Eshop12 — Fraud and cheating case

I paid Rs 51, 999/- for a Macbook Air on eshop12.com through Payu with my SBI card online payment option on Jan 9 2015.The guy JPrakash Sharma kept on delaying the date of delivery of the product.He replied to calls and mails for a few days but now he is not responding to anything.He said that he would give back the money as he was unable to deliver the product.He has not given the money back nor has he delivered the product.He is absconding and the shop has been closed.We are a middle class family and Rs 51, 999/- is indeed a very big amount for us.I kindly request the authorities to take action on this matter and deliver justice to us.This is a serious issue and I have proof of payment and everything.Hoping for a positive reply in the shortest time possible.
