My seat was untidy and there were some used bottles in my seat. I asked the helper/ driver to take out the garbage but he declined to do so. He was verbally abusing my co passenger (female) for chewing gum. Then after some heated argument he declined us to depart in our departure station and made us to depart 7km away from our destination. After that he shouted on us using unparliamentary words in the road and went off. He also tried to shout and raised his hand against my co-passenger female. I tried to reach ESSAR customer service several times but they didn’t lift the call. I kindly request you to take action against ESSAR and the driver.

      I transport Suzuki access bike..4 days before coimbatore to karakudi..i went ask essar karaikudi office..there is no proper response..then they said to contact coimbatore office..they said here is no your bike..they charge 2000rs. Still I didn't receive my bike...

        Bus is not on time and its 45 mins late. So they forcing us to board in some other place. My boarding point was Lakshmi Mills, Opp to Vasan Eye Care at 10:50PM on 09/09/2022. But the bus was late and the driver called me at 11:30PM and forced me to come near Axis Bank, which was 500 metres far feom Vasan Eye Care which was the original boarding point. I was running hurry because of this. Is thia the way u do to the customers who travel regualrly? And the driver reason and behavior is ridiculous. No proper complaint number for customers. And it is not even addressed by Essaar Travels till now

            Bus driver irritaed behaviour

            I am writing this email with high dissatisfaction due to driver's unprofessional behaviour during my trip Coimbatore to Kalayrkoil on 23rd May 2022.

            Bus details from Coimbatore to Kalayarkoil on 23/05/2022 are PNR: 968546, Bus No: TN 66 AH 6990, Driver details: Satish S Dvk Essaar, [protected]

            My dropping point is Kalayarkoil and usually I get down at Kalayarkoil Police Station stop which is 500mtr ahead of bus stand stop. I never faced any issues in dropping point in my experience. But this time the driver spoke very rude and he was very adamant not to stop there by quoting like it is not govt bus to stop everywhere. He was threatening me infront of my kid and he would face anything if I compliant because no one can do anything to him.

            I was traveling with my kid and just think how my kid reacted to his threatening. He was afraid and started to cry. I never faced this kind of behavior anywhere. I was wondering how Essar is allowing this kind of drivers to work in their brand name. Essar means safe for families, for ladies travel with kids. But this incident makes me feel like not safe for ladies to travel alone with kids. Drivers like him behaved very rude with gents like me and he will repeat the same with ladies even more.

            If you are not taking action against that driver, then will take this matter to the next level. Because we choose brand for safety and we choose to get down stops in descent way. He also spoke against govt bus which is not good by comparing with his driving.

            I want to know what is the action taken against him.

              Actually the 10.50 p.m bus not started in the correct time...it was delayed 30 mins without any information

              Seats are not clean ...bus is not clean...we r paying more money for a.c sleeper bus...a.c is working but no neatness

              Full sand n dust in seat

                Essar travels is a worst one.. driver Senthil kumar P behaving worst with customers.. he is behaving rude..every week we travel through Essar to Nagercoil. If any delay get in to bus other drivers politely wait or they will tell to come soon.. but this senthilkumar speaking bad words and rude with US.

                      Due to driver negligence im going to miss my train from trichy to varanasi. Train only runs once in a week.
                      If I miss the train I will raise complaint against essar transport in consumer court and you have to take responsibility. I have evidence voice record against the driver and he replied very rudely.
                      The bus number was PY-01 CT8827 which is running between coimbatore to tiruchirappalli.

                        Hi,

                        I booked bus from madurai from cbe at 11.15... I was shocked to see the ac window broken in my seat... When asked driver gets irritated and scolded the helper by asking "do i drive or see this kind of stuff'... Also he threatened me by shouting at some car driver in bad word... To my shock there is not even side bar which will prevent us from fall and act as a protecting layer... Are 't we r paying enough r do we travel without paying? Such a drastic worst experience... This is how u ll treat it girls customer ah? Whose responsibility to see all the seat r as per requirement ah nu... If i didn't pay for any such reasons will i accept it? I want my valuable and peaceful sleep...

                          We called and asked information about boarding as one person board at stella maris and another will board at pallavaram grand gallada. Call attendee told that won't be a problem. The driver will pick up any boarding location if informed before reaching the spot.
                          As per the instruction, one o[censored]s has informed before bus starts at t nagar and asked when it will reach pallavaram grand. It was informed over, bt person sitting in t nagar office and the driver before the bus starts that at 10.30 pm.
                          Accordingly, i planned and reached at 10 pm at pallavaram grand gallada. My co-traveller called and informed me that the driver won't stop the bus as it was mentioned in the paper.
                          After many requests and begs, he stopped the bus for a minute and dint even pick up me from the spot. I was standing with my husband in two-wheeler before i take my bag getting near to the front of the bus door. Bus started and no cared or stepped down to see if any passenger arrived, we chased the bus at crompet bus stop as he told my friend to come us there but he didn't stop the bus, and we chased to saravana stores chrompet, we went ahead in front of bus and made the bus to stop, thank god police officials were there otherwise he would have passed on us like a crap. I exactly steeped into the bus at 10.30 pm. And that time, my friend who booked the ticked got the message from essar that happy travels with essar.

                            Its such a worst journey i ever had.
                            The details : essaar travels, bus no. 9087
                            Journey to & fro from cbe to ponamaravathi & ponnamaravathi to cbe. I can never imagine such a useless interiors for any private bus.
                            Its just one bus available so i was left with no other option to travel in this hot summer.
                            The seats are torn, unclean, do not give a comfort like feel, windows orientation is the most foolish thing in this travels.. There is no way for air passage from the side top sinceit was closed & luggage carrier is fixed above, so there is very less space for air circulation, i[censored] dont get a window seat then u will get fried up with complete suffocation. I got headache after travelling with this service. Very poor driving, i dint get why the hell they kept on stopping here or there after every hour.😡😡
                            Waste of money & energy.

                              I booked a ticket form karaikudi to kovai at 9.58pm in ac sleeper bus (Seat no u 15) in the office i was wait more than 15 mins i didn't get bus. I went to ask the ticket booking officer but he said the bus was left from here. I was shocked. I am waiting here only y u don't alert? For that he use some unwanted words to scold. (I never leave this issue i put in to social media) they have charged 525 rs for sleeper ac bus and finally they was given seater bus

                                I booked ticket from Singampuneri to covai on 05-mar-17 at 11.30PM(TID:ESSA[protected] Seat no.40).I waited at my boarding point from 11.15pm and asked every bus driver which bus i have to get in and all the bus drivers gave the same reply that next bus will come.I waited untill 12.00 mid night and finally i missed all the buses and i had no way to reach Covai at that time.I had to apply leave in my office due to this very worst way of chart preparation and service.ESSAAR has to take responsible for this and my ticket amount 350 and my one day pay also has to refunded.Kindly take necessary action.

                                  An amount of rs.288/- towards the refund for the cancellation done on[protected] for ticket vide pnr essa[protected] is not yet has been credited to my account. please refund the amount.
                                  When contacted [protected] his response was irritating. he just disconnected the call when i asked the refund. is this way you respond to passengers? how long will it take to credit?
                                  A month is going to be over.

                                    We booked bus tickets in Essar Travels on 9 Jun 2016- 9:30 pm for a journey from Devakottai to Coimbatore which turned out to be a stressful experience.The bus started off from Devakottai at the scheduled time but came to a standstill for about 2 hours in Karaikudi (about 20 kms from Devakottai).The passengers had no clue of why the bus had been stopped there for hours.Then after undue pressure from the passengers, the driver had to let out that the clutch blade was not proper.One of the passengers called the management .A mechanic was called in to look at.Meanwhile, the owner made alternative arrangements. A bus which was not upto the standards (more/less seemed like town bus) arrived along with its driver and cleaner both under the influence of liquor. None of the passengers dared to board that bus . The owner/driver/mechanic though fully aware that the bus won't last the journey forced us to get into the bus that too with the help of police with whose help they silenced the protesting passengers. subsequently at two places the bus had to be halted and the driver did not even bother to inform the passengers that the bus is not fit for further travel and after lot of protests by the passengers against indifferent attitude of the bus management the drivers of the buses of the same company on being stopped came to the rescue by boarding coimbatore bound passengers in one of karaikudi bound buses after requesting the passengers to get down and go in other buses. We request you to take disciplinary action against the bus management as most of the passengers had to skip the college/bus and were able to reach ultimate destination at 10.15 A.M

                                      In Essar travel bus, from CBE to Peravurani, there are several time driver was doing rash driving...so many people's travelled from CBE to Peravurani...there is no grantee for safe journey...the thing is only one bus is available for this route...so many time we bring this incident of rash driving to the company...but still no proper action has taken...yesterday day night bus hit a lorry and after this incident also.bus was not controlled...plz take action to save passengers life...looking forward ur positive...in this bus journey...life will not guarantee until.u get down on ur stop...
                                      Help people by proving good bus service.
                                      Even From Coimbatore to Karaikudi also. All are rash drivers.

                                        Normal days the tickets price will be 280 and on Weekends it will be 300 from Coimbatore to Karaikudi.
