Resp sir i am shaikh mohsin rashid cell no - [protected] from kopargaon.. I am given my epson l 130 printer for repairing in deep enterprises ahmednagar from last 20 days but when i am enquiring my printer they tell me i wil cal u later.. And when i am vising that center from 100 kms from my place they tell me i will inform u later. I am very boared that form this service center and his service is very poor. Please help me as early as possible and give my printer.

    Dear team,
    My printer head replaced before six moths, after that it is working fine for three months, there after getting blank print while trying. So i raised the complaint.in my absence sai technologies indore service technician came and replaced the pickup roller. He charged 1250/- service charge forcibly there after i didnt get at least one print out. After thet i made the complaint several times but no response their end. Very bad service i ever seen in my whole carrier.
    Very irresponsible technician providing by sai technologies indore.
    Please arrange refund of amount or solve the issue asap

        I was reminded from last 1.5 month about my model sc-t5430m large size machine sound issue but no one is responding from the whole epson team. So according to such silence, i think there is no timing criteria of customer satisfaction support in epson.

        Attention : mr lokesh nama was commited me for better customer support that why i was purchase this machine and before purchase i was see demo of machine also.

        Again i will remind you that such delay timing of support will be extended in my warranty.

          I was purchased a printer from s squared technologies kattappana on 17 th sep 2016. in june 2020 the printer has acompliant. its black printing has lines while printing, but color printing and all other functions worked properly. i was given the product for service to the service part of S squard technologies kattappana .theyn told me that its ink pad needto be changed but after 2 months they told me that the printer head is dameged and it needs a repair cost of rs 6000. i was returned the printer back but now it is not working.when iwas producing the product to the service center it was in good condition only a small compliant. after two months they return the product as a useless one

            I bought a new printer serial no.x5dz421565. 17 augest 2020 printer is not working i made a complaint same day. complaint no is [protected]. now its 25 augest and no can visit my location to see the problem. after that i call again and again epson campany they give me 2 days time after 2 days they give me another 2 days time.they make me fool compeltely please slove the problem

              I bought a EPSON COMPANY printer serial no.X5DZ421565 17 AUGEST 2020 printer not working its show red light. i regitered a complaint. complaint no is [protected] now its 25 augest and no can visit at my resisdance if i complaint again company tell me wait 2 days after 2 days they tell another 2 days make me fool plese look this problem

                      I have a power supply problem in my Epson L1300 printer.I have given the printer myself to your Epson service centre located at rukhmininagar amravati aproximately 30 or 35 days before.but time to time there is not any response from your service centre.
                      Now today the service centre return my printer saying that they are unable to repair your printer.and the printer is not in condition to repair.plz solve this problem issue

                          For the past 4 years i get calls from your customers for printer repairs. i have tried to get in touch with your company to remove my number from your list as i get disturbed with calls at all times of the day.
