I have order the FSSAI study material from this www.esegate.com website with order number 57833 on 25 July 2021 But i didn't received hard copy yet and they are asking for extra money for hard copy now, earlier they asked for Rs 446.25 that I payed through online payment details attached.I have mail to them about order but they didn't give any satisfactory reply.So what can i do now .If my money gets wasted.Please help me.
