Essar Steel — Less petrol fill in my byk

Dear sir, .
I fill full tenk in my byk, my byk has 8.0 liter tank, 2.11 reserve of fuel tenk. When my byk is on reserve petrol, already i have 2ltr petrol in my tank, and then I go to ur essar petrol pump ON TARSALI RING ROAD. The service man fill petrol of TOTAL 10.225 LITER of petrol. .So how can this possible my tank total capacity is 10.11 Ltr, so is it possible that filling of petrol 12 litr.
I loss 2 ltr of PETROL...
Pleas solve this problem.
