      I'm getting pc 04 error on my AC again. It happened earlier as well and voltas charged me 1500 rs but still issue not resolved. I should have gone for samsung as voltas customer care is pathetic.

        As per technician, swing flap's bush or something is not working it has to be replaced. But its been one month since I registered this complaint yo voltas but still they say order has been placed for new part but not delivered.
        I am totally unsatisfied with the service.
        Why this much delay. The product is in warrenty period its just 5 month old.

          My voltas. a.c not working from October.2022. Registered compliant. The team visited and informed compressor problem. now the a.c under warranty period with free of cost compressor replacing planned. But till date the voltas team not responding my calls and mails. .

            Voltas — 1.5 Ton Split Inverter ACs NOT WORKING FROM 6 MONTHS!!!

            Purchased 4 Voltas Split Inverter ACs (1 1 ton for the guest room, 1 2 ton for the hall & 2 1.5 ton for the master bedroom and kids room) from Tata Cliq on 31 March 2022. They were delivered in April 2022. Installation date was 6 April 2022.

            Had purchased an inverter AC 5 years ago and it has now malfunctioned with an E1 error for the past 1.5 months and I had called in your Voltas authorised service center, they sent a technician on 5th July 2022 who replaced the PCB and gas and charged 5300 ₹ however the issue wasn't resolved and the technician left promising to return with the correct equipment and never returned, again we called a technician however due to unavailability of spares they returned on 5th Sept 2022, and then again changed the fan motor and charged ₹3500, and yet the issue isn't fixed when we confronted the technician, they advised us to speak to Voltas directly and have the matter resolved. Post writing an email got a call from an employee of voltas avijit dey contact number[protected] and asked me for documents stating my complaint which I shared, and since then he has been unresponsive to call or messages.

                      Voltas — Split AC with Inverter for non cooling

                      I purhased Voltas Split AC (Inverter IDU - 1.5 Tonne Serial Number: 4553130B22BC19128) on 03rd April 2022. I refurbished in August 19th but now in September, my product not cooling and within 6 months, the product breakdown 2 - 3 times. I want a replacement or refund of the product. I dont want to repair it again.

                        I have recently purchased and installed 2 Voltas 5 star inverter air conditioners in our apartment in Kochi, Kerala State. Both machines have the same issue, namely the temperature is not being controlled to the desired setting. I normally set the temperature in the bedroom at night at 25 Celsius, but the room gets so cold that I ended up with a bad case of bronchitis. The other ac in the dining room has the exact same problem. I am able to measure the actual temperature in the room with a digital thermometer and can easily demonstrate the problem. I suspect this is a design defect in the machine.

                            I bought a Voltas air conditioner from Lulu Shopping Mall, Kochi on August 10, 2022. It was installed in my flat by the service team New-tech Cool Solutions next day. I was out of station for a couple of weeks since then. When I came back and checked it was found that it is not cooling. On my complaint, the service team checked and informed me that the connection was not done properly by the installation team. Previous team was asked to make it right, but after checking, they reported some board complaint. The board is to be replaced and so they ordered for it, promising to replace it within 4 working days.

                            After 4 days, on Monday September 19th, when I checked with New-tech Cool Solutions, they are asking me to wait another 7 days. I checked with Voltas, and they are also saying the same thing. I am fed up with their service. It is a brand-new unit and when it is found faulty, they have to replace it.
