Eshoppingbazaar — Apple iphone 5s not received

I have ordered an apple i phone 5s 32gb from eshoppingbazaar.In on 6th july..Initially i got emails from them until 8th july that the order has been processed and dispatched and that it will be delivered until 13th evening or 14th july morning.. I tried calling the customer care.. No one picks up the phone since 2-3 days and no one responds to the mails i have sent till now.. At present i am helpless otherwise i will be knocking the door of consumer court.
