I bought Epson L1800 from my blood sweat hard money with full belief in the quality and service of EPSON. After just a month and near about 50 prints, it's header RFID stripes got faulty. I have raised a complaint INS[protected] since 12th sep but even after 5 days over. concerned palampur. H.P. India service centre is clueless and have no idea when the part will be available . I request the concerned higher authorities to look into this on top most priority as my big order is in stake and business got impacted even more than covid.

I bought an EPSON L130 INK JET PRINTER Serial No VJ5K274300,
On[protected], My product is under warranty .
I have been facing a problem for the last 30 days. My device is not Powering up suddenly.
I called your toll free No [protected] and gave a Complaint. My complaint is :-[protected] on[protected].
Your customer support Did not co-operate Properly. Every day They Told That Executive Will Visit But No one Came to Short out My problem. After 13 days, the Executive Will Visit and solve the problem on 26/8/21.
But today I am suffering from the same problem with the printer. The device is not Powering up suddenly.
I called today your toll free No [protected] at 11;27 am and gave a Complaint. My complaint id is :-9594559 . After some time Mr Subrata Mondal called me from [protected] mob no and said that he was called from Epson service center and Misbehaved with me, with his Arrogant attitude ...That person's behaviour is shocking to me ... I will not tolerate this kind of behavior...I am taking steps with Consumers Foram. and I will go as far as I can go.
All the necessary documents are with me .

Hi I am a user of Epson L1800 its Sr.No.is UBNY011748 . there is some issue of paper feeding from last two months, I visited service center in Sec 42 Chandigarh earlier they told me that Feeder assembly will be change I said ok and I called many time on reception mam said feeder still not arrived, today on 30/Aug/2021 when I call to ask for the feeder assembly An Engineer Mr. Parkash was on phone and he reply that Feeder was arrived one month back and finished, Nobody called me and informed me that feeder arrived even they have my contact no.
Kindly do the needful. I am still suffering.

25days back i have submitted my printer Epson l3150(X5EP221673) in epson service center in Anantapur for repair under warranty. Yesterday i got call from your service center, they said that your printer is ready(repaired) you can collect tomorrow. Today i went to service center to collect my printer, the service center person is showed me my printer along with one print copy. So i request them to give a same copy print from my repaired printer after then i compared both the print copies and i found lot of differences between what he showed print before, and taken print infront of me. I asked them about the quality difference between them. He silently taken my printer inside again with out answering my question. So what i understood is first showed copy has taken from other printer not my printer. They tried to make me fool.

the tell me your product dispatch date is finally 25th July 2021 but
no massage or email me When i asked him what is the reason for dealy
no answer he told me your printer Dispatch now on 22nd august
again i asked him why ?

Regarding service center I have never seen like this irresponsible people in my whole carrier, not very professional, they don't know even how to deal with customer, worst service I have seen ever...I made one complain against my printer of warranty period but they are not taking valid response.

Ordered Epson Ecotank 5190 printer in official Epson India website (https://epsonshop.co.in) on 9th June, 2021.

Problems : (1). Tracking of order can't be done
(2). Received email (not through official email ID) on 2nd July that product to be dispatched by maximum 12th July. Same confirmed by the representative when i called
(3). 13th July : I called again. Got response after more than 4 hours that product to be dispatched only after 16th August.

My next step : Cancelled the order since delivery or dispatch date still not confirmed.

Reasons : Official Epson India website mentions dispatch date to be 12-15 days which might be extended to 3-4 weeks. If they can't make delivery, why unnecessarily take the order!!! Printer prices have gone up significantly since the last 1 and half months.

Steps required by Epson India : (1). The website should clearly mention that product isn't available in Indian warehouses, rather being imported from foreign countries. Dispatch date will depend wrt current COVID situation on foreign countries as well.
(2). Customer should be contacted via Epson's official email ID (and not through personal email ID of their representative).
(3). Customer should be able to track the product.

I have purchased the L3110 printer No.*X6NY068653* on[protected] and since its purchase it not functioning properly . Upto this time since its date of purchase I have made 9 times complaint to customer care details are as below_

Your intervention is necessity of the time. It pertinent to mention here that I am already in possession of one L130, and l380 ( Qty 02 Printers) which are still working very nicely. I am small shop keeper and loosing my business. That since its purchase Scanner, two ink tube, Ink motor have been replaced yet the product is not giving proper service and supplier M/s Fateh Infotech is not bothering and have blocked my whatapp No. also, The reputation of product is being hampered due to his lackness behavior . I though of informing you sir for sorting out my problem before going toconsumer Court.
Hence it is therefore prayed my product please be replaced with new one and get me excess amount refunded with interest and advise the supplier to provide me proper GST Bill.

I registered complaint as per above details i got a call & they ask me to come to there service center. but i am unable to do so later i got a call on 6 July, we agree that they will send the engineer at my place but no engineer visited. today again i got call that engineer will come around 12 pm but again same thing happened no visit was made & around 2 pm i am getting call i will visit after 5 pm.

How can trust on you. Please tell me

Purchase karne ke 3 din baad se hi paper aane laga, complaint ki to koi abhi tak check karne bhi koi nahin aaya. service center walo se bolte hai to kehte hai jisse purchase kia ubke pass jakar bolo. jo bhi dikkat hai, to fir service center ko kyu athuorised kiya hua hai.

I Purchased EPSON printer 10 Days ago and my printer showing an error after 4 days of purchase. I am very disappointing with the products of EPSON. I already call in customer care so many times they are provided my complaint no but there is not further response by any one. I am waiting from last 1 week but there is no support from EPSON.
