I Purchased EPSON printer 10 Days ago and my printer showing an error after 4 days of purchase. I am very disappointing with the products of EPSON. I already call in customer care so many times they are provided my complaint no but there is not further response by any one. I am waiting from last 1 week but there is no support from EPSON.

Kindly do not purchase EPSON printer.

Line is appearing on the paper while printing/photocopying

Colour printing is not proper, even though all colours are sufficient in the ink tanks

Dear Sir,

I, Swapnil Agrawal, wanted to buy the Epson 6170 Ink Tank Printer.

I enquired in Gwalior and found out that M/S VASHISHTH TECHNOLOGIES is dealing in Epson Printers.

I called them to place the order, however, the person was extremely arrogant and rude. Further, the person demanded all advance payment in cash i.e. around Rs.21, 500/-. When I asked for the bill, he said that the bill will not be provided.

It is imperative that the bill be provided first so that I can release the payment, however, despite repeated requests, the aforesaid person did not provide the bill and told me that I need to make the payment in advance and he will provide the bill in a future date.

Please note that I have all the call recordings of the aforesaid scenario.

Also note that not providing Invoice/ Bill of Supply of supply of goods is an offence under the GST Law. I reserve my rights to report this incident to the Local and the Central GST Department as well.

Further, demanding Cash amount Rs.21, 500/- is also an offence under the Income Tax Act and I also reserve my rights to report this incident to the Income Tax Department as well.

The said person Mr. Vashishth is extremely rude, arrogant and illegal kind of person. I tried to contact another Epson Dealer in Gwalior to procure the said printer, however, it came to my knowledge that Mr. Vashishth had already contacted all the dealers and told them not to supply any printer to me.

Mr. Vashishth's behaviour is entirely anti-consumer and anti-competitive. Further, due to such issue, I was afraid to procure any Epson Printer from other sources such as Online as well because Mr. Vashishth owns the Service Center for Epson and it was made abundantly clear to me that I would not be provided any services for Epson due to such issue.

Dear Epson Team, please note that these are the kind of persons who undermine your quality and desist us from purchasing your product. I wanted to buy your printer due to its high quality at affordable price and Epson printer was recommended to me by several persons, however, merely due to these persons and their illegal behaviour, I was unable to purchase the same, even though, I needed the same urgently.

I request you to kindly take up this matter as the same is extremely urgent and integral to the reputation of Epson.

Sir, I am Doctor, I use printer for my work to give reports..I filed complaint on 09 June 2021 with conplaint id 9078247 and requested fr urgent help and service..As I belonged to gwalior Mp region, so I contacted on [protected] gwalior epson service no..The lady on phone told me it will take 2 days to get it done..I asked its urgent.. still..The epson service person called me at 7:10 in the morning 6 days later on 15 June 2021.as I ws asleep at this time, I cudnt receive the phone..he closed the complaint within a minute..and I got a msg that since you didn't picked up phone, your complaint is getting closed..Is this Your Company Provides service...Horrible experience..Post Purchase. U guys don't care of customers. I will mail this to CEO also O[censored]rs.

I booked a service for my printer on April 8, today 12.06.2021, till now my printer problem not solved, company's customer care is nt also helpping, they told today that your booking was close. Bt i kept prof that my printer is not repaired, epson customer care is lying.. So bad service

With high expectations, I ordered Epson L1800 from Epsonshop website on 2nd June, 2021. But after weeks for false promises, Epson has not even shipped my order. Today, in 10th June.

I tried sending several emails, but not even a single response. I have already paid the money and I want my refund of 33000 Rs + 33000 Rs compensation of customer harrasment immediately.

Word of advice: Never ever order anything from Epsonshop or you'll be cheated.

This is to inform you that I had purchased a epson printer from flipkart and I received the order on 1st july 2020. Installation was done by epson india . Few days back I faced the problem of the scanner and an engineer visited my house and he was not able to rectify the problem.
Then I sended my printer in your service center of Varanasi for few days and again some problem occured and the service engineer visited again.
After few days again same problem and then it started working correctly but now again I am facing the same problem.
This was my first item that I purchased of epson and I didn't expected this. And now I want the replacement of my epson printer within few days. Last time the engineer told me that If the problem persists than we will replace it and I want replacement. Now no more inspection by your engineer and only replacement of my printer. AFTER SO MANY PHONE CALLS AND VISIT FROM YOUR SIDE PRINTER STILL NOT WORKED AFTER 3 OR 4 DAYS AFTER VISIT. PL DO NEEDFULL. YOUR KIND ATTENTION NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM EPSON LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE. PLEASE TREAT AS URGENT.

printer engineer not coming the office please visit office and solve the issue

And All Allowcations Are Red Mark...

1 week before i have to call srs epson service centre and register the printer issue.But that lady not give the case id and she told me, epson service person will come to your shop.

Now after one week i called again, that lady take the call and she told corona time not come to your shop.1 week before she not told corona time not come to on site. the lady talk to very rude and cut the phone call.

Now epson service is very poor
How can i promote epson products

My product L3151 printer with serial no X6JT006564 is defective.
Frequent paper jam, ink spilling, auto cancellation of printing jobs is quite normal.

When paper got jam in front of Epson service technician but they never accept fault of products officially

I need replacement or refund of full money.
I cannot believe Epson production can produce such quality of printers.

After spending INR 14000/ I am not able to use the defective product.
If this is the quality of printers that you manufacturer then refund my money.

Printer photo coppy button is not working and lining in print out and color ink not print proper photo and printout

so Please Solve this problem Immediately as soon as possible.
