Ethernet Xpress — No Internet Connectivity, Unstable connection and poor Support

No internet connection for the past 48 hours. Called their support teams several times and they keep advising it will be resolved shortly. I keep calling but they said ticket will be raised and issue will be resolved soon. But no tickets raised and no one calls back nor has my internet connection been working for 48 hours. Every week I have to call them to complain about no internet because every week we have some problems such as no internet connection (Internet drops out/disconnects) or very slow speeds and they take their own sweet time to resolve. Never provided any compensation for the amount of stress it has caused me and the amount of work lost due to no internet. I work online. They took Rs 6000 initially for a connection saying it was a very reliable Fiber Optic connection but so far it has been nothing my completely unreliable. We are on a 8Mbps connection but hardly get 3.5Mbps. They seem to promise a lot but once I paid the Rs. 6000 connection cost that's about it I've had from them. Poor speeds, no reliability and no support and 1-2 of 7 days no internet and the stress to call them again and again to get problems resolved every week. Please refund my money back.

worst services. I would never recommend this service provider to any one. They cut my internet connection on two occasions despite of having paid the monthly charges two days ahead of the last day through credit card. The clerk had no remorse for having disconnected my services and behaved as if she was doing a great favor by restoring my services. The owner Ryan too appeared to casual to respond to by genuine concern. Above all they have regular technical issues in internet connection. Hence I am switching over to new ISP.
I am having similar issues. They have false engineer visit records with them and they blame their customers for unnecessarily calling them. Shameless customer care, i swear. Total liars and frauds. They told me constant 150 mbps speeds at the time of connection, later their customer care told me it will be over 50 mbps. But thats also not the case.

They will also close unresolved tickets without asking customers.

Attaching todays speed and they closed the ticket without calling me.
