Ethics Institute Of Management & Technology — false degree

I was admitted in shridhar university through ethics institute of management and technology in year 2010. Director of ethits institute collected Rs.1.55lacs as course fee.and at the end they provided me false degree of B.Tech. (mining ).Mr.Lokesh Kr.and Mr.Manish Chandra cheated me. I want refund my money. I Allready lodge a complain against him in police station.
