Someone take action please. Or i am trying to reach some higher position for this because firstly the staff, they dont have cordination of any of the work

They dont attend any calls. On visiting their office they wil not attend you properly.

I booked my refill on 18th january 2019, and given me a ref. No. 683538. I received sms refill expected to delivery: 2 -4 days. On 19th january 2019 i received an sms that cash memo [protected] of amount rs.689 generated and shall be delivered shortly. Again i received an sms on 20th january 2019 that your cylinder is delivered with cm no. [protected]. It is more than 13 days, still i did not get the gas cylinder even after so many telephone...

Irregularity in services
This is my 3rd complaint against ESS BEE Enterprises. Shop 1, Sheikh Sarai Phase 1, New Delhi 110017. At the time of taking connection I used to live in Sheikh Sarai, now I have shifted to Vivek Vihar in Delhi. I called this agency and asked them if I can come on 02/08/08 to get the gas connection transfered to my new locality. They said yes.
