I purchased a Voltas Window Air Conditioner from Flipkart, which was delivered on 14 May 2026. The product was found to be faulty immediately after installation/use.

I bought 2 voltas ac which has a manufacturing defect or low quality material because within one year my both ac got repaired almost 5 to 6 times
Multiple gas charging due to leakage
Cooling coils for replaced

I have purchased a Voltas AC at 30-APR-25, I was register for AC servicing, the person came for service and after check he told me the person who came for AC installation they did some wrong installation that's why the drain pipe is cut and we are facing water leakage from that and ask me for 800 Rs for repair, instead of Voltas company person fault i was agree to pay but they open my AC yesterday and till now no any service person came for...

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional service experience I recently faced with the service team of Voltas during the installation/service of my Voltas air conditioner.

During the visit, the technician charged excessively inflated prices for basic installation materials. The same product that is available in the market for approximately ₹100 was charged around ₹300 by the technician....

I purchased Voltas 5 Start 2 Ton AC on 26th Jan 2025 but it got problem of leakage in the month of Sept 2025 in just 8 months time. This is really pathetic and it seems Voltas is using low grade material of construction in manufacturing AC. I want my AC to be replaced Piece to Piece. Or else I will file a complain in consumer court...

Dear sir,
I have registered a complaint on 11.06.2025 regarding my split AC which is under warranty is not working. no cooling effect. the response was very slow. Hence, I have gone to shop for assistance, they have registered a complaint again I called to customer care, a technician came and saw the issue, He explained me to change the outdoor unit PCB, After two weeks the PCB came, but problem was not rectified, he left the AC open....

I have booked 2 installations for Voltas 5-star AC, the first installation is on 30th May-2025. For that installation I paid Rs.1825/- and for the second installation which is done on 29th June-2025 I paid Rs.1616/-.

I have purchased a window AC with WIFI facility on 10 may 2025 from Flipkart and installed by Voltas engineer on 20th may 2025.
After installation, i come to know that the AC i have received is not WIFI facility but i have paid for this facility. as per engineer this ac has no WIFI feature.
Please install or replace the AC with WIFI feature.
