I have ordered civil engineering interview questions hardcopy on May 30 and made payment via Google pay. They are not showing any updates on the order also not responding to messages and mail. Order id #66857.

I ordered the gate Geology and geophysics book of ₹1045 from esegate. Com .
It only showing in processing but not delivered the book yet .
I want my money back....

I ordered for gate petroleum course material and paid Rs799. IlThe links they provided did not work and expired. I filed so many complaints on their customer care number but they still have not provided the material. IT is a fraud site and I want refund.

I had purchased MPSC Technical Book through ESEGATE online by paying Rs. 673/- on 05 March 2022. Yet the book is not delivered to me as on today 11 March 2022. No delivery status is being provided by the Company.

I have paid for RSMSSB JE Electrical Study material
(Graduate)(diploma)onn esegate website. Order ID 59226. Money is deducted from my account but order failed.

I have paid for CIAL Assistant Grade study materials Rs 460 on esegate website. Order ID 58728. Money is deducted from my bank account and it is still showing that payment is pending.
I have received nothing for the money i paid. I mailed on their 'contact us' email. Got a reply 'we will look into it '. Nothing changed, mailed many times. No reply. This site is fraud . Please resolve this issue. I need study material or refund my money.

I have order the FSSAI study material from this www.esegate.com website with order number 57833 on 25 July 2021 But i didn't received hard copy yet.I have mail to them about order but they didn't give any satisfactory reply.So what can i do now .If my money gets wasted.Please help me.

My order no.is 54881 dtd 7 Dec 2020 which was showefcompleted on 14 th Dec and download is expired on 14 th Dec. I have made online payment. Neither I got book for Gate Mathematics nor link for download the book

Sir i have bought some studymaterial from esegate.com through online.the amount for the material was deducted from my account on 30-06-20.but they did not send the studymaterial. Later i came to know that it was a down loadable marerial. But till date i could not down load the material. I send so many complaints to the company. But they did not take any action. So kindly take action to get the material

Hi team, i am prepaing for upsc epfo exam so i search on google where esegate upsc material" has shown to me and i bought hard copy of book and paid them on 11.04.202020. Reference id:[protected] rs. 488 from esegate.com via order no : #43032, but till date i didn't got it, i contact him multiple times but no response from his side, and also block me on esegate portal not to write them on their sites please help me to sort out this issue, my study time is also waste either they deliver my book or return my payment back, please contact my directly if you need any info.

I have ordered study material for gate metallurgy from esegate.com site on
6th october 2019 and paid the money online through credit cards. Till today they have not delivered my study material nor receiving any calls. I have complained many times to their sites mail but there also not giving any reply to my mails. Please help me, my order no is - #4973. They donts have any contact number where, i can call them to solve my issues....
