I refer to my travel dt.20.Sept.2025 on Ethiopian (PNR – LZSOLU,
ETKT – 071-[protected]), Flight ET 904, Lagos to Addis.
I had booked Premium Aisle Seat 21C. To my surprise the AISLE 21-C was a regular Aisle seat !!!
I had paid extra for Premium Aisle Seat and was given a regular Aisle seat !!! Ethiopian earned extra from my booking and the facility was downgraded (by offering me the regular AISLE seat).
Ethiopian Says - I was given premium seat!!! Don't know to whom !!! I asked for refund of excess charges. No response!!! Was this information helpful? |
