I have a printer l4160 purchased on 28 jun 2018. From the date of purchase printer i am facing problems, several time i called customer care for same, many time your engineer visited my place and taken printer for repairing but after few days same problem occurred error 304. Recently on 4 feb 2020 i visited your service centre at ghaziabad and left my printer for repair they gave me back on 8th and charged rs.500/-service charge, but today same problem start again now let me know what to do.     Above printer under warranty s. N. X5ep029825 & complaint to service center, a call come on my phone & he says deposit rs.20/-. If it is necessary i will pay when he come to attend the complaint. Mym. No.[protected] it also informed the ink is very costly & when i command for cleaning the head clean the ink is overflowing and a vice of khar khat come out from the printer. You are requested to please in addition after that after taking 4/5 page of photo copy the printer takes time 3/4 minutes for next copy

    also a call received vied phone no.[protected] and he asked my bank account details with pin number and password when i was trying to pay Rs. 20/- as demanded by him. please see this seriously.

    Till date the complaint not attend I have all CALLS are recorded which comes on my phone and also noted the mobile number from which call sent. the person demanded the amount but not give proper guide a sms also sent by him the copy of the same i have. After waiting the engineer i had spent Rs.1100/- for repairing the same which will claim and also give the advice to my circle NOT TO PURCHASE EPSON PRINTER

I have cyber cafe and who will come to me, I will advice them never purchase this product. However I will give you three working days i.e up to 04/03/2020 and then I will take action as above

      Printer not giving print in one command when we give command 6 or more time then take one print out now i am complaining 2 time but no response.
      I have called service center but no response please give proper solution

        I have got repaired my printer from your local service center 2 times, each time they charge a sufficient amount but unable to solve the problem completely. So far the problem is remained and occurred after some time. This time i have to approach your local team again and again they demanded a service charge of 300 rupees while problem is not being encounter. So please send an expert who can encounter this particular problem. As the problem is mentioned below with printer serial number.

        1. The red light start blink occasionally and could not allow me to print further.
        2. Suddenly black ink is interrupted by the printer as problem in printing black and white document.

            Printer number-epson l565, model-c463c, vjny057138
            I am from pune-india, my printer epson l565 was not printing, service engineer mr. Nainad chandras came and attended complaint in nov 2019.

            He took print manually with cable connection, i asked to take print through wifi he said, i will come tomorrow to take print through wifi.
            For this service i paid him rs.400,
            But receipt was not given to me. After he didn't come to resolve it.

            When i complained this to his boss, he refused the above scenario, he denied and defended the situation, he said "mr. Nainad will not do service without giving bill".

            I request the global head to intervene and sort out the issue please.

              We are having a printer epson make, model me office 960fwd having sr no : rg8y000319 purchased on 2013 from epson dealer (Staples store).
              We have contacted epson customer care number[protected] many times and they have provided the contact number of a dealer peripheral service epson, 105, vannarpet layout, viveknagar post, bengaluru, karnataka 560047, and we went their service center with our printer, but they refused to take the same and they have inform us that the spares parts not available from epson for this models.
              Again we have contacted epson customer care number[protected] and they have given the contact of mega systems (Epson authorized dealer), #01, premier presidency, 35/17, landford road, bengaluru, karnataka 560025, they also refused to repair the same and they also conveyed the same message as the spares parts not available from epson for this models.
              Epson website is not having any email id to write customer grievances or no escalation matrix provided by them, also their online complaint registration form will not accept complaints for the same serial number which we have already made the complaints once and they will not attend or close the complaint.

                  Since i initiated complaint today dated 30'dec 2019 on tool free no.[protected] time 12:39 pm, it was communicated that service engineer will be attending my query, since i have purchased the epson printer and scanner serial no x5dz271896 on 05'oct 2019 model no - l3110.

                  Complaint related issue — unable to print and xerox since both red indicators lights are blinking on machine.

                  As i am in business of mp online and property due problem my work is hampering, hope company can undestand my issues and will provide resolution asap.

                      My epson printer l220 ciss epil multi function serial number vgxk147101 is unserviceable for the last four months.
                      I booked a call with epson toll free number many times but unfortunately but no one turns up to attend the call. I am frustrated to call several times. I am thinking to blacklist epson printer in my life as service provided by epson is dismal also spares are not easily available like hp or any other brand. Earlier i had two hp printers and it never failed. Due to per page cost i purchased epson.
                      I am highly dissatisfied with epson as after lodging complaint and calling many times no one bother to rectify my printer.

                      My company had many epson m100/200 printers but service provided is extremely poor and costly compare to hp brand.

                      Epson india has not given any email address to address my grievance. I am highly dissatisfied customer.

                      Very poor service by your customer care as I had registered a complain against this printer but from past 9 days I didn't get any response regarding this I contacted nearby service center they even denied for the service... please look into this

                        I bought an epson l380 about 2 years ago for 11000 rupees . Serial number x2q5306789..After about 4000 prints, printer not working. Shows message that ink pad is nearing end of its life. I understand that WIC reset needed. For WIC reset, I need to spend around 500 or so and wait for service. Your ads promised prints.@30 paise. Probably you are taking only ink cost into account. Why should i spend additional bucks after only 4000 prints to reset.
                        . It is a restricted trade practice. I feel cheated.

                        Customer care executive called me. I expressed my concern. Why should I pay 550 for reset after just 3700 prints. If waste ink pad is full let me or service person clean it or replace for 100 or 200. Promising cheapest prints and reaping back by such intellectual terrorism is bad. It is not so with Epson in some other countries it seems. I have got it reset paying 550. Company should review.

                          On service request of paper jam in printer aarvee info services mumbai sent an engineer and he did not follow correct practice to remove paper stuck in printer and damaged printer roller on 11 december.
                          Next day another engineer came to replace roller and said original is ok but some other technical problem emerged and he also failed to repair it.

                          bought epson l3150 from flipkart paid extra 3000 rupees as EMI. not even 3 months the printer is giving all sorts of issues. Customer service is worst. Never buy any product from this company

                            I bought epson l805 3 months before, i complained in epson for paper picking and cd dvd trey picking problem. Service center in godhra, gujarat called me and threatened me to bring printer on service center otherwise he will discontinue the warranty. Epson l805 is covered under onsite warranty as per company terms.

When i am complaint executive came and one test print printing now and say he printer problem resolved.. After when i am going my docment printing didn't print block ink..                                   I have lodged a complaint on 24 sept. 2019 with ticket numbe ojz[protected]. On 26th sept. 2019, technical officer named arun mishra and his associate technician krishna yadav visited my office for the same.

                                  First of all, they started checking my printer software for any disfunctioning as i made a complaint for blinking of paper light & ink light in my espon l1800 printer and some abnormal printing sound at time of print. My printer was not working at that time only those two lights were continuosly blinking and print function can not be performed.

                                  In their primary investigation, they claimed my product to be physically damaged without even opening the printer. I said my printer is completely
                                  New and we have not even handled it carelessly, it is kept at a specific place since its purchase, how can it be physically damaged? After my such insistent, technician opened my printer's front cover and told that head carriage sensor cable is twisted thus print function is not working. And due to its twisting, may be printer was making some abnormal sound during print from start of printer use. I said in confirmation for that sound. Further, he told that it may be a manufacturing defect and all this is happening.

                                  But, the technical officer arun mishra denied all this and said it is happening like this becuase that cable has been forcefully damaged by me and it should be repaired only on service charge (Rs. 850/-). Then he put his jobsheet for my signing. I denied for signing jobsheet as there was nothing like that he was telling. He told me to sign else he can not officailly repair my printer. He said this is the process. Then, i signed the jobsheet and he promised for repair of printer within 7 days as that cable was not available to him that time.

                                  On the same day, after 3-4 hours, they said that they will take my printer to their office in banda in evening time and will repair because that have a "stock cable" in their office. I gave my permisson for it as i needed my printer to be repaired asap. But, a thing stuck in my mind that epson have no office in banda currently where will they repair? And fortunately, they did not came to take my printer that day.

                                  2 days passed and when i contacted them, thay said it will take more time as cable is not available to them. I requested them to quick repair as i am a cad associate and my business completely depends on this printer. They said they will try if we have such urgency, we can repair it from outsider.

                                  Then, calling for 2 more weeks, they were ready to revisit us and repair. But they further took 4 days more than given date.

                                  Finally, the technician krishna yadav visited our office on 23 oct. 2019 06:15 pm. He said that he will take printer with himself and after repair, he will handle us next day. We said epson provide on-site service and we need it. Then he was ready to repair in our office.

                                  But for opening printer for 2 hours, he was not able to change the cable as technical officer arun mishra had given him different cable of other printer (L-1300). Then, he took another 2 hours for assembling of my printer but could not successfully assemble it. He left my office at 10:00 pm in night without repairing my printer.

                                  He told us that he can not repair this printer as he is opening it for first time, he broke brackets of outer body of printer and left some screws untightened. He said i am not trained to repair these printers and now technical officer arun mishra will repair your printer.

                                  During his printer assembly and dis-assembly, technician krishna yadav was watching youtube and he has mismatched parts while assemly as my printer body is loose and not in its original shape.

                                  After that, we tried to contact mr. Arun mishra, but we can't. Whenever we call, he is shown busy/not reachable and switched-off. He is not responding anyhow till now.

                                  Now since the technician was untrained, technical officer is not cooperative and service is delayed, we seek complete resolution of our complaint as soon as possible. If printer is not repairabe, we seek its replacement as technician claimed for its manufacturng defect at first sight.

                                  We seek complete resolution of our complaint because my earning is getting afftected from long time and epson associate is neither responsing nor serving. Please do help us.

                                    I bought a Epson printer (model L3150 PSC WIFI, Serial Number X5EP134673) on 27 Aug 2019 as recommended as good product and with best service. But to my great shock and disappointment there was a paper Jam on the 2 nd day of purchase. I informed the Local service that I want the product to replaced but they serviced the Jam and told that they will forward my request to Epson and get back about the replacement. There was no reply for 2 weeks and when I called they told the report came and Epson told it doesn't need to be replaced. when I asked about the copy of the report from Epson, they told there is no written report and they cannot share it with me. They told printer is fine and there will no such issues after. But on 27th Oct 2019 (9 weeks from purchase) there was another paper Jam and I was devastated. Im using 80 GSM paper and feeding the paper as per the instruction of the manual. I informed Epson service ( Service Request Number: INS[protected] ) about the Jam and asked for the replacement. They cleared the Jam and when asked for replacement as it was a 2 nd Jam with less than 2 month they gave excuses that now it is more than a month and paper Jam can happen in printers and that's why they are providing service. And also the service person told that I bought the printer by my own choice.Kindly advise me what I should do. Is it my bad luck and live with it servicing often? Did I make a wrong choice?
