I have ordered civil engineering interview questions hardcopy on May 30 and made payment via Google pay. They are not responding to mails and messages also not updating the order. Order id #66857

please be informed that my order no:40608 dated 01.03.2020. i had ordered fro hard copy but they had not sent till 21.03.2019 inspite of my various emails.

Also their contact number not given in website, please appropriate authority to check with EASGATE, Bhagalpur, Patna Bihar.

I have purchased study material worth of 600 rupees, I got link to download the soft copy. As I opened the link all irrelevant documents are der which are not indicating the mentioned in the website. They are looting money from society with irrelevant and illegal way. Kindly look into this matter. I want the refund at the earliest.

Sir i have bought the studymaterial on30-06-20.the money was deducted from my account. Now i came to know it was a soft copy. But now i could not download the material.i have complained several times about this issue but they did not take any steps for my material if i go to download it says gmail id wrong so kindly send me the down loaded material or down loaded apps to me.

They donts have any contact number where, i can call them to solve my issues. Please help me in returning or refunding my amount. I dont know their policy of supplying the notes in soft copy, that way, i have not downloaded the notes and waiting for hard copy notes. Now they are denying to return my money. Please help
