I filled petrol in my car at essar Petrol Pump but there was no card machine available at the pump and the QR code shared by the staff was their personal Saving account not of the company due to this I faced problems

There was no clean toilet available at the pump. There was one toilet which was locked.

Illegally pump running as in view of essar company the pump had been closed but the pump owner run petrol pump illegally by managing some officer's of essar, and the pump sells impure petrol and diesel, no original oil, the pump sells dubblicate petrol and diesel. The pump location at Isswarpur, state - Bihar, pump name - maa baba service. At Isswarpur ( Chapra) Bihar, please do something against this.

In petrol bunk i was faced bad service from them, deeply conversations i was going finally complaint, . Actually what, when i was gone to bunk thair one person asked how much require fuel, then i was said 1.ltr for me, then he said please pay rupees not 1ltr.. Then i said can not pay in reupees i just pay in ltrs..
So this type discussed were completed

I think this is not good..

I always used to fill petrol from Essar petroleum now known as Nisarga of Bhaily Vadodara.
Today one of the staff misbehaved with me for very small reason. His name is Sanjjay.

Iam an RTI activist and for the first time such occurred.
I am sure that such staff misbehaving with customers are removed immediately.

I have TVS victor 110 cc bike and it had total fule capacity of 8L and in that I already have 2L petrol and I want to fill the full tank of petrol in Essar petrol in J P nagar banglore and I got filled of 9L petrol how is this possible? and had cost of 931rs

I have gone to drop petrol for my Dio, asked to drop petrol for 100, after they droped actually petrol in my bike is only for 50, very bad experience and taking people money.

I had pump petrol at above mentioned station and continue for air pump.
Which is stitched off or repair condition.
Request to check and turn on it there it happens re- respect word and ask to leave out of station. Which created arguments and lead to police complaints and police checks on both versions and solve problems.
As a brand Essar petrol station I kindly requesting to advice the station owners to handle customer.
The situation was handled soo bad by station owners themselves.
I am filling these after long thought at it should not happen to other customer.

I am writing this mail to raise a complaint on Essar petroleum Kachuadi, Balasore, Odisha.
They are not ready to get any online payment services even if someone ask them why you are not using online payment service they aggressively told if you want to fill then give only case otherwise don't come again. For this type of misbehaving i am raising this complain.

A petrol pump in pulasar is selling petrol in 116 while current petrol price is 110 in the area

Yesterday (26/06/2022) when i filled petrol for my car at ESSAR petrol station - ARUTHRA FUEL, Vanjipalayam main road, Tirupur, Petrol is sold at higher price Rs.108 per liter, when i tried to explain them it is only Rs.103.5 at other pumps they are not accepting and after filling i had no other options other than to pay them. Price was not informed in the beginning also.
This is day light robbery, please take stringent action to maintain uniform pricing.
I put petrol for Rs.2000 and at Rs.108/liter they have stolen almost a liter from me.

The service is not good they frequently close the petrol pump and neglect the two wheeler sometimes I have to wait 2 hours to get petrol

Hi, jusr now I filled petrol fir 2000 INR in Nizampet Essar Petrol pump. But they filled less petrol in my car. The petrol gun stopped in between but still reading is going on. Less petrol was filled in my car.

Whenever i asked for the petrol they told me there is no petrol, despite having the patrol in the bunk,
so i tried to fill my empy tank on my own, upon beliveing their lies, they tortured and blackmaild me to pay the money despite not getting any fuel

Sir maine 28/02/2022 ko arvi kurha road ke essar pump pe dizel bharwaya ar bill ki dimand kra to wo diya nahi. ar tyre pressure chk karne ko kha to wo bhi vha pe chalu nhi tha machine kharab hai aisa kha gya.maine is bat ki complent call karke cstmer care ko kra. aaj 05/03/2022 maine apne complent ka status jan ne ke liye castmer care ko cl kra to unonhe problem solved kar ke kha but vha koi sudhar nahi hai. mera complent number CC2012 ye tha.

Mera name vinod hain mein aaj subah 10:30 pe essar pump pe ruka for using washroom. He is used abuse language. For Using Washroom. And Saying Krle Kisko Krni complaint isme essar group ka name khrab hota hain i am regular customer of essar pump

An employee in essar petrol bunk near madhavaram Chennai was misbehaving and using foul language when I asked him to lock tjebgum while filling the petrol to my bike.

On 18/1/22 at around 8:15 pm i was gone to fill fuel in my bike at fazulagunj (jag lal's) petrol pump the guy who was filling petrol has steal fuel and put the nozel of fuel filling pipe in the other jar which was kept right near to filling machine . When I ask him about the jar he replied that it's not your business and star misbehaving me

Today 13jan2022 i am going to filling(petrol) my bike in Essar Diamond Petro Sua Rd, Giaspura, Ludhiana, Punjab 141014. but one of nonsense gye misbehave with me. he had no famine to speak. that's why i am going to boycott essar petrol pump all over india.

I had filled petrol in my car today dated on 9 dec from bajrang petrol who associated with you located near khiwsar nagour.. they used a paytm barcode to scan for customer and when we scan and pay than they immediately change their barcode and told that payment not received..its very bad thing against law..I tried so much but nobody from bajran petrol pump khiwsar came to solve this matter and I asked to petrol pump service man to give number of your petrol pump but no body response.. its fraud with me to use barcode of paytm and sudden change with another bar code and we had to paid twice for petrol.. anyleagle action should be forward to indian leagle law and judicial custody.

Pump not providing air for the vehicle . When I asked for air, the employee said no air and I said I will be posting complaint regarding this and he said to do it .

It's getting confusing that why that unserviceable air station is there at essar petrol pump kanina, Mahendragarh Haryana, take this matter since its pending for a long time

I am complainning for essar pump staff for not filling petrol in my bike . I was on the way towards Nathdwara and by mistake i forgot to refill petrol in my bike in Kankroli.
And my petrol got empty on highway, I pulled bike to the Essar pump at 12.10 am and staff was inside the room, I knocked shutter and request them to fill the petrol and they said some misbehaved words from inside the room with me and refused to fill the petrol. They were making fun inside the room but not came out to help me . I know the owner and ask them to call the owner and get permisson for them to fill the petrol but they were not intrested .
I am very depressed by this beheviour of Essar pump staff because i am a continuous customer of this pump .
I will complaint for this misbehave on various government platform as well .
I request to please take action on such organisations if they are in service they must provide service otherwise they must got banned .

Description: One Pump is running at pick time and air is not available.

As i have visited the Andera Near Nagla Megha chowk, Merut Road and purchse the 90 ltr deisel and after checking the mesurement i got 60ml less on the avrage of per 5Ltr.
Sir i request you to please check the measurement of minimum 30ltr regularly you find the result and there is also found the water in the deisel
Please do the mazor action on this issue
this shows how much he is doing fraud with the customers
