I, sanjeev kumar yadav had applied for two year lateral entry diploma course from karnataka state open university from their gurgaon study centre “ethics institute of management & technology” b-19, old dlf sector-14, gurgaon-122001 in january 2013 by submitting a fee of rs. 10000/- as semester fee vide cheque dated 19.04.2013.

To give you a background on this case till date i have paid inr 60000/- as my examination fee. After paying this amount neither i received completely my mark sheets nor diploma certificate. Earlier their main study centre was located at janakpuri at b-1/628, third floor, metro pillar no. 571, main najafgarh road, janakpuri, new delhi-110058 but later it was closed due to some reason and all commutation started from head office located at b-19, old dlf sector-14, gurgaon-122001. Its not only matter of money, they are also spoiling my future. Every time when ever i called them, i found new person with no information. I repeated my problem again and again and they told me to wait for another month and after this, that number got closed. I have many number with many names i. E. Mr. Pankaj - [protected], amit - [protected], anju - [protected], arvind - [protected], asim - [protected], manisha - [protected], ramesh - [protected], avinash - [protected], bharat - [protected], naresh - [protected], pankaj - [protected], vibhor - [protected], lokesh - [protected].

After not getting any response from above persons, from aug 2015 i started to visit their office at b-19, old dlf, sector-14 gurgaon every saturday without fail and used to be there from morning till evening requesting for the fulfilment of my rights. For going there, i have to take either leave or spend my holiday over there. This could be my rest day but i spent whole day in their premises to get my documents. Over months, this took a severe toll on my physical health and mental strength also due to this delay i suffer and have missed some of government job exams due to unavailability of documents and my age limit has exceeded now due to their cheat. I also did not get my promotion due to non availability of degree.
