I booked my refill on 18th january 2019, and given me a ref. No. 683538. I received sms refill expected to delivery: 2 -4 days. On 19th january 2019 i received an sms that cash memo [protected] of amount rs.689 generated and shall be delivered shortly. Again i received an sms on 20th january 2019 that your cylinder is delivered with cm no. [protected]. It is more than 13 days, still i did not get the gas cylinder even after so many telephone calls. Today also i called and asked them what about the delivery of the cylinder. They said to me pick up the cylinder from our godown if necessary. This is not the first time. Every time this happens. Some time i got the delivery 15 - 20 days time also after making so many telephone calls. I am fed up with this agency. Kindly register this complaint and do the needful. What is the procedure shall i do, if i would like to change this agency?
