WOULD NEVER SUGGEST BUYING EPSON



I own Epson Printers ,L210 . I use these for my Business Purpose .I lodged the complaint near about one month back for L210 the service support guy came to my office and found the head of the Printer in Faulty this was just 6 months from date of purchase He assured me with timely repair but from past one month I m trying to be in touch with them i.e M/S Mamta group @[protected].But they didn't even bother to pic up either the landline or Mobile
. .As it is this is hampering my Busineess
WHO WOULD SUPPORT US WHEN THINGS IN WARRANTY ARE NOT BEING REPAIRED
Being Epson as an International Brand such Pathetic Customer support is not at all expected .
Repair of an A/C is done much faster than what we have EXPERIENCED buying Epson .
Would request you to kindly maintain the support level being a Brand .

    i Dattadeep gawas owned a printer of epson on 3rd september 2012, earlier i was using Hp but pathetic performance from the cartridge made me to change the printer, i bought Epson printer because of its unique feature of print, scan and copy. from cybertach computer, retailer over there came to our house and install it
    printer was running fine till feb '13 end but in march printer started to give me trouble, as prints were not coming out, scan was interrupting in between after 2 month black ink tank got over so i refilled new ink put as password provided on bottle and when i gave a print option, there was hardly any response, i always give print option but instead of getting pages print, the tank i had filled was getting drained...
    i dont know where this ink is going, neither prints are coming but my ink is getting wasted
    i called the customer care around 7-8 times, but all are giving different reason, like go to website, fill the form, your warranty expired, we will send you mail etc
    to inform Epson that i have a invoice of September 2012, and still i have around 2 month under warranty period, also i have been calling Epson since MAY end and till 23rd JULY, customer service of Epson is giving me several reason to avoid,
    on the EPSON box, company have wrote genuine warranty and service!!!! but i cant find any service from com nay.
    i hardly have print some 600 pages but with lot of problems in printer, i want my printer check and repaired by 31st of july.
    otherwise i have to visit consumer forum.

      I have very disappointing customer service experience with Epson. I have Epson Stylus Office TX300F printer purchased in Jan 2010. This printer has now developed some issue because of which it is not printing with its black cartridge. I have complained this with Epson service center in my city but they refuses to send any service engineer to my place. I have given option to pay for the site visit even then Epson is not sending their service to my place. While purchasing this unit, they boosted a lot about the after sales service and also committed lot of things. but since now my printer is out of warranty period they refuse to provide service even on payment basis.
      I want your forum to escalate my complaint with Epson Management so that they send their engineer to my place to check my printer unit.

          We are using L800 printer for texcad print purpose for last 6 months, after
          buy this printer we are facing lot of problem, first this printer warranty
          is only 3 months, ,ink pad changed, service error, maintenance error, ink
          leakage, front tray open errors we are spend lot of money also for repairing
          this printer, but problem is not solved every month we are getting problems.

          12.11.2012 logged the complaint your people come & cleared the problem,
          28.2.2013 given for service, again 21.3.2013 send to service centre, now your people telling to logical board problem & suggest for a buyback offer. we are login the complaint also, Our complaint number is INC[protected],but Epson persons nobody responding for this issue.
          This has been a very unpleasant experience with Epson and I would not be recommending your company to anyone because of the pathetic customer care response I got from your representatives

          Please take a action & clear the issue.

            I had bought an Epson L200 printer on 22nd February 2012 with one year onsite warranty. Serial number NFZK029797.
            JR no #INC[protected]
            RMA no #INN[protected]

            It stopped working in the first week of February 2013, which was supposed to be covered within warranty.

            I called Epson customer care and registered a complaint. But they have refused to repair my printer under warranty even after supplying the necessary warranty receipts. Its been a month now and the printer is with them. They are demanding Rs 1200 to service the printer.

            Please assist.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              Very sad and frustrated with irresponsible attitude of EPSON SERVICE CENTRE,VASHI,NAVI MUMBAI.

              I bought an EPSON Printer: Model:TX121 on 2/06/2013 and Extended the warranty scheme under Epson Extended warranty scheme to 2 years by paying additional amount.

              After usage for about 2 months.Printer stopped working.Its power light is not coming and its in dead stage now.After contacting several times with Vashi service center they finally sent one person to repair on 08/09/2012 and he went back saying that Logic BOARD is defective and he will change it .Days passed on and keep them reminded to come and change the logic board once in every 4-5 days..They replied parts on order and will get repaired by sep.15 and then said sep 19 and even today on sep 22 they said it will take time to obtain the logic board..

              I wonder is it such a big issue to fix a logic board or to get a new one ...why this kind of Drama form EPSON service centre.Printer is an essential device for me as related to my job i have to take print outs..I humbly request all customers this is what Epson is...For a small problem they are taking a month to repair..
              I kindly request you to take proper action on EPSON Service Center to protect the interest of customers.

                  It is WELL WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD: in spite of my repeated requests and complaints There is no response for "after sale service"

                  EPSON L100 PRINTER — not working properly

                  Printer is not working properly.someday works someday not.It is giving a very bad printing although its warranty has not met its deadline.
                  I have to buy a new epson l110 printer on 16 april 2015 in rewa madhya pradesh after some days ] approximately 1000 print he can not print any page .                     epsons printer has been with the service centre for more than a month and hasn't been repaired till now
                    and the representatives attitude is pathetic as after calling them they tell that the only option i have is to call the toll free no
                    and nothing will be done from their side

                    I have bought brand new Epson printer in 2006. Model No, Stylus CX1500. Since 2006, it was not in use. Can I repair it and from whome can I get good service.

                    I purchasr printer epson l210, 17 jan, 2013. Register call for repair . 20th August 13, your service man visit on 23rd.Aug. He try to make it repair while rearing he make ink-jetting several time finally he says your printer is repair your ink is finish when he came at that time ink was 50% in bottoal.                     We at Maharashtra Minerals Corpn Ltd had purchased Epson Tx300+ All In One Printer in
                    2010. For One year it worked properly, but in 13th month its
                    carriage assembly went bad, on sending email to Epson India we was given the
                    address of service center of Girgoan, where they told us that due use of
                    compatible cartridge this problem occurred. So we left the printer as it is and
                    used only its scanner, but it seems that this product is useless as the
                    scanner too went bad in few months.

                    In same place we are using products of Hp, Canon, Dell but
                    we are very satisfied with their service and products.

                    We will strictly not recommend Epson products to anyone.
                    I had purchase EPSON L350 on 28th Dec 2013. They not providing support due to warranty showing only month of Aug. I had already mail to helpline and they confirm on FEB 2014 and mention it will done with in 3-4 days, but still is not updated.

                    every month i have complained regarding printer issue to helpline it is not working properly from when i had purchased.

                    I suggest they are not providing proper support also there is no level of compalin.
                    I HAD PURCHASE EPSON L800 ON 28/6/2014 . THEN NOT WORKING PLZ CUM TO CHECK IN FAST

                        This is a designing firm located in Kochi, Kerala. I have purchased an Epson Stylus PRO 3885 ink jet printer costs about Rs.70,000/- April 2011 through local supplier of Epson. While purchasing we were promised good support and immediate delivery of cartridges. Two / three months back one of the cartridge has finished and ordered. While ordering the local supplier told us that the cartridge is not in stock and will take about 3 days to delivery. But the 3 days became weeks and we complaint through website. Then we got the cartridge after waiting more than a month.
                        But unfortunately while inserted the cartridge printer showed error. So we called the local service engineer and they attended (I appreciate, he came immediately). He said this is a defect of the cartridge and he given report also saying cartridge to be replaced. So we contacted the local supplier and they accepted the cartridge on 3rd June saying the same story of 3 days. Until now (26th June) we have not received the cartridge and the local supplier of Epson says, they don’t have any idea when the cartridge will come.
                        For about 3 months now, we are unable to use this printer. If this is the case how can I use the printer. Cartridges will finish again and again and each time I have to wait for months. Please note that the printer is just one year only and now this is the case what will be condition after 2 or 3 years.
                        Please advise me what I have to do in this.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I have purchased Epson Stylus 1100 printer on 26th May 2012.
                            Serial No is LP4Y002631. but within 2 to 3 days we noticed that output is having some scratches on it for
                            which I lodged a complaint accordingly. engineer visited my office premises and had a look on it.
                            He removed some small mechanism wheels and stated porblem is solved. but the same problem remain intact.
                            Again complaint was logged with the complaint no 112879 on 4th June 2012 and was attended. the engineer collected the printout samples for techincal feedback.
                            but since then we have not received any communication from the service center. When I called again we did not received proper reply as there
                            is a communication gape within the service centre.
                            Again as the issuse was not solved, We again contacted to company's toll free no[protected] for the same.
                            We were asked to contact Mr Lokesh Bhandari Mumbai Manger Epson. for getting Product Replaced.
                            Even after contacting several time to mumbai office we did not got any reply from any person incharge.

                            As the printer is newly purchased and has manufacturing defect and not getting any sales service for the same.

                            So i request you to please look in to the matter at the earliest as I am not able to use the printer for its intended purpose.

                                i bought new epson l200 15 days back, and now i am facing problem which is, iam not able to print black colour printout the black colour suplly in the rinter is obstructed by the electronic default which is unknown to me plz help out if any one can, as i have also contacted the customer care but no response from th e company on any perspective.

                                EPSON L 200 — not loading paper properly

                                I Have Purchase brand new EPSON L200 Printer Before 1 Month. But Everytime when i load paper the printer spool paper and not print properly. so pls kindly send me service man and short out my problem

                                  I had bought an EPSON TX111 all in one printer 2 years back for approx Rs 3000/-. Initially in the warranty period the scanner started giving trouble and the scanner unit was replaced free of cost by the company. Now the unit is out of warranty and again the scanner unit has started malfunctioning and the same problem has recurred. I delivered the unit at the authorized service center in Chennai. They called me and told that it would cost Rs 2500/- for the repair.
                                  Sir, I would like to know that is there any provision for free repair of the unit since the same problem has recurred.

                                  I bought a printer with scanner model TX121 ( stylus ) on 4 - 3 - 2011 it is working so nicely, suddenly one day it

                                  not working then i went to epson authorised service center on[protected] named Wiptron Peripheral in coimbatore

                                  Phone[protected] . I said i have warrenty, They told there is no warrenty on our network, i got angerd how it

                                  possible ? they told me we check it and call you for the estimate of expences . One another day i go to the service

                                  center and issued the bill for that, then they told ok we will check it and inform to you . from that date i got no

                                  information so tell me what happening in that matter ?

                                    I had called the epson customer care no.[protected] and inquired about the black cartridge for TX121 (91N Black) which costs Rs.250 inc of taxes on friday 23.09.2011
                                    The customer care representative asked me if i wish to order a cartridge which will be delivered to my place for free.
                                    I confirmed with him that there will be no delivery chargers for the black cartridge (91N) and placed the order.
                                    They said it will be delivered to me within 2-3 days.
                                    I called up on monday and then again on tuesday 27.09.2011 and spoke to operator named Rahul to enquire about my cartridge.
                                    He gave me the number of the delhi office[protected]. Then when i called up delhi office they told me they wont deliver the cartridge for free additional Rs.100 would be charged and was very rude with his tone.
                                    This resulted in time wastage of 3 days and a lot of inconvenience and the toll free number keep on saying they will deliver it for free and WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER WITHOUT GIVING YOU THE RIGHT INFORMATION.
                                    AFTER SALES SERVICE of EPSON INDIA is pathetic. Hewlett Packard (HP) doesnot charge its consumers for delivering ink cartridges and their service is also very quick.
                                    Epson would never be able to match HP service position.

                                      I purchased a printer e year ago an Epson printer.
                                      Like me are thousend of people with a similar complaint. Is about the ink container and pad replacement.
                                      I am a very talented person, I also have a eletric knowledge from collage. So I serviced my printer, new, pad, new container, but the message showing is the same; ink pad insaturated, contact your dealer.

                                      The real fact is that Epson have specila sofware tool to reset the faulty error on the printer.
                                      Those sofware are not available to the public.
                                      Of course Epson want to sale every year a new printer or want you to take your printer to their own techinicians.

                                      WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THAT THEIR PRINTER HAVE A CLOCK, when it reach the end the printer stops working .
                                      Can you immagine if your car wiull do the same one day, and for you to take it to a mecchanic charging as much as he wants?
                                      What about skilled people like me ? why cannot do a service to my own car ?

                                      I am sorry but this will have to be stopped.
                                      Is an illigal robbery to people like me. to the nation itself
                                      Those are crooks .

                                      I will do my very best to espose them on every web site as I can.

                                        I have Purchased Epson Stylus TX121 All in one Printer one year ago.
                                        I Used Epson 71N and 91N black Cartridges many times as they say to buy original Epson genuine ink cartridges but it didn't print pages as they mentioned on the box
                                        like Epson 71N Should print around 250 pages but the actual output is hardly 120 pages it costing me almost above Rs.3/- per print same output and cost ratio to 91N Cartridges
                                        Printer is awesome but the carrying cost for home users like me is too high which is frustrating and giving me the feeling that i have been fooled with the lower price of the printer Rs. 3200/-.
                                        the cartridge becomes empty many times when it was needed.
                                        print cost is not as per mentioned on Epson TX121 box which guarantee the per page print cost is less than Rs. 0.50/-
                                        Per print cost in cyber café is Rs. 1/- to Rs. 3/- today

                                        Its true.The low prices of Epson printers always attract the buyers but the higher cost of printing and cartridges compensate or rather cost more than the low price of printer.
