My name is Atul Pote and I had taken admissin in CMJ university through EIMT for B.tech course in 2010. I have paid 1.5 lac fees and I was told that this is distance education and there is no classroom session required. After few months I have found out this is fraud institute and they have fooled lot of other students also. I tried calling them but none of them gave me proper answer. I have all fee receipts which they gave me. Please advise me on how and where can I lodge complaint against them. I have attached fee receipts and bank account details through which I have transferred money. After first installment I received below letter from EIMT saying admission is confirmed but there is no affiliation of EIMT with CMJ university. Dear Mam/Sir, Mr. Nikhil Shukla (mobile no. [protected]) ETHICS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & amp; TECHNOLOGY Lucknow Extn called me for further study. That time I said that I am not interested. But the person called daily for higher study and said, you got much benefit achieved from this course. At last I agree for BA course .they told me they will give back date admission. Mr Nikhil email. [protected]@eimt.in, phone no. [protected] got in touch with me and after verification of all my certificates, so i take admission from August 2015. Total course fee was Rs 21 thousand for 3 years and I was told to pay Rs 5000/- initially and first-year fee of Rs 7000. I have pay Rs. 1000 Admission & Rs. 5000/- for fee. After paid they said you admission is done in Lucknow university. I made a payment of Rs 6, 000 through Internet Banking transfer/ But, I heard that Mr. Nikhil is resigned.
After that Mr Prem called me to pay another Rs 7000/- for Back Station certificate. I said to providing my originol certificte or Fee. He refused to give me any Certificate letter from the University. . I said for refund of money but till now they have not refunded. . I trying to contact many time to Mr. Nikhil but not pickup my call i am waiting for my B.A certificate but no one can response me.So please help me how i get my money back or my original BA provisional certificate.waiting for positive replay. My humble request for helping me to return my money or provide my BA certificate. Please do for needful.

Sikha and team called up for graduate degree and finalised BCA for 20K in 3 installments. Paid 2 installments and even after a year no status on admission process no details so far. On enquiring they said, admission rejected by 3 isntitutes and that 30K would be refunded. Even after 4 mnths no refund received and no one receiving call. specially Manisha and Pooja at Head branch. Please check if someone authorized can get in touch with Pooja or Manisha or Abhishek, only this 3 persons phone are riniging and seems will be deactivated in some time.

I WAS FRAUDED BY EIMT THEY HAS TAKEN 20000 RUPEES FROM ME FOR HIGHER EDUCATION FOR WHICH I HAD COMPLETE PROOF. MR. RAJESH MODI, LOKESH KUMAR, DEEPAK SHERAWAT, SHARIKA SHARMA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE I HAD THE COMPLETE SET OF MAIL SEND TO ME PAYEMENT RECIEPT ETC. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I ALSO HAVE THEIR PROOF FOR REFUND MAIL...

They called me and offered me BSC Multi media & Animation on 2013 October, and I took admission on 2013 November. I have paid 11000, after that they sent a welcome letter. Then I try to called them they where not picking my call, now their numbers are out of reach. for mail they are not responding. They have cheated me and I lost my 1 year.

I have payed 43.500 Rs. on[protected] and then after no any good response from your side i want revert back my payed amount i have applied for revert back fees on April-2014 then no any response all all contact no are switch off.please as soon as possible response otherwise i will take legally action by court.

that my self Dhiraj Kr. Sharma & my wife Shobha Sharma have been contacted by your employee so called , Team leader Name Arvind bhandari through phone calls around one year ago & describe that EIMT(ethics institute of management & technology, janak puri) is affiliated to the CMJ university, Meghalaya, and admission are open. He also sends some of document as proof o[censored]niversity existence and ask to take admission as it’s an opportunity for better career as well(all emails copy are attached with this letter). We came at your institute personally and filled up the form given by him for Ph.D and B.sc in hotel management & tourism. He also sends us the registration receipt of CMJ University. We have also paid 25,000/- Rs. at the time of admission via net banking. The receipt of that amount is also enclosed herewith. After some time my wife shobha sharma received a call from your institute to attend the examination at your institute, janakpuri conducted by CMJ University.that time also we have paid 15000/- Rs. cash (copy receipt of the amount attached) against examination fee. After some time in the month of Feb-march 2013 we saw news of CMJ university that the university is involve in providing fake marksheet & degrees to the people and we are also a part of it. Chancellor of the university is also arrested due to the issue. Immediately we have contacted to your institute telephonically & Mr. Pankaj hadled the call as he said that Mr. Arvind left the institute. He said that now we are not associated with CMJ University. You can migrate to the other university now. I am not able to understand the whole matter & credibility of the institute.Some time I received the calls that your marksheet have come from the university, please collect it by deposit the remaining money.When I asked to send me the scanned copy of third year marksheet to complete the payment the person was blank from your side. Sometime your people say that you are not associated with the CMJ university what is the issue?? As per my record & receipt of the payment received from your institute,we have paid you 25,000/+ 15000/- Rs. till now. I have also sent so many mails to you and Mr. pankaj but still we are in dark.Now we are very much frustrated & wants our total fee back which paid to your institute directly. Dhiraj Kuamr sharma
