in India then train your executives to handle Indian customer.

          I am a doctor running my own clinic. I bought epson l210 6 months back and right from the beginning it is giving me problems. Earlier the problem was broken printed lines and i called the service centre and the person came and he repaired it.. but again the same problem occured.. and nobody came .. just giving me instructions on phone.. now the printer has stopped picking paper.. i called them yesterday morning and the assured me that by evening problem will be rectified.. i told my patients to collect the reports by evening.. i called them again in the afternoon to confirm and they assured me again.. then in the evening nobody came and i called them and they told that the person has gone back home and now the printer will be repaired on monday...i mean how can they do this. I am answerable to my patients but what is my fault...

                      I bought Epson L110 on September 2014, But the very first day the printer didn't print in color, all I have got only black and whites. I called Epson care, within two days service person (layman) came and took my printer, serviced and returned next day, but for 10 prints I got at least 2 to 3 pages smudged ink in end of the page, it wasted my plenty of papers. Last week it didn't pickup paper and I again called Epson care and they sent the same service person again, he doesn't know many thing, he asked his service center owner and blamed me(I worked as a System Administrator for more than 10 years, I faced many printers) and my papers, and they closed the service call saying problem rectified even they didn't rectify, even I never signed the job sheet, I don't know how they doing like this, and again called Epson about the issue and they told my warranty expired, I don't know in 6 months how my warranty expired(in their website they mentioned 1 year or 15000 pages warranty which cross first). I got a worst experience from Epson and their service centers. If you're from Tamil Nadu think thrice before you buy(because of service centers) :-(

                          Dear All, I purchased an printer from snapdeal.com, Invoice dated 9th Jan 2015. Printer was delivered on 19th Jan, It's not in working condition. Complaint registered on Epson customer care on 22nd, Concern person visite, given lecture, doesnt know anything and gone. Epson person also told to get it replaced from snapdeal. Once i contacted snapdeal, snapdeal is telling to get a job sheet from Epson people. Again when i registered the complaint, Those people are registering the complaint but nobody is coming to visit and to provide the JOB SHEET to get it replaced from EPSON. Please help what to do. Really irritate of talking to Epson as well as SNAPDEAL. Strongly request you for not to purchase anything from both of these companies.                               Hello, We are an architectural practice based in India. We have been doing a reasonable amount of works in India and abroad. I have been using a Epson printer since 1998. Recently i picked up The EPSON SURECOLOR SC- T3070- Large format printer. The printer has been an absolute disappointment at multiple levels. I have quickly listed my concerns along with facts - Facts- + Printer EPSON SURE COLOR SC-T3070 with the EPSON SURECOLOR SC- T3070- stand + Date of purchase 08.10.2013 with 3 year extended warrenty + Supplier - InterCAD systems pct, ltd, Kochi, Kerala, India. Issues- + The printer seldom gives a good out put. In this regard the machine has been most often under repair. I am listing a few complain numbers that we decided to document. Obviously the initial ones are not recored as one never thought this would be a routine. -Reg:no. Date INW[protected] [protected] INW[protected] [protected] INW[protected] [protected] INW[protected] [protected] INW[protected] [protected] 110915 E [protected] 160906 E [protected] ------ [protected] + There are been 1 component thats already been replaced - the “Pump case assembly” and now the service team is trying to replace the “Firmware update cloud”. + If my ink gets over i need to wait for 2-3 weeks for a replacement from InterCAD! + If my media gets over I need to wait for 10 days for InterCAD to supply the same. They also deal in HP but my fellow architects say that the support they receive is fantastic with respect to HP! + The ink on fully being replaced costs roughly 900$. Each time your team comes to service they learn at my expense. They take smaller strips of prints to check at times. The last time a large A1 sheet was taken in colour to understand the issues related with the print head. This is simply not acceptable. None of the above is simply acceptable. What exactly are you guys up to? I have never seen a good media supplied by InterCAD or any reference or possible sources from where I can buy. In spite of having purchased this printer i have printed at a cost or more than 1000$ for prints from outside. Your support person is at my office almost every week or alternate. Its stressful seeing him and to know that in spite of having paid what you have asked me to pay the printer simply does not print straight healthy for a month. This you got to remember is all within the first year! Today I have free support and this use less piece of junk get attended by some EPSON at no direct cost. Once the guarantee is over its going to be expensive. My proposition to you is as follows- + i need this to be replaced with an HP. Your dealer has better stock and support on that. + Alternatively give me back the money I have paid you guys and compensate me for the additional prints I had to take from out side. The accounts team can give you the bill copy. Failing this we will be taking legal measures. This is totally absurd. I have to pay for a printer that does not work + pay for the prints that I need to take from outside + pay for the ink that the support people would want to test each time they visit! And the company has zero support in terms of consumables or tech. Waiting for a prompt and positive reply. Warm regards, Fahed

After continuous complaints and calls to the customer care there answer does not change that they don't have the material to change, which is required to be changed in the scanner unit to make it functioning again.                                       I have purchased EPSON INKJET PRINTER L210 6 month back at STAPLES COMPANY, 15th Cross, Margosa Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560 003. The Same printer I have given for repair on[protected] at RITECH PERIPHERALS 63, Devadarshini, MD Block, 1st Floor 5th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560003.                                       .I am having epson T1100 printer [Serial no.LP4Y001626]Since last friday [[protected]] my epson T1100 printer is not working.It doesn't turn on.Ihave informed to the service centre in Thiruvarur.To time there is no response .Kindly do the needful to get my printer ready.
