It only showing in processing but not delivered the book yet .
I want my money back....

I ordered for gate petroleum course material and paid Rs799. IlThe links they provided did not work and expired. I filed so many complaints on their customer care number but they still have not provided the material. IT is a fraud site and I want refund....

Sir i have bought some studymaterial from esegate.com through online.the amount for the material was deducted from my account on 30-06-20.but they did not send the studymaterial. Later i came to know that it was a down loadable marerial. But till date i could not down load the material. I send so many complaints to the company. But they did not take any action. 6th october 2019 and paid the money online through credit cards. Till today they have not delivered my study material nor receiving any calls. I have complained many times to their sites mail but there also not giving any reply to my mails. Please help me, my order no is - #4973.
