Essar Petrol Pump — Pump staff refused to fill petrol even after requesting

I am complainning for essar pump staff for not filling petrol in my bike . I was on the way towards Nathdwara and by mistake i forgot to refill petrol in my bike in Kankroli.
And my petrol got empty on highway, I pulled bike to the Essar pump at 12.10 am and staff was inside the room, I knocked shutter and request them to fill the petrol and they said some misbehaved words from inside the room with me and refused to fill the petrol. They were making fun inside the room but not came out to help me . I know the owner and ask them to call the owner and get permisson for them to fill the petrol but they were not intrested .
I am very depressed by this beheviour of Essar pump staff because i am a continuous customer of this pump .
I will complaint for this misbehave on various government platform as well .
I request to please take action on such organisations if they are in service they must provide service otherwise they must got banned .
