My Voltas Vectra elite 1.5 ton AC, which I had purchased on 25 June 2023, is still in it's warranty period, and it's outdoor unit Printed Circuit Board, had burnt on 22 May 2023, which needs to be replaced. I had registered my issue to Voltas on the same day and the engineers came to check the issue the next day, i.e. on 23 May 2023 and they told has that Printed Circuit Board needs to be replaced. But after that no actions have been taken...

I have complained several times about my AC not functioning(cooling) properly and from starting there is somewhat problem is there and even after several complaints no response from the company side . After calling several times the technician comes and go by giving false hopes and claiming and also changed the gas but the problem still exist and now even service technician is not attending any calls and by seeing and experiencing all these...

AC cooling is less . Need to check the leakage of Gas.
I have purchased this AC 3 years back and every year there is a problem of gas leakage. I think the product quality needs to be checked...

This is to inform you that we are following up your technical team to resolve the issue of PCB since 25th May, 2024 but Mr. Bhoodev is not able to resolve the same.

He is untrained and just coming and investing our time.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Voltas AC company. Last year, on January 15, 2023, I purchased an AC unit from your company for my wedding. Unfortunately, as summer approached, the unit malfunctioned, and despite numerous calls, it took over 1.5 months for your executive to replace the compressor.

Now, to my dismay, the same issue has recurred...

In this regard I am complain about my ac compressor not working while it is warrenty period. The technician visit and service centre order a new compressor and after 15 days neither the change a new compressor not they provide the satisfactory reason for delay of delivery this part. Both the coustomer care and service centre are talk so bad manner, I can't describe it. I am humbly requested to you please dispose my problem as soon as possible.

I am writing this email to express my extreme displeasure with Voltas service. I made a complaint on 22 May that my 2-ton AC is not working. Even after 10 days, I do not have a status of when the issue will be resolved. I find this unacceptable and find that the transactions with the company are opaque. We purchased Voltas 3 star inverted new AC which stopped working within a month and when we raised complain the dealer he is saying it will take 7 days to repair.

Dear Voltas team,

We purchased the AC but within 2 years the gas leaked and the way the technician refills the cooling gas, At a 16-degree temperature it is like a 30-degree temperature.
Feels like the service is very cheap.
I never saw the cooling gas in Voltas cylinder it appears to be an unbranded cylinder and we do not know whether they are putting appropriate amount
