Dear customer service,
We wish to complain about the service for our Epson printers.
We are complaining because we already contacted the Epson service man ( ID - Kishor Mandal, Ph no. [protected], Works at - Kritika Computers, Khatima, Udham...

Not printing, getting white paper, ink is ok,
sl no *X5HR005166*...

Printers basic functioning is not correct, page always get stuck while printing!!

Facing this issue since last 6 months in my printer LX-310 & if I register complaint then it get close without any notification.

Poor products and very poor their after sales service.

Tired of getting complaint numbers from them.

My epson printer L3110 is blinking continuously from yesterday. and showibg "A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life".
please suggest for resolve

L380, Serial No. X2Q5089989 is ink is filled but it is not flowing to the printer. Hence it not moving for printing.

15 november se Printing me line aa raha tha.
1 December ko Compalient log kiya 3 tarik ko service boy aaya or usne bola aapaka printer head kharab hai.

uska problem aaj tak soul nahi hua. customer care ko phone karta hu to alag alag no. dekar meroko muje fasate hai

I have made a service request through your customer care. But not received any call from your Trivandrum service center. Today I visited the service center with the printer as I was having issue with scanner communication error. The technician opened the scanner unit and scrapped out some corrosion in the contacts and told me it is corroded and need to change something and I have to wait. I said I will come back after sometime and left the service center and asked him to make sure everything works properly. But when I came back he made a print out in front of me and he gave the printer back and collected Rs.900 as his service charge, No servce report and and no receipt for payment. I asked him the status of scanner and he confirmed okay, But when I reached office with my printer and connected to laptop and tried to scan but the error still there unable to communicate with scanner, Don't know what he has done, It is 26 Km from my office to reach the service centre, and I need the technician to come and fix it asap, Cannot waste my time and fuel for visiting the service centre again and again.

This is to inform you that I purchased One Epson L3116 Printer Sr No X6HP061183 In August 2020 after that so many problems I am arising
I have Laudged a service call 2 times but still, my problem remains unresolved each and every time ink is liking in time of xerox and print out. Coler ink is liking when I am doing black and white xerox or printing. I have focused this problem on time the second time the Service Engineer has visited. So why this is happening is this a product manufacturing problem? or company doesn't want to provide me proper service because it is within warranty? So I want replace this product or I want return my money back.

So Please find attached 3 No's Print Out scan copy according to my above information.

It's been 4 days that my printer is not working. It's part of a business setup and 4 days is a long time. Callcentre staff is least helpful. Grievance cell is the worst. Probably Epson has too much business for their own good that they are unable to add staff on the ground.

I bought an Epsom L485 ink tank printer a year ago. Since the day I have purchased, the printer is not printing well. I contacted their service centre, but have not been of much help. I sent a few e-mails but have not been responded. I now feel that I made a big mistake in buying this product. Probably, a HP printer would have been a better choice.

I'm purchased epson printer 3 month back, right now did not On power in printer, kindly check and update my complaint...

I had raised a complain for my printer making bad noise but the excutive called me starter asking me problems like i was an engineer.
And she said that the person will take 650 as visting charges and everything is excluded!
This was never expected from a fame company like epson who would loot people!!
Never gonna buy any other printer from this beggar company!
