I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a failed bus booking made through the IRCTC website for travel from Palakkad(chandranagar bypass) to Alappuzha(YMCA) on 24-10-26 at 9:30pm
Although the booking status on the IRCTC website shows "Not Booked", an amount of ₹1, 349 has been debited from my bank account.
Since the booking was unsuccessful and no ticket has been generated, I request you to kindly investigate this issue and initiate a full refund of ₹1, 349 to my original payment method at the earliest.
Please look into this matter and provide confirmation regarding the refund status.
